Holiday Inn & Suites Red Deer South, an IHG Hotel

The room was clean enough except for some mystery stains on the couch. The bathroom fan didn't work, the tub was ultra shallow so it might as well be renovated to a shower only. The pillows are so soft and useless that we both had a lousy sleep. A decent sized fridge in the room with nothing in it, not even creamers or milk for your coffee or tea. The staff are nice at the front desk and restaurant.

Superb hotel to take your family. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Fantastic customer service from the manager Lindsay.

Amazing hospitality. Crystal at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Would not be here today without them.

Had our company Christmas party. Meal was prime rib and salmon absolutely excellent meal, really good service, friendly staff. Highly recommend this venue for your gatherings!

Company event was held here. Location is easy to get to, Meeting room was nice and catered food was really good.

Not bad access to the highway and food on the other side of the road. Rooms are modern and very clean. Rates are very reasonable. I've stayed here numerous times over the years and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or to recommend to others.

Property is OK but quite a few issues with service. Biggest of which, the hotel tacked on a charge onto my bill and the staff did not know how to fix it. I was told the charge would be taken off and I would get a revised bill, which I do not see yet. Also I had to ask for one thing or the other which was missed by room keeping. Breakfast is only available in the restaurant which does not work if you are in a rush.
