First things first Hondas rock. I’ve had the opportunity to work With the sales manager, Cory before. I found him very fair and very easy to get along with. He’s got a great staff and they’re all eager to do one thing take care of their customer which is you and me thanks again everyone keep up the great work at Honda Magic.

Gabby and the rest of the people at Honda Magic were so helpful and went above and beyond to recondition and DELIVER my 2011 Honda CRV to me. My car had been destroyed on the 14th of December, and by the 12th of January, I had a new (to me) and better vehicle sitting in my driveway by 1: 30pm. I love my CRV. Thank you, Honda Magic!

I wish I could leave a positive review. Randy was amazing to deal with from a customer service perspective. Sadly this dealership endangered my family's life and ruined our Christmas. By simply forgetting to seal the gas line to the engine, gasoline began pouring out of the car. We noticed a strange fuel smell but attributed this to a service attendant at a gas station overfilling the vehicle. On Christmas Day we were out for a drive when my children started to complain of headaches and nausea. My wife and I noticed the strong smell of gas. When we returned home we discovered a pool of fuel all around where the vehicle had been parked. It is believed that the leak started before I picked up the vehicle (I live in Saskatchewan) and progressively got worse. This simple error ruined our holiday and could have been much more serious had we not detected it when we did. Avoid.

I would like to give Honda Magic more than 5 stars if I could! They made my vehicle buying experience top notch and hassle free. Chase was amazing to deal with from start to finish. I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV in for a new 2023 Honda CRV sight unseen or driven prior to purchase. Honda Magic was very transparent with the offers available and trade in value for my 2021.

I recommend everyone check them out prior to purchasing a car from the local Calgary area. It’s well worth the drive out to Brooks.

Recently purchased a vehicle here and was dealing with Chasten. Very happy with the service we received, there was some small issues but Chasten and the staff was able to fix those things in a timely manner. Great Service! I was visiting Dinosaur provincial park with my kids (drove from Ontario), and my Odyssey wasn't driving right. Lots of vibration and grinding. I was so grateful Honda Magic was able to check the van that morning, get the work done, and send us safely on our way. I wish they were my local dealership! The worse car dealership ever. I’m looking to buy a car abd this place have the car I’m looking. I called at 10 am asking to speak to a salesman. They say all saleman are busy at the moment. Leave your number we will call u back. I waited 1 hour 30 minutes abd get no call back. I thought maybe I gave them wrong number.so I call back again same guy pick. And say saleman still not available. 2 and half hour after first call and still nothing from this dealership

Great service from the Randy, Justin and the whole service team weather it be the counter or the shop. Had questions answered that we had. Fast friendly service. Always able to get our vehicles in and done in a timely manner. Got to peek while they worked on our vehicle and see how they performed. Absolutely a great crew that they have there! Love it! I got my Honda CR-V from the Honda Magic Brooks Alberta. It’s such a great experience with all the team stuff of the showroom.
However I will praise Cory Lindstorm for everything, he was the one who gave me all the details of the car and gave me full of satisfaction.

The young salesman was fantastic! -friendly-proffessional-knowlegable, truly a great guy.however.as much as I want to support local.now comes the person that does the actual dealing.extorsion prices are unacceptable.when they try and charge the same price for a 3 year old car that was the same price new. PLUS tax and their arbitrary fees.thats a hard pass.in these economic times perhaps it's time to be a tad more realistic/competitive on your price points. Not a returning customer.

There were a couple issues on the car which Kyle promptly addressed and took care of above expectations in comparison to other sales persons and/or dealerships that I have dealt with.

Came in for a Honda accord, we talked to Tony beforehand and his great customer service inclined us towards this location. We drove almost two hours to get here but it was worth it. We got a great deal on our 2019 Honda Accord Touring and the people helping us were extremely nice and honest. Moreover, they have a great positive attitude and make you feel like they care about your interests. Trevor was extremely knowledgeable and answered our questions to the best. We had a great experience with the team which made a great impact in us making up our mind to get the car. Kirsten offered us a great rate of interest that we didn’t expect as well. Overall, really impressive, loved the vibe.

Honda Magic was fantastic!

We were 2 hours into a long road trip over the Christmas Break when we had issues with our alternator. Luckily we were able to pull into Honda Magic, however, found out that a new part was 2 days away! The service department, knowing we were travelling, offered to take a replacement alternator from a car on the lot just so that we wouldn’t be delayed too long! They took fantastic care of us while we waited, offered us a car to tour around and suggested a few places to go to kill some time. The repair was done in no time and we made it to our destination and back home again without any problems.

These guys are great and I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again!

Great team, clean facility, and tons of parking. Pretty handy being able to get your vehicle in for service with a same-day appointment! No waiting in line at Honda Magic. If you do wait for your vehicle, take a look out back at all the RVs and trailers they have available! Would recommend.

It was time to look for a new vehicle but I was in no rush. Walter was very patient (this process took several weeks) and helpful. He always took the time to answer my questions and give me prices. Walter alerted me as soon as a vehicle came in that he thought would be right for me. It turned out to be exactly what I was looking for, and Tony offered me a very fair deal on the trade in of the CRV I had been driving. I really appreciate all the support I have been given with my new vehicle as well.
