Loved my stay here with my family. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was great, so much variety! The rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again! Thank you

Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfy, plenty of towels. Staff was very helpful and polite.

Easy to get to, off the highway. Recently renovated and the rooms were clean (the bathroom fan was a little dusty). The pool was fun. Service was great. The snack shop is a little pricey. Breakfast was tasty, but with disposable items there's a lot of waste.

I contacted the hotel to book a room for my sons gymnastics competition I booked and was told I was booked over the phone to then be called an hour later that our room was given away and that we couldn’t book a room now and they were not willing to do anything, the customer service was terrible and was extremely disappointed as I called over a month in advance to book. And was told group rate only applied to 2 nights as I wanted to book one night.

Nice place to stay, only thing for me was no restaurant so had to walk in that cold weather to find somewhere to eat.

The breakfast staff are very friendly. They have gluten free options available, and will try to work with your diety restrictions. Who doesn't love free breakfast?

Stayed with our hockey team for a local tournament. Sonja and staff were amazing to deal with and helped us organize a few team events without hesitation.
The kids loved the pool and water slide.

Very nice hotel. Quick check in, enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Lots of choices at the morning breakfast. We will stay here again. It is in the business area but quiet and easy to find.

I was on business trip for 4 nights, I've been asked to pay high amount of money as security deposit, while the room itself has a defects and old, I found some of Towles with stain, I never used it, for the location, there is no any shop or restaurants in walking distance, as well as the rate per night is expensive about 150$ compared with other nearby hotels. Next time I'll book in another hotel. I recommend the owners to reconsider the policies of booking and go with competitor pricing based on the overall quality they provide.

I'll start off by saying I used to stay at Holiday Inn hotels often, but recently something has changed make me prefer Hilton. Well this Holiday Inn is top notch! The staff were very friendly and helpful, getting us checked-in early! The beds have got to be gel memory foam, I've never felt anything like it omg.best bed at any hotel. Ever. Hands down. Period.

The rooms are very big, high ceilings and lots of lights, the desk lamp has travel outlets built right into the base, very cool and something I've never seen before. Plenty of storage and very clean, spotless in fact, for any hotel, nevermind a Holiday Inn. Not sure how they consider this a 2 star hotel. 3 star easy, and with a few more amenities it could easily take a 4 star rating!

The location is not the best, about 20 minutes north of the city. But the savings and comfort might just be enough for most. There's lots to eat nearby, right off the highway but back enough that my room, facing the highway was silent all day and night.

I'd easily make the choice to come back to this hotel in the future, A+ to the staff and owners on this hotel, thank you. It's refreshing to actually get your monies worth nowadays.

You can't really go wrong with a HIE, and this is another very good example of the brand. Quiet, dark and comfy rooms, a good complementary breakfast and a useful if not particularly scenic location. Staff were pleasant; room clean and well-equipped.

Our room smelled of mildew. The carpet was still wet. And because the room was enclosed, the carpet reeked! We asked to be placed in another room but were told there were no available rooms. I will not be returning.

Excellent service. Great staff especially cleaning staff on 4th floor from july 21 to 25.and good breakfast.warm pool. Will definately be back.

Great place to stay. Very modern, clean and fantastic pool for the whole family to enjoy. Breakfast had lots of options and over all very well maintained.

This is one of the most happening Holiday Inn's I've been to. It seems like people were always running around and the parking lot was always quite cool. It was a very nice hotel and I have no complaints whatsoever. The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is a little odd. It's in the middle of the industrial area of Airdrie, but that being said, it's in a very accessible location and very close to the 2.

My family and i always stay at this hotel when we are in the area as we know they stay will be enjoyable. Rooms are always clean and comfortable and the staff is always pleasant. Breakfast is always tasty and the coffee is divine.seriously so delicious. I really need to know what kind of coffee y'all serve at the breakfast bar. Please?

Had a wonderful time here with my family, babies loved the swimming and slide, activated the GoPro to capture all the fun we had, free breakfast and snacks were great for our road travels, beds and bedding were comfortable, heating system was excellent, wifi was great, rooms were very clean, definitely a good quiet place to bring kids, social distancing in effect, hand sanitizer available, staff are all masked up, kind and courteous

Warm friendly service, nice room and comfy bed. They had baged breakfast with terrific variety and hot coffee ready for you in morning. Will stay again next time we are in Airdrie

The air conditioning did not work in our room. I called down twice and was told that it reboots itself every twenty minutes. It was so hot in my room I went and slept in my truck.

What an awesome experience here. Magen (may be spelled wrong) the woman at the front desk is the main reason I’m writing this review. What a great person! My 3 children and I only came for the pool and slide and she made sure they had 1hr slots booked in between other family’s and after staying in hotels on weekends for the last 3 months I can’t wait to return already! You get your money worth with 90$/night you get a beautiful comfy room, free parking and free breakfast. The only thing is that our room wasn’t so clean the bathroom looks like it was used and we saw a disgusting hair on the toilet seat. But other than that it’s was a great stay overall. And the staff was professional and nice.

We have staywd at this hotel numerous times in the past. But this time we had to make our own beds, one bed had food in it and had to was the bedding. Also had to wash the towels as they would not replace the used ones. Night manager didn t care when it was brought to her attention. Basic attitude was go some where else.

Great stay for 2 nights. Covid protocols are good. Pleasant staff. Room is very nice, clean, updated. Would stay there again for sure. The bag breakfast was good.

This has been the very first time I wrote a review on anything and it's mainly because I am soo pleased of the service of Holiday Inn Express Airdrie for the last 3 or 4 years. Every year my family went for a long drive be it Calgary, Banff or anywhere else we always stay at Holiday Inn Express Airdrie. Because they're very easy to deal with. There was even one time we had booked somewhere in Calgary but there has been a misunderstanding with the pet policy, online booking info vs hotel personnel and it was such a hassle and just decided cancelling it and then I phoned Holiday Inn and just after 2 or 3 mins of talk everything was settled. It's straight forward business. And really defines the true meaning of customer service.

I loved the room beds were duper comfy it stack that Covid-19 is still big because the pool closed other than that it was an awesome room

Considering the price I rate it as a 5. Is it a true 5 star hotel. No but it's a 5 star value. Nice room, good location and nice brea6in the morning.

The hotel has always been our first choice throughout the years. This is our 4th year coming here for New Years and our family absolutely loves it. Amazing staff, comfy beds and a nice quiet location.

Clean and modern. Style, board rooms are well functionality and very clean bathrooms. The food is at best subpar. I feel as long as you don't eat here you'll be happy with your stay

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, free wifi. Good rates for pets as well as the room itself. However there wasn't enough parking, it's not very soundproofed in the rooms, (our room was directly over the front doors which were particularly noisy), the hot tub wasn't very hot, pool was a good temperature, rusty floors and doors in the pool area. Breakfast was decent, scrambled eggs, cheese omelets, pork sausages, turkey sausages, bacon, cereals, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls, hard boiled eggs, chocolate milk, teas, coffee, hot chocolate, juices, pancakes, fruit and yogurts. All in all, the price was right.

It's not until you need something above and beyond normal assistance that a hotel's service level is really demonstrated. I can't say enough good things about the Airdrie Hospitality Inn. Their staff really expended time and expertise to help me with unexpected challenges. As a busy person, this is the first time I have ever taken time to review a hotel. Thank you so much for your help and patience in business center and pleasant reception throughout my stay!

Booked same day and got a good rate compared to Calgary hotels. Staff was super friendly. Pool and breakfast was enjoyable.

Great rooms, large, spacious, cozy beds. The breakfast is OK, could be a bit better (the turkey sausages and the scrambled eggs were tasteless), very crowded in the small dining room (although they have another room in the back). The pool is awesome, and if we ever coming back here, this would be the main reason.

On the negative side, I can mention the single/old/squeaky elevator, that I would sometimes wait for over 5 minutes, the fact that the WiFi was down during our entire stay (4 days), the old and filthy semi-full coke bottle we found beneath one of our beds, and the terrible sound isolation of the building - on top of us there was a family with small kids, and they would start running around their room around 6: 30 am every morning. The noise was as if they were jumping right next to us.

I like the free breakfast but there are fewer options than other holiday inn expresses.
Our room had windows that looked inwards to the swimming pool so we couldn't open the curtains as there was a bare torsoed man right in front of our window.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Stayed for two nights and the walls are so thin you can here the next rooms conversation. Two different groups next door both super loud each morning. My door didn’t lock properly and the window was broken. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone! Stay at the Hampton next door

Everything about the hotel was great. Very clean rooms and great service.
The wifi is pretty slow at times and you cant connect HDMI cable to the tv. Other than than that, all good.

Omg this place is the BEST! The water slide was a blast for our family of 4. Also, we have been on the road for 4 days. We have been to 4 different hotels and this one by far had the best service and breakfast! The breakfast had soooooo many options. The waffles were not the generic watery type that you typically see from a hotel, these were fluffy and delicious! They even had fresh whipped cream and berries to go with it. In addition they had 5 different types of cereal, potatoes, bacon, omelettes, wraps to make yourself a burrito, chocolate milk, milk, filtered water, 4 different types of coffee, 4 different types of juice, fresh fruit, and all the toppings you could want! So impressed! The staff was amazing as well!
