Great store. Lots of different products and the only place to find some things. However, it has over the years almost turned into a boutique rather than a hardware store. You can find almost everything for a buck or two cheaper at other stores. Still love walking through looking at everything.

Its good for hand tools, blades bits and such.

Avoid that lumber yard like the plague, this is where your daylight hours disappear.

Wow! This is the most beautiful Home Hardware store I’ve ever seen. It’s like a giant department store with a cafe, gift shop, sporting goods shop, clothing boutique, kitchenwares center, garden center, toy shop and even a pet shop…oh and yes, tons of hardware and building supplies also. Incredible! I loved shopping here. The staff were so warmly welcoming and friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable about all the various products in each department. Wish this was a template for all Home Hardware stores.

Poorest customer service in the entire city. Avoid if you absolutely don't have to go.

Got kicked out because we brought our well-behaved golden doodle in shopping with us. There are no signs indicating no pets, so we were not impressed. Much better experience at the Canadian Tire where they gave him treats!

Not sure who the employees names were but the ladies working in the seasonal section today were magnificent. They went above and beyond to look for an item they hadn’t put on the shelf yet. Outside, inside, in the back. They went everywhere looking for it and I’ve never had customer service like that before. Usually if it’s not on the shelf then it’s a “sorry we don’t have it. ” So I really appreciate them digging through boxes to find me my mosquito dunks! Thanks a bunch
