Walls in the rooms are like office partitions, offer very little in the way of noise reduction.

I don't think Home2 by Hilton knows that about the loyal customers.it's very bad customers.they don't know about the regular customers what so ever.

Wonderful front desk staff. Bright and friendly and clean atmosphere. The personalized text message to see how we were doing was a nice touch, too.

Hilton chain has turned into a motel chain. Public swimming lessons in the hotel pool, dust all over the fitness area, breakfast options are pretty good but area doesn't get cleaned at all until breakfast is over. Chairs are stained in the reception area. Kids also like to play ding dong ditch on doors at 3am. All I got was an apology, never staying here again.

When run by ignorant people the place becomes a mess, there shower gel pumps are a nuisance and fxxxxxg nobody checks them, imagine you get up in the morning and go to take shower and you are struggling to get soap out of dispenser and what age dispensers are you guys using, level up @hilton and you can’t have two bottles of water in the rooms

The Home2 has been my second home on and off in the past 2 months because of my work. I have to say that service is absolutely beyond expectation and the staff pays special attention to my needs. Shout out to Paul who's always very attentive to details and always ready to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable! The kitchenette which includes a fridge, microwave and dishwasher are really practical and I'm able to buy and make my own healthy food. They recently updated the Gym with a Peloton Bike! Gym is always clean.
Pool looks fun although I never swam yet. There's always families and kids in it.
Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Rooms were nice and our stay was pleasant. Just a few recommendations:
1) The bed sizes of King were small compared to a regular King. We noticed this when we stayed in the 3rd floor.
2) The line up in the breakfast can be avoided if they organize the breakfast area better (people don't have to go back and forth for spoons, jams, toppings) and add another waffle maker.

Zero sound insulation between rooms. Service was great. Location was great. But the noise was like being up north in camp.

We moved to this hotel after a terrible experience at another hotel and it is beautiful and gorgeous and the service is amazing. It's also very clean.

1- couldn’t have friends or food delivered to my room
2- my service dog was attacked by another hotel guests very dangerous husky from the western arctic right in the property and no compensation was offered it 20000 points cost me to miss a days work and 500.00 no apologies y the hotel or the offer guest in fact they tried to deny it happened tell I had the city animal control involved the hotels response was the can’t make there guests safe from pets they Don’t ask there guests for any proof of rabies vaccines or weather the dogs or animals are safe in the public or if there guests pick up after there pets

Very clean Hotel. Helpful staff. Room comes with blackout curtains. And the pool is open 24 hours. They also have a great breakfast.

Staff were fine but the suites are one room, not two. The pillows were an embarrassment and gross. Would not wish sleeping on the pullout couch to my worst enemy! I would not recommend more than one person in a “suite”.

I live in hotels for 6 months a year for work, so a solid 3 with 4 in rooms and service is a pretty good rating from me. Breakfast looked great, but there were about 100 people at it so we decided to eat after check out. Room was clean. Pool could use a clean, but lots of users. Staff was awesome and I would definitely recommend this hotel if you have kids and aren't looking for crazy frills.

If you are lucky like I was and are greeted by Bennett at the front desk, then you are going to get the warmest sincere welcome and fantastic service!
The room was very clean and comfortable! The layout was great. You can completely make yourself at home and be relaxed doing so. All staff I have talked to have been very kind and friendly.
The only downside I have found is there is no hot tub and the pool itself, you feel like you are in the way as private swim lessons take place in it by an outside company. So, if you plan on enjoying the pool check to see if there are instructors there as you may have to play dodge the lesson.
However, I have still marked this location as a favourite.

The concierge Bennett was awesome. He went out of his way to make my working out of town experience a great one

Clean, comfortable, great location, close to many restaurants and West Edmonton mall.
The staff were polite, nice and friendly, plenty of parking and card access security in the elevators which is nice.

I've stayed here before and have had no problems. Only this time I stayed next to a room that was used for cleaning the dishware from the complimentary breakfast. It was very noisy and I work up frequently which made it hard to get a good sleep as I was in town for work.

I heard plates being stacked and cutlery being cleaned all morning from the start of breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but I had the worst sleep for 8 nights

Located just off what I call Hotel row. Got in late and the air conditioner made noise all night. I asked for a refund in the AM and Paul did a great job to help us. Thanks Paul for caring about our stay. Lobby was small but nice. Rooms are painted yellow which makes them seems older than they are. Nice curtain in our room to separate king bed from pullout.

This hotel should be part of your consideration to stay if you decide to go in Edmonton.
1.7 min drive to West Edmonton Mall.
2. Very clean room with a fridge, microwave.
3. Breakfast- you will not be hungry.
One negative - bottle of water (may be first 2) could be free of charge.
Overall - 5 out 5.
