The staff were very friendly and helpful. We tried on multiple booties for winter and I think we finally found the ones! They have an amazing selection of treats, toys, and dog food. It's a dog's paradise here!

Really like this store, it's my #1 choice for my pets. My only complaint is that their inventory management isn't great, especially lately. I have pets with dietary sensitivities and allergies, and there is only a handful of brands and flavors I can feed them. It's frustrating when the store waits until an item is nearly (or completely) sold out before re-ordering.lately this has meant having to wait weeks for crucial foods my gang needs. Especially with covid delays, many things need to be re-ordered and restocked far sooner than they are. Lately, certain brands and flavors are regularly sold out, frustrating pet owners - myself included. Please work on this, we need a reliable and consistent supply of the foods we feed. We are almost 2 years into the pandemic, time to plan for delays and and re-order popular foods a lot sooner so that they arrive before you run out, not weeks later.

Fantastic local store for all your pet needs. I’ve been ordering online for a while but recently had a chance to visit. The store is well organized & stocked, staff is friendly & very helpful if any questions come up. Their prices are very competitive & you can always find sale items in store too. Will definitely keep ordering here!

Always super friendly and helpful staff. They are very quick to open another till if they notice a line of customers starts to form. Excellent prices on everything for our dogs, cat, and guinea pigs.

I love shopping here. I can literally get everything in one stop. They always have carnivora rabbit (in bulk) which is so hard to get at smaller shops.

This place always offers exceptional advice and service from every employee I've ever spoken with. I have a picky eater who happens to also be a senior dog. I really enjoy the selection, so much so I make the half hour drive to shop here! Charlie likes it here too as he gets to pick a treat when we go!

This is a fantastic pet store. I’m a new pet owner the whole staff has been super helpful. Kennedy in particular is fantastic - she’s very thorough, she knows the products really well (for instance, which ear wipes will not dry out my pups ears), and is always super helpful every time we come in. A great store.

Pretty large store with good selection. I will say that they are a bit lacking in "natural" options for some products, such as toothpaste, if that matters a lot to you. They do have a pretty good line-up of raw foods, though, with a pretty good rewards program as well. You can also get 10% off one purchase per month, as a member, which we use to buy all of our dog food for the month.

Very friendly and helpful team. Also their variety of dog and cat food is amazing. Especially for dogs with allergies and picky eater cat. My dog is allergic to chicken, beef and pork. Is quite hard to find quality food for her. But that changed when I found (few months back) this place.

I have recently adopted a senior dog that is beyond picky with food. Homes Alive carries a large variety of raw foods and also has a wonderful return policy. I would have wasted hundreds of dollars worth of food, so I really appreciate it. They also have top notch service and their store is always clean and well run.

It's a huge store for cats and dogs But that's it. There was only one rack for small critter food. I wish they would just call it cats and dogs instead of pets as there's so many other animals that are left out.

I am so thankful for the staff that work here. I was in purchasing a new harness and leash for my lab, and decided to bring my rescue dog along for some socialization. At first he was quite nervous and barking, I was about to retreat to the car until the kindest lady came up to us and offered to give us some treats and introduce herself slowly to help him have a positive experience! He was able to walk around with no issues after that. Thank you, Homes Alive for allowing him to have a positive experience!

Friendly stuff, lots of pet food choices, good initiative of once month discount. Wish they had pet Grooming area otherwise a good pet store.

We were referred here from a friend since getting our pup in November and have been coming back monthly. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have a REALLY amazing supply of everything honestly. We were in shock when we went here for the first time because we could believe how big the store was and how much selection there is. Waaay better than PetSmart or one of those chain places. They offer 10% off first Tuesday of the month but you can also use it another time in the month if you don't want to use it that day. They also offer you a free bag of food after a certain number (can't remember if it's 7 or 11). If you have a critter you should check it out

This was first time here, the store is huge and staff is super helpful. I just gotta puppy and was struggling a bit with understanding the feeding chart on one the foods and the lady at the till was super helpful and explained to me how much it was.

Great place! Great endless options toys, treats, pet food, clothing. Most of the staff is helpful and friendly. With the exception of my most recent visit we had a male cashier and he didn't even give our puppy a treat. Grump I guess. Otherwise wonderful place.

So much selection and much healthier too! I felt like a kid in a candy store, except it was for pet food lol. Sure glad I didn't take my dog because she probably would have picked a lot more than I did.

Amazing selection in the store and I was blown away by their raw food selection. I got a great deal on cat food and the cashier was amazingly friendly and signed me up for their rewards program! I'll definitely be back and some of their prices even beat Petsmart pricing I noticed!

Every visit has been great. Isles labelled well. Hosts fundraising events. Did a great jon with a fundraiser for hart.

Ordered item online. Wasn't the appropriate item needed. Went to this store. They were very helpful. Had item I phoned in for on hold. Exchanged it, without problems, and was very friendly and helpful at point of sale. Very large store with a wide assortment of pet needs and stocked to the brim.

Love their food return policy. Very quick and easy to swap out your pets food if they don't like it. I've gone here several times and the staff are always outstanding.

My first time here, and all I can say it is so much better than all the other pet stores I've been to! I didn't even know about it until it was recommended to me, as I've always just went to PetSmart.
Much more selections of everything you can think of here. My pup is a fan of the natural tendons to chew on, and they have various sizes and prices of them here. Prices for most things are even better here. If you sign up for their loyalty program you can get store dollars towards in store purchases. As well, you will get a 10% coupon off monthly. The people working here are friendly and helpful. They have also set it up safely for Covid. Only drawback is the parking can be a bit tight. Anyways bye bye other pet stores, I have found my new fave place to take my fur buddy!

Brought my dog to the store to pick out her toys. Staff was very accommodating. Gave her treats when we left. Only negative is the very tight parking lot, but would definitely recommend a visit.
