All staff members made me feel welcome and gave the impression that they are passionate about what they do. If you're at all nervous to get pierced this is definitely the place to go. I was walked through every step of the process and met with positive reassurance throughout. I felt like my comfort and safety was top priority. Thanks so much, I love my piercings!

Went in for a jewelry change for my rook and Chantale and Skyler were amazing! They got me a new piece that fit properly and I love it! They were even able to fit me with a new piece to help with my slow-healing helix. The process was quick, painless and very reasonably priced and they were both so kind and knowledgable.

My best friend got stabbed by Chantale at the Red Deer Tattoo Convention today. It was an emotional experience for her and I am so touched by how well the entire team took care of her. What may have been just a natural display of professionalism and kindness on their part made a huge impact on my friend and brought a little bit of light into her day during a difficult time. My first piercing experience in Lethbridge; I'm a bit freaked out by needles, so I was EXTREMELY nervous. Never once did I feel judged, mocked or made fun of for being so anxious. The piercer was extremely professional, respectful, and knowledgeable; the place was clean and it really, really felt like they actually cared about me and my comfort. I would absolutely recommend Hole Lotta Love to anyone looking for an extremely positive piercing experience.
