This is a 5 star review for Jane at Homesense who gave me exceptional service on a busy afternoon before Christmas. I asked her where I would find a wider mouthed funnel and she took me over to the kitchenwares where we didn't see one. I moved on to the back of the store to look at the bath products and to my delight she searched me out in the store and handed me the funnel that she had later found! Many thanks to Jane for finding me the perfect socking stuffer!

Very nicely laid out store. Tons of Christmas decor although the Christmas trees were definitely not any less expensive than a regular retail store.

To my surprise, there wasn't an enormous lineup at the store and we were able to shop and get out rather quickly. There was lots of people buying Christmas and Halloween stuff. And they have lots of it! Well stocked store.

Very nice store. Reasonably priced with a good selection of merchandise. There is a lot of parking in the parking lot but it does get quite busy. Good store for buying home accessories. I love buying gift certificates for this store for Christmas and birthdays. Will definitely return.

This homesense was big and had lots of good options that staff was nice too! The sadness part was some of the floor item furnitures had scraps or were even broken and it was only like 5-15% off the original price - some where all busted up and were still full price!? Just got me confused. Overall good store.

Instead of donating items this store deliberately smashes them and throws them out daily. I will NEVER support this company.

I always really have a problem walking in and trying my best to just get what I came for! Especially at Christmas time! They have a great selection of ornaments and decorations!

I personally like all HomeSense store. This store has good products but poor service. All employees except couple are very rude! Stay away from this one! Go different homesense and u will enjoy there but not here.

Surprisingly very organized and a large selection. Employees are very kind and helpful with any questions you may have

My go to place for all my home needs, if only they had a longer hold policy for paid items. 3days is too too short to hold stuff, consider folks moving and want to pay for stuff and get delivered in future dates. At least 2weeks hold policy should be considered

I needed covers for body pillows and queen size bed pillows. They explained the difference between pillow CASES & COVERS and thereby I made the best decision in my purchase. I obtained excellent, healthy clean cooking surfaces cookware.

Very clean store however it lacks merchandise. Almost empty compared to the other Home Sense. One plus, it has an awesome area for relaxation.
Good size parking lot and few nice stores around.

Good deals if you're willing to take time and look! I went on a sunday and it was very busy. There is no flow direction on aisles, but everyone had masks.

I like how careful they were about sanitizing everything, especially during these tough times. Just overall great customer service and selection of items keep up the great work

This store location is well organize and easy to walk around and find what I’m looking for. However the prices were quite expensive I wasn’t about to spend hundreds of dollarstoday.

This store is one of my favourites, I just get a little off put when they aggressively ask “what’s your postal code” with no indication that its optional to tell them. I understand corporate might want your captures high but maybe don’t demand it from someone just trying to buy a pen.

This store is very organized and the cashiers are friendly. Big parking area too but mostly crowded during weekend. Unique items are found in the store, I love their wall art section.

Always a wide variety of new decorating items here. My better half loves to redecorate our home several times a year. I thoroughly enjoy accompanying her to see what new finds or ideas she will come up with next. O.also if you see it there one day.you may not see it there the next. Countless times we have driven to all the HomeSense locations, looking for one item she passed up on. Check this place out if you haven't yet.

Best selection of Housewares of all the stores I've been to so far. Love all the high-end cookware, bath linens, and foodstuff (especially the exotic spices and coffee). Although some 'discount' pricing is more expensive than full pricing at other stores, most things are very affordable.

They certainly live up to their slogan 'find what ur not looking for':) i went to get one item and ended up buying other things! It is a wonderful place if u are looking for novelty household items. But dont expect to just window shop bec u will definitely be buying something!

I love Home Sense and the whole umbrella of stores. I could spend all day and do a lot of damage to my bank account in this store. Endless ideas and options for the home. Terrible parking lot though as the entrance road gets very congested.

My favourite place on earth. I go here so often I could work there with little training (please). I am convinced they put something in the air system that convinces you that you need 14 throw pillows and brand new decor for every room in your house. It’s probably just a combination of my lack of self control and their supply of great products. The staff is always incredibly friendly and the store is always as neat as a store that size and that busy can be. They have something for everybody there and it’s a great place for gifts and odds and ends. I furnished my office from here in one visit and they had everything I needed in the exact colours I wanted. By far my favourite store

For 1 year i have been looking for a chair for my living room, i have yet to find one. I will soon! The staff is great i am sure they know me already with the amount of time i spend sitting in the furniture section. Even the people that shop here are beautiful inside and out. No attitudes no crazy people pushing carts. Hell if your single and come here during the week fellas its probably better than tinder. RIGHT THIS MINUTE i just witnessed an employee come out and help this silver haired life experienced individual. Where else do you get service like that?

Came here cause I was told dog beds were cheap here. They had a good selection and I found one I like but weren’t cheap. Average in price.

Main reason for writing a review is the customer service. They had staff every where and I kept even almost running into them. Not one even said hi. I don’t even think the cashier said hi. He only brought up conversation when the price check they had to do was taking forever. Also the manager standing nearby straightening out the merchandise was to busy to do the price check himself and called for someone else to do it witch I guess no one heard cause I was waiting for 5 mins before a staff member was like oh hey do you need a price check and went and did.meanwhile this whole time the manager just straightening product.

Overall good products. Bad customer service, no sense of urgency, and couldn’t even be bothered to say hi or even smile sometimes when walking by.
