Bad experience. I phoned the store ahead of time to confirm business hours. Was told differing information. That's fine. At the store I had about $300 of clothes, and a staff member told me the fitting rooms were closing in 5 minutes. That's also fine. So I rushed to the fitting rooms, and another staff member told me that I couldn't try in any clothes. I explained that I had received different information from another staff member and the store didn't close for another 10 minutes. Basically told me to buy the clothes and leave. I am from out of town, and was in Calgary for a vacation, and this was a really unpleasant experience. A customer shouldn't be treated like this, and feel this stressed while giving your organization business. 1 Star.

Just tried to return a jacket I had had for over a week. They said they needed the receipt to return it. I showed it to them on my phone. The girl then said because the tag was off, there was no way they could return it. Why did you tell me I could return it if I had the receipt? Also when I purchased it, they told me at the counter, 30 days, nothing about the tags. I am unhappy and frustrated. I wanted to go one size larger because it was a bit tight in my shoulders when I drive. Terrible customer service.

Went in here tonight to return a couple things with tags attached and well within my return time only for the manager to tell me that because it was on sale and bought online she would not issue a return or a store credit. NO WHERE did it state let me repeat no where did it state online what I was buying was a FINAL sale. I brought it up on my phone and asked her to show me where it says final sale and she just walked away. I will never be returning here you have lost me COMPLETELY as a customer and I can see from other people's reviews I am not the only one complaining about the manager at this specific location. What a joke

Very disappointed with the service in the children's department! The staff that worked there was not polite and aggressive against children! My children chose their own things and accidentally dropped several T-shirts on the floor, I apologized to the store employee who was there, to which she replied that this was not a playground. I continued shopping and wanted to ask her something about the size and saw how evil she looks at my children. I lost the desire to ask something and generally buy. I do not recommend this place and will not buy anything there again!

Despite being run by a very young staff the store has very helpful associates who always seem to go above and beyond to help me get what I'm looking for. It's improved my shopping experience and makes me want to go into the store rather than shop online. They have given me some helpful tips and tricks, and helped me navigate coupons online. It's honestly quite surprising how much help I've been given in the store. I need to credit this to the store manager who seems to be very attentive to the culture in this particular store. Thank you for giving me a positive in person shopping experience!

I've also been impressed with the initiative for sustainability, and all of the options for clothing made from recycled materials. It's obviously not haute couture but there's a spot in my closet for affordable trendy clothing offered by h&M.

Store doesn't have much Men's collection. Over priced for the quality of fabric. I would recommend Old Navy instead

The staff was friendly and helpful! I was able to find a dress for 20 dollars so I bought some other stuff too! Way better priced than some of the other stores I went to. I would recommend this place for women looking for business attire, they also have casual looks as well as a men's section. Loved ️ it so much! Will shop here again!?

I can’t speak highly enough of this location, it is always well kept, bright and clean! It’s super easy to shop here as everything is sized too! The staff here are also the nicest of all the locations I’ve been to!

Reading the negative reviews left here it speaks more about the person leaving it than the store! Also to the girl crying about leaving in her resume, Salma Borhot, lots of companies no longer accept paper resumes anymore, all applications are online now!

Fairly good deals. However, if you're not a member be prepared to become one since they have a computer that is unable to print receipts. Hopefully, you'll get a cashier that's is able to print your receipt should you desire one.

The clothes are fine for the kids, but they play some of the worst music I have ever heard in store. I cant wait to leave as soon as I enter.

Store was nice and tidy. They had a greeter at the door to give hand sanitizer and let us know the fitting rooms were closed which was nice to know ahead of time. The rest of the staff were all friendly and helpful as well.

Extremely disappointed. Over an hour to do a return. Manager wanted all sorts of personal information including credit card statements and other credit cards I had in my wallet to ensure the last 4 digits matched?

Aweful place to shop. You cant return sale merchandize no matter the reason is.and yet the fitting room is close.

If you go here intending to return stuff that might not fit, buy at your own risk. ️

Bought some stuff during the pandemic so the fitting room was closed. They said I had 60 days to return the items when I checked out, which was awesome!

I ended up coming back to return some stuff the next day, but apparently one of the items they specifically told me I could return, I couldn’t actually return because it had been a sale item. Not only that but I couldn’t return anything because the last 4 digits on the receipt they gave me didn’t match the last 4 digits of the card I used to pay. I always pay for everything with my debit card through Apple Pay, but I checked every card I own and none of them matched that number they said I used. Even in Apple Pay settings there is a different number that will show up on receipts apparently in order to protect your actual card number from vendors, but it wasn’t any of those either!
