Service and selection are outstanding! We love taking the dogs in for new stuff. Staff helped us properly fit them for snow boots and sweaters. Always friendly!

They're always very friendly, they offer to take my stuff to the front if I haven't grabbed a cart (because I'm a silly goose), they adore my cats when I bring them in and go above and beyond. I love this place!

This is my regular place, great costumer service and options for my dog who had a sensitive stomach!

Used to go here for reptile necessities; but alas, they DO NOT HAVE REPTILE ITEMS. The staff was good, but not what I need.

Honestly the best pet store in lethbridge. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the store is always clean and well stocked. They have a really nice selection of items like harnesses, jackets, supplements and enrichment items that lots of other stores tend to lack.

Always a good experience shopping here. Kind staff with good knowledge on their products. Maybe some day I'll win the draw!

We've been getting our pet supplies from Homes Alive for years now, staff is super knowledgeable, eager to help, and if they don't have the answer for you another member of their team does. They have a points reqrd system thats also a nice perk.

Wonderful place to shop for all of your creatures! Staff is friendly and very helpful. They carry a wide variety of products including frozen blood worms and brine shrimp for fish and frozen meats like elk and rib bones for dogs. They welcome pets in their store as well. Love shopping here!

I checked they site for ultra ball it cost more for 1 then for 2 somewhere else!
Expensive prices and price gouging!
Also, they don't let you to leave a review in their site only at their store site in Calgary!

Always fast friendly service at both locations. Very knowledgeable about dogs cats and smaller pet nutrition and toys. Prices are comparable to any other pet store, in fact cheaper than most.
