Holistic Massage Therapy with Mayumi-RMT/Advanced Rolfer

Rolfing came highly recommended by many people before trying it, and Mayumi was routinely being suggested. After doing a full rolfing program, I discovered that I was compensating so much for chronic shoulder and back issues. The biggest shift was in my shoulder, which I could not trust to perform properly and resulted in the rest of my body compensating (leading to various other issues). My shoulder is getting very close to full recovery, and the rest of my body is following close behind. I cannot thank Mayumi enough for this new found space and confidence in m physical ability:)
