Really great service from Home Health Store. Sam responded quickly and efficiently to my questions, and was extremely helpful. My scooter arrived remarkably quickly, much sooner than I expected actually.

Customer service is outstanding. Being a smaller operation, I quickly was on a first name basis with Sam, after only my 2nd shipment. Products do come from deep in Canada, so shipping took longer than expected. Website is easy to navigate, and by FAR the best customer service out there.

Great service and reliable company. Shipping can take a couple of weeks due to high ordering volume, but unless you're really in a hurry to get them in a few days, it's the place to go for in Canada for items like compression socks. Items were exactly what I ordered, size-, model- and colour-wise. Will definitely order from this store again when needs be!

Very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable staff and service. Ordered urine sample collectors - great price! When the package arrived, I had realized that there were ~15 units missing and reached out to their customer support. The agent (Sam) was able to quickly rectify the situation and I received the outstanding units by the end of the week!
