It was such a pleasure dealing with Homes by Avi team from office admin/salesman and amazing person Vanessa to all others who came to every home warranty inspection. They are all very friendly and polite and also very responsive to phone calls. We have been also dealing with awesome person named Nicole W. She is very responsive to emails and always there to set up any appointments. We will definitely continue dealing with Homes by Avi in the future. All recommendations if you want to buy new home or maybe thinking about building it.

Very well built homes with beautiful features and amenities. Have lots of information in the houses and the agents are very nice and informative

I am disappointed at the low quality materials they use in their spec homes. The white counter top stains within weeks of moving in and they refused to do anything about it said it's cosmetic issues.
Vinyl flooring dented within the week of moving in. I never had this issues with my previous builder.
It's been challenging getting support from Home by AVI to address issues. They always sewm to have a reason why they they can not address issues.

Hi All, DO NOT BUY your precious Home from "Homes by AVI", I've been taken for ride from last 3 years to fix a genuine seepage issue in my basement wall as the openings from gas line, electrical cable line/pipe, intake outtake air opening coming into the basement were not properly closed and as a result there was so much seepage and water dripping through insulation, even though sending picture evidence from 2021, it is not FIXED and told to touch base next year if it happens again.
As you guys put your hard earned money thinking that you will get good Quality home, but in my case Homes by AVI totally disappointed.
Save your money and dont buy from AVI, VERY LOW QUALITY OF WORK, BANDAID FIXES and postponing ATTITUDE of "ITS NO LONGER OUR PROBLEM".

Got the reply back from someone from AVI, 3 years and problem persists! Instead of fixing the root cause of seepage happening on the basemen wall, BLAME IT ON ME. The troubles that i went through from last 3 years to fix it, knocking AVIs door again n again is something i should have not gone and enjoyed my new home to fullest! This issue was consistently denied by AVI and blamed, from the start it was termed as "condensation" even when they installed insulation and poly in the first place before the NEW home was bought by me, and the second time in 2021 when they finally came first time to fix it and then too thier installed insulation and poly, problem was not fixed and more seepage was happening which i took pics and sent to AVI in 2022, at that when the problem was very serious i told them i need to make sure the issue is resolved. And now, AVI is washing their hands off and blame it me, instead of fixing or sending some one to analyze the issue and to come out with a fix.
Please when you buy a new home from them, make sure you go through the 3rd party inspectors, instead of 1 -2 hour inspection (which mostly would be done before you come and only will put some easy eye catching fixes with the sticky for them to fix). As a result, real issue were be hidden and when it comes out, AVI's answer will be "NOT OUR PROBLEM" anymore. And you will be spending lot of $s to fix it,

Do not, I repeat do not purchase a built home through homes by Avi. Bought the home back in 2019, everything was good up until the 2 year mark.
First instance: massive leak from the upstairs which affected the downstairs ceiling and light fixture leaving a yellow tinge across the ceiling (covered by warranty, thankfully).
Second instance: plumbing leak from upstairs main bathroom which caused it to pool and drip onto the main floor living space.
Third instance: massive leak below the kitchen causing a great deal of water damage to the kitchen and kitchen island. (Covered by warranty and was fixed…so I thought).
Fourth instance: the sink in the kitchen island has started to leak again…causing cracking and the structure underneath the kitchen sink to lift.
Unresponsive staff, multiple run arounds and no after care for new home buyers.
Again save your money and don’t purchase a home through Avi. Low quality builds and trades.
