They didn't allow my pregnant wife into their washroom, even though she's an H&M member and regular customer there. Absolutely zero customer service.

Love the H&M kids clothes section. Found a lot of our kids favourite clothing items from here.

Good show room with cheaper price and have enough selection. But quality is compromised, and you can expect only lower quality on product due to lowered price.

The cashier a young man was very rude looked very miserable working at the tills. As a customer I got no smile or even a hi or hello.
Seriously H&M I’m sure you can hire other nice talents that go above and beyond for their customers, I don’t like shopping in a place were I get attitude thrown in my face and eye rolls. There’s a lady middle aged with brown hair that puts out stock, she is just as rude and ignorant, I asked her a question and her response was I’m only putting out stock you have to find another employee. Seriously you make minimum wage yet your ego is up in the sky! Anyways I’m doing you a favor by shopping at your store not the other way around!

Had a okay visit at this store, but I did notice Staff were not the friendliest, and to top it off I did not get everything I paid for. It seems one of my purchased items (shown on receipt) was not in my bag. Of course, my mistake for not checking the bag before leaving… but I did not expect this to happen at all. Hopefully I have a positive experience retrieving my left behind purchased item. I’ll update my review on how that goes.

Update; I called this store and spoke with a very helpful manager. I appreciated her help with locating the left behind baby clips I purchased.

One thing I will say though, I paid $12.99 for it, but the packaging on the item says $9.99. It’s $3 dollars difference, so I won’t make a fuss about it, but really concerning that things are scanning differently at the till. Just a tip; check the prices very well on the packing and what you’re being charged with. This might be happening more often than we know.

It's good with shopping for whole family. The only thing I didn't liked today there wasn't much choice with men t shirts in size small and medium. Rest everything was good

The products are cheaper than I expected. The shirt I bought is so comfy. If you want affordable and comfortable clothes, this brand is one of the go-to.

Had worse experience with the Visual commercial VC of the store. She is so rude and arrogant. I feel sorry for store to have those kind of people working in store and set an example as an leader for employees who work there. She was so rarest to me. I had an purchase instore but the cashier forgot to put one shirt in the bag and when I realized that I went back to get it. She never apologized it was their mistake instead of that she is arrogant and kept arguing with me. Kudos to store and the person who hired her. Good luck having her and having garage customer service.

Terrible customer service. Made us wait more than 30 min to take a dress from the maniqui and then wait until the maniquí is is perfectly dressed, take pictures like for a magazine and then she could hand me the dress… then told us that this is something she shouldn’t be doing in a Saturday… and to come back on Monday to get the other dress from the maniquí. What a customer service! So now customers should know what tasks they could perform or not on weekends… and should better not to ask for an item that may cause too much trouble for the employee to take care off. Unbelievable in retail business! I think that employee needs a very good reminder that retail is all about customer service. Something she does not have. I would never go back to that location.

Great place to shop.love the styles but sometimes the materials aren't the greatest.
Also, the placement of clothing in the children's area could have better flow and layout.

I am surprised by the quality of everything in the store everytime I visit. I always find myself leaving the store with more than I intended. That said, a few items on sale tend to be a tad more expensive than one would hope, but compared to similar products, 9 times out of 10 it's worth the price!

Fashionable and inexpensive, especially coming from a student. I do wish that there was a place to sit down and try the shoes on display when I visited.

Very busy for a Friday at 6: 30. I feel for those poor employees that have to deal with customers that do not follow AHS regulations. People please show some respect, they are just doing their jobs

Nothing against this store or staff in particular but you can’t try anything on in store. Not even just a closed fitting room. You actually can’t put a cardigan on in front of a mirror. I’m not going to guess which size I need, drive home, hope it fits, drive back to return it. I work retail myself and returned items are generally in a far worse state than someone putting something on their body in store. Extremely disappointed with such a policy. Perhaps head office should take a hint as to why sales are so low.

Beware people! Please double check your receipts, yesterday cashier charged for an item I didn’t even purchase she didn’t even realize until afterwards I checked my receipt! Also I had a E-gift card from H&M they told me their system cannot accept it which is very odd never had issues with other H&M stores. Poor customer service I prefer going other locations of H&M in Edmonton!

Well lit, clothing selections vary depending on the season which could be both good and bad depending on the individual. Prices are well over reasonable but good sales and discounts are always dropping and inventory is never empty. 8/10

Overall not a bad clothing franchise and perfect for the trendy teen or adult.

OPEN your change rooms! You’re like the only place not allowing to try on clothes, dynamite winners and old navy have been allowing it for months. If you’re not willing to open them up then you need to remove the stipulation for no refund on sale items it’s not my fault I don’t know if it doesn’t fit because you won’t allow me to try it on. I want money back not refund since it’s out of my control for trying it on.

Decided not to purchase & left this location after noticing that a large number of customers were not wearing mask. This included groups of people, so obviously all of them didn't have health issue. Staff did not seem concerned.

Why close your fitting room? This basically removes any incentive to buy the product if we dont know how it fits.

I had the worst customer service ever in my life. Spatially the Chinese guy at the counter was a! I'll never come back again. All my friends watch out this location & that Chinese cashier.

2 stars because we usually like this store, but today we weren't let in 15 minutes before the store closes by the manager himself. He said it's due to social distancing, but ~10-15 people came out of the store as we talked. It was kind of frustrating because there were lineups infront of other stores nearby.

I deleted my "on the spot frustrated" review before, but looking at other people's posts, there seems to be something wrong with this store.

Never a huge fan of the store /clothes but not terrible. My kids like their clothes. Staff is polite

I was extremely disappointed with my visit to this store today.
While we were in line, one of the other customers had been told to stand farther back. He asked an employee if he was standing 6 ft away from the person in front of him. The employee proceeded to get angry with the customer and told them to follow the rules. All the customer had been asking was how far away to stand!
When the customer defended themselves saying they had just asked a question, the employee proceeded to tell them “If you aren’t going to follow the new rules, you can leave. ”. This led to the customer trying to explain that he was just asking a question and that he was staying to purchase his clothing. She just kept telling him to leave if he wasn’t going to follow her rules, and was almost bragging that she had the authority to kick him out of the store if she wanted to. Very unprofessional on her part already.
The employee then called another employee, who must have been in some managerial position, to the front of the store to complain about the customer. Another customer tried to step forward to defend the man who had been disrespected. But instead of listening to the customers and what they were saying happened, the manager spoke up to everyone in the store and told us how tough of a time they were having and that they had it much worse than everyone that was shopping.
I work in retail too, and I understand exactly how much pressure and difficulty people are having in these environments. I really feel for them, but nothing excuses the disrespect they showed to the customers there today. Compassion and understanding is what is going to help people through this pandemic and I don’t want to shop somewhere where THIS is the attitude displayed.
The only reason I gave 2 stars is because our cashier was so kind and understanding. She was very personable and reasonable. I wish I had gotten her name so that she could be commended for her customer service.

They got wrong size shoes one is 31 and the other is 33.
I went into store and they sold out the other wrong shoes, too. She doesn’t care and very rude shouts out me!

I love that they don't harass you when you walk in. I stop going to stores when the staff approach you right away. H and M is doing it right

My gf loves this store. Great location for me to drop her off to shop while I go to other stores in the area. Always clean inside and lots of staff. Well priced and decent quality items that look like you paid much more for them. Good selection of styles and fast fashion

I love it there! The staff are great and friendly. Sophia was absolutely amazing, super helpful and I had fun at the store because of her. I’ve been in there lots and most of the customers are horrible and treat the staff like trash. If you think you’re being treated bad, it’s probably because of the way you’re treating them. If you think the staff are bad, you’re probably just a horrible person who doesn’t deserve their respect.

Super bad here. And embarrassing to say the least I had to return a sweater and they treated me like I had stolen it. The girl there was Sofia and should not be employed there she treats customers very poorly

Worst customer service. I went there for price match. The manager working there told me that you have to have items with you for price match. I bought those items. Does it make any sense if i do not have items which i already bought.

This store is awesome! Good pricing and super cute kids clothes. I just wish there was one closer to my house

One of the worst H&M stores in Edmonton. The female manager is rude and does not seem to have any training on customer service. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at any clothing store ever

Staff was overall helpful and friendly. Employee Faye was a shining star as she assisted me in outfitting my son and daughter.
