My mother called to inquire to see if they had a large glass jug to put juice in. They refused to look and just told her to come to store. The no look policy is ridiculous. They were rude to my mother. I can understand saying no to large request. I can call any other store and they would look for products. I will not be shopping here in the future.

This is good if you have time to browse and money to spare on lovely accessories.

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. The fact that we are regular customers and we spend half of our money on Winners, Marshalls, and Homesense, this was the most appalling experience. I walked in there with my 2 kids and mother to shop. We were followed around by two employees who coincidentally happened to show up in every aisle we were in. After finishing and making two big purchases, I fell in love with a pot near the entrance. I ran back and purchased it. I was carrying it out when I was rudely approached by two female employees who questioned me and kept interrogating me about if I paid for the pot or not. I may have said this was coincidence, but there were so many other white customers who were left alone to shop in peace. Racism still very much exists and unfortunately we will not ever be back in any of your stores. Homesense Sherwood Park, do better. Train your employees to treat everyone no matter their race with equality.

Saw the perfect 8'x10' area rug. A small imperfection, but they gave a discount for that. Great price for the rug size.

Fits the room perfectly, and we liked that we could just load it into the car and go. Other places that we looked needed to order in advance and set a firm pick-up date and time.

The manager was great with the discount, as was the tiny/mighty lady who hauled it out the door to the car.
