This place has been steadily declining in it's quality, customer service, and reception since it's opening. What was once a really great establishment to stay with your pet, has now become an extremely frustrating space to relax when visiting Edmonton. Over the course of my visits, I have increasingly felt more and more disrespected having a pet. Specifically, I arrived to see a dog soiled bed spread and broken bathroom door lock. After advising the front desk and putting the soiled spread on the counter, I was then told after checkout I'd be charged for a damage deposit (from a previous persons dog who soiled the bed spread). When mentioning that I informed the front desk, I was told that the "housekeepers always check". They clearly don't. Having stayed at this hotel numerous times (15 or so), we have consistently been told that the "only" pet friendly rooms are floors 2-3, but yet have stayed on the first floor numerous times. When requesting the first floor on subsequent stays - I was advised that the first floor is not pet friendly and only for guests with mobility issues. Overall, there seems to be a drastic lack of respect and accountability for guests staying at this establishment and I will not be back.

This place is by far the worst place for discrimination against first nations people.the guest service manager is by far the most worst one of them all they are not good with anything there hotel is nonsense i would not recommend staying here they say its kid friendly but actually told me TO CONTROL my kids in the most rude and unheartly tone i ever hurd.when they are aged 1 and 2.

CONTINUE reply to the guest service manager that replied.everything you just claimed was a lie i called your higher ups and they got the actual video footage and seen how rude and irate you actually are this woman called the cops on a aboriginal woman and three young babies on a Sunday with no actual valid reason.she even went against her higher ups demands i already contacted APTN and this is not something thats going to slide that was the most heartless thing you could have ever done you also refused to supply me with any number i have video evidence of everything and will be releasing it if nothing is done to help me recover from this terrible thing you put upon my children and i

I have visited this hotel twice in the last one year and I have never been disappointed with my experience
The staff are amazing friendly and responsive to customers
The morning breakfast could be a busy time but the team at the front desk and staff work in harmony so that there is no problem
The rooms are spacious and comfortable and I would definitely recommend it for families and any visitor coming for a short work assignment

Super impressed with our stay at home2suites! Our room was spacious and clean, the breakfast had many options, and the staff were all super kind and welcoming. We didn’t check out the pool or gym but they looked great too!

The Suite was comfortable for the most part, the bed could be better, it was a little hard/ firm. Loved the room though it was really nice, the hotel was really nice. The breakfast was yummy. The only issue was the wifi we couldn't get connected no matter how much we tried.

Rooms we got are luxurious and very spacious! Hotel location is very desirable, close to places you need to get your necessities, especially shopping! Would stay here again for sure.

Had such a great stay with this hotel. The rooms were huge, clean and had everything! I've actually never been to a more friendly & caring hotel (staff) that wanted to accommodate to the fullest like Home2 Suites. The free breakfast was great; favorite was the sausage & egg McMuffins! The staff also kept it so clean in the eating area. Will be back!

This hotel is wonderful. Staff are so kind starting from kitchen, front desk, maintenance service, housekeeping and everybody employed here are go extra miles to assist you. I recommend this hotel to every traveller. I stayed here for more than 6 months.

Absolutely loved this hotel, it was very clean, and not to big nor to small. Great for a family of four. Although I do wish the curtain blocked out the beds completely so I could watch TV, but we was all so tired anyway so none of us did. Very awesome hotel. Will be back

Great! I’ve been here for 2x already and the staff were all accomofating and very welcoming. The rooms were big and the the kitchenette was really perfect for longer stays. We’ve stayed here for 2 basketball tournamennts now and aeveryobe in our team loved their stay. We will definetely voming back!

I was wondering why the review was so high at first since my bf saw the hotel online. But as soon as we checked in, i was blown away by the customer’s service, 24/7 free tea/coffee self serve station, and exceed our expectations up to our room! Some hotels don’t even have enough carts for luggages but they do have a lot. They have quite parking space too. When we asked for a late check out, the front desk was very polite to hear our request. Overall, I would want to go back again and recommend to family and friends in Calgary who are going to Edmonton! If could give 20 stars, I would!

We (my husband, my kids and myself) stay here just for the weekend (one night) and everything was excellent! The staff was awesome, each one of them! We will definitely come here and recommend this hotel to anyone! Super happy we booked here:)

Beautiful suite, would stay again. As a nature person the location was not perfect for me, but I liked the close proximity to the air port and hwy.cant have both right ;)

Great bang for your buck. Friendly staff and nice pool, hot tub, and gym. The breakfast could have more selections, but what they do have is fresh and abundant. We will go back in the future.

The property is great, rooms and swimming centre is fantastic. Unfortunately the sound-proofing leaves a lot to be desired. You can hear a ton of noise throughout the night from the hallways and rooms above and below you.

Good size one bedroom suite for affordable price. Would have given 5 stars but cleaning staff knocked on the door at 11am on day of check out even though check out isn’t until 12pm. We were having a nap after breakfast and they woke us up. I would suggest not having 12pm check out if you’re going to disturb your guest before that.

Great experience for 2 days. Felt like home. Great customer service, great rooms spacious and very clean. Breakfast could have been better though. Just a suggestion to add hot meals like breakfast sausages, scrambled eggs, etc. Will visit again for sure

We stayed here for the first time and we now have found our favorite hotel everytime we visit Edmonton. Every room is a suite and has all the amenities you could need. The pool was great! It was warm and not busy. And the whirlpool was great too! The breakfast was also awesome every morning!

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are SO spacious. Loved all the storage and full size fridge. Incredibly clean and great service. Beds are comfortable too. This was our first time staying at a Homes2 suites and we look forward to going back. Definitely recommend for a family. We also liked the pool hours - open 5am - midnight. The location was exactly what we were looking for. 5 minutes (not even) to south Edmonton common. 15 minutes from west Ed! Easy to get to and lots of parking. Also a lot of near by local restaurants within 5-10 minutes.

No good breakfast, even after instructions No Room Cleaning, No Bathroom Slipper, Except Shampoo and Shower Gel No Toiletries Provided!

Not a Good Experience!

Fours stars only because we had our catalytic converter stolen in the parking lot. (Being in such a secluded area makes it an easy target) The rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent. Free coffee in the lobby all day was also a nice bonus.

Excellent modern and very spacious rooms, with kitchenettes, sitting areas with a couch and your bedroom, with nice large flat screen TV. Also pett friendly! Can't beat the value!
