Holiday Inn Express Red Deer North, an IHG Hotel

One of the better hotels in Red Deer. Comfortable. Can barely hear the highway if room is on that side. Air conditioner was a bit OCD.

Room and all the shared areas were extremely clean and smell nice!
Pool had a water slide and so fun for my 8 years son
Breakfast was great and thanks to all the staff specially M.s Margie she was very friendly and smiles all the time, she made my son very happy with making him crunchy bacon

It was packed. The small pool was overwhelmed. The handful of snacks available for purchase did not cut it. The breakfast was good with lots of choices

Great modern rooms with comfortable beds and fast internet. Pool has a slide and the breakfast was good.

Nice hotel and a good value for money. The pool area is a tad small but has a water slide and hot tub. The rooms were spotless and the chaise was nice by the window. The only thing I'd change is the shower sliding door to open opposite the water. Breakfast was larger than expected too with pancakes, continental items (pastry, cereal, etc), eggs and sausages.

Rooms are beautiful seem like a nice hotel our team chose this hotel because of the waterside. I called to ensure the pool was open the day prior only to be told when we got there we can't use the pool the only time we were able to because they had rented it out for party they are more than happy for you to pay full price to rent their amenities to someone else

One of the newest hotels in town. Unfortunately check in was slow and the front desk seemed understaff. One person dealing with people checking in, phones ringing from left to right and guests waiting to be attended.

My room was good but the noise from the hallway was extremely loud. Kids running around and parents gathering around outside my room. I called front desk to complain but was put on hold for a few minutes. Great guy at the front desk and he knows what he’s doing but the poor management decision to put one guy during a busy May long weekend was disappointing.

I do not recommend this hotel during the holidays.
