I usually really like winners. This store however is so disorganized. The aisles are too narrow. There’s clothes laying on the floor. No staff working the floor. It honestly feels like they have tried to fit too much into this store.
Update - went here again on Sept 4,2023 and it hasn’t changed at all. Still over packed it’s far too many aisles, product on the floor, and customers ripping open packaging and dumping things out. Still the worst winners in YYC
I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Fairouz. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly outstanding! I highly recommend Fairouz for their exceptional service. Store was busy and it was hard to find items that’s my size.
The girl work at fitting room, is very accommodating and she manage everything Firouz and she always smile with an engaging experience that a customer will be delighted. Good job FIROUZ keep it up. WINNERS CROSS IRON had a good costumer training for their staff. Liove you winners crossiron.
Winners employees in this location are a little mischievous, a very large selection of goods and a huge space, fitting rooms are a little strange but clean, the employees at the entrance to the fitting room were not very friendly.
Here you can find a bunch of different things, because the choice is really wide for both men and women and children.
Gurleen Barely Has Any Hair And No Brain, She Has 4 Strands Of Hair. She Doesn't Have Any Customer Service. She Has No Clue About Her Job. I Got Scared When Something Came From The Flowers Section. She's A Newcomer who came to train me how to shop here. I was 100% Aware that the mall is closing at 8pm there was 9 mins left, there were 100 other people in store but she came only up to me to tell me this. She walked all the way up to winners to get a manager. The manager was very friendly, she told me thank you for bringing this to me. In that time I could've spent $400
Staff are too busy whispering to each other and not assisting customers. If I am going to shoplift, I'll do it right infront of your face since I am already on camera.
Another Winners Store with variety of products and accessories for men, women, and children. Shoes, dresses, belts, household utensils, furniture, books, toys? , decorations, mini electronics, wrist watches. Their prices are affordable, their customer service is excellent, and their store is neat and organized.
Homesense seemed lacking in stock. But I guess enough to create a super long line on a Monday. A little slow to call for cashiers to get things going. Usually love this place.
We went into HomeSense to pick up a picture frame for a 8"x11" photo. Ended up browsing through most of the store and at the checkout we had filled a basket.
A lot of interesting stuff and the staff were most helpful.
Love this location and special shout out to Khady! I tried to complete the survey to give my feedback to the website on the receipt but it didn’t work. Regardless awesome customer service from Khady truly appreciated your kindness and understanding.
Worst store ever! Waited in line for 30minutes, only 2 people in front of me. The workers are so slow, so disrespectful and never actually know where anything is located in the store.
I love homesense and winners but they've gotten so expensive recently and it turns me away from shopping there. I went there recently to buy a mirror for my room but all of them were either tiny or outrageously expensive.
Great products for home furniture at home sense, sometimes you have to just cruise and see to see what they have but if looking for unique products you can always find them here
A great selection in both. I nabbed a Columbia Ski jacket for just over $100, half the price of Sportchek and I purchased some gorgeous handmade Portuguese dishware.
One of the largest Homesense and Winners store in Calgary. Great selection of home goods and decor at Home sense. Winners had an okay selection. Some of the quality of clothing and goods are not as great as before.
Busy and long line ups at the cashiers. I met a very unhappy customers service rep who didn’t even acknowledge me when I was called. She continues to walk back and forth before she scanned my purchase. However, the CSR at Jewellery was awesome! Super friendly and nice and very helpful.
Lots of parking at the Cross Iron Mall. Best to park at Exit 3 for convenience. Inside has change rooms and washrooms by the shoe section.
Rude supervisory (?) staff. Pushy to browsing customers, gossiping and tearing down the staff in front of shoppers. The selection here is nice, the store is clean and well maintained, but it was hard to relax and enjoy with that tension. I feel badly for the employees.
A larger Winners & HomeSense with a solid collection of items to buy in all categories. Staff are polite, and the place is relatively organized. You might just find that item you've been looking for, and for a solid discounted price
Definitely can find good buys here. Sometimes a little pricey. There usually is a wait presently due to covid restrictions, but I have enjoyed finding some great bargains here.
Super bad customer service. My security tag wasnt removed after I purchased something so I had to do a special trip just to remove it, which I live quite far away. Maria on the phone said "it happens all the time. Just go to any location to remove it. " I said "well you guys need to improve on that because it's very inconvenient for people. " Maria totally didnt admit any fault and insisted that it is usual and asked me to come to the website to complain about it. So here I am!
Furniture lovers unite! This HomeSense has recently opened a door to Winners and now you can pass freely between both stores. Staff are always friendly and there is always something new to explore. If you're near Airdrie and don't want to go into Calgary, this is a great option for quality pieces at great prices.
The store hours on Saturday’s is incorrect. When we (and multiple other people) tried to ask someone whether they were open we got ignored until finally the manager came over and told us the open at 10 instead of 9 and was quite frankly rude about it as well. I get that store hours change but there’s no need to be snarky about it when your customers ask.
The Winners at Cross Iron mall always has the best discounted items. I purchased $360 retail value clothing for $145. Top brand name clothing with a large selection. There is no cannabis section though, might have to get ahold of management.
Love this place.it has everything for home at reasonable prices. The only issue sometimes, you can't find what you want or there is too much stuff that you get confused and can't find help.
This is one of the better ones in the Calgary area. They almost always have the oddball home items I am looking for. They also just have cool stuff in general and I usually end up blowing $200 more than I intended. Staff are friendly. Could have more checkout cashiers, but honestly, I get it.
This store has great ideas and buys for decorating your home. Perfect place to shop for gift ware, even found snack bars there at lower price than health food store.
Wife and I love this store, great selection and tends to cost a lot less then other stores. Same company that owns winners so items are similar. Lots of items for your pets too! Friendly staff.
