Hollick Kenyon Apartments

Not well maintained apartments cockroach and mouse issues paying 1440.00 per month to put up with this. Manager doesn't seem to care!

Tammy, Tim, Elizabeth and the rest of the people who work here are great. The buildings are clean and well maintained. They are quick to respond to your concerns and treat you like family. I am so happy that I have made this place my home. I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends.

Tim and Tammy were amazing. They always fulfilled the needs of their tenants. I definitely highly recommend this property. Very friendly and they treat you like family!

I love living here. Any time we have a problem of any kind or any time something needs to be fixed, Tim, Tammy and all of the other staff are always quick to help / resolve any issues. All staff is friendly and kind as well as approachable which means a lot. You are treated like family here. The buildings are kept very clean and sanitary. I would recommend Hollick Kenyon Apartments to all of my family and friends.

My son and I very much enjoy living in Hollick Kenyon Apartments. We find the Apartments very well maintained and clean. Tim, Tammy, Darlene and Reg are very friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to our concerns. We are glad to have made this our home.

Amazing people. Very friendly and accommodating. Especially where I have been busy for work. Everything was set up simple. Help was always available. Would recommend anytime. I am away alot with work but they assured me that everything back here would be secure!

Tim and Tammy are absolutely amazing! They are always super friendly. They are responsive to anything that comes in my unit and so quick to help. I enjoy running into them because they are lovely to chat with. Wonderful place to live, Tim and Tammy help make it that way!

To add to this - Reg and Darlene were on the ball not just once but twice with noise issues I was dealing with last night.

These apartments are amazing! They look as they do in the pictures and is located in a nice area. The apartments are modern and very clean. The staff have been very helpful and pleasant, they also live in the buildings so you know the place is going to be taken care of. The incentives makes an already attractive place more attractive and the best part is that every suite has a washer and dryer!

Moved to Edmonton from Ontario a month ago. And got ourselves a 2br unit. I wasn’t really involved in the application process as my boyfriend was the one who’s looking out for a place to moved in to so I don’t really know what to expect coming in. But I was really impressed and happy with the way Tammy and Tim welcomed and made us feel like home right away. The place is in a good location just footsteps aways from a plaza with grocery stores, banks, restaurants and etc. The building and the unit itself is clean and well-maintained. And the people are so warm and friendly. Best part? They respond to maintenance requests right away. Thank you, Realstar Management!

I moved in about a month ago and couldn’t be happier with my new home in Edmonton. Shopping for an apartment from Ontario was difficult as you only have pictures online and phone calls to make a decision but Tammy was friendly honest and welcoming from the first time I called to every time I pass her office. Tammy and Tim really care about me not just as a tenant but as a person and it really does feel welcoming. Tammy was always helpful over the phone and really helped me feel at ease knowing that once I arrived at Edmonton I would have a home. From the moment I walked in to sign and get the key I felt like I was coming back and not like a stranger. The apartment is beautiful with a lot of space two beds and two baths and it is clean and well taken care of. The service is amazing if you make a request for repair they will call and address the issue promptly. The area is amazing with food banks and stores walking distance. Thank you Tammy and Tim and the rest of the staff you guys do an amazing job!

We've been moved in for a couple weeks now, my family & I have felt welcomed since the day we signed the lease! Tammy, Tim & the maintainance staff have been very helpful, professional & polite. The building is always clean and you can tell management takes pride in the appearance & overall cleanliness of the premises. The thing I've appreciated the most has been the customer service & attention provided on site. Tim & Tammy definitely make you feel like you can count on them for any rental-related issues/questions. We certainly appreciate their help.
