I am ADDICTED to Honkers dill pickle wings and their pasta salad. All of their food is amazing and the service is always top notch. But their wings and pasta salad are the absolute best in town. Great atmosphere, great people and Vicki and her staff do so much for our community. Go support them and enjoy the amazing food and service!

Ate here 2 times before it was excellent; came back for a 3rd time. Food was underwhelming this time and the drinks were awful too.

Honkers is a culinary delight! From the diverse menu to the welcoming atmosphere, every aspect is top-notch. The food is a delicious blend of flavours, and the attentive staff adds to the exceptional experience. The drink selection is superb, making it the perfect spot for any occasion. Five stars without a doubt!

I rarely leave reviews for anything. However, I felt compelled to do so on this particular occasion.

Went in for lunch and sat at the bar which had a weird, vaguely sewer type smell aloft, but I wasn’t sure if it was my olfactory sense (which is often off).

The waitress was pleasant and promptly took my order. I ordered the bangers & mash which she endorsed as a ‘good one’.

What my expectations of bangers & mash are and what they are at Honkers apparently differ a lot. What I got was, essentially, was sliced kielbasa (or something akin) on some semi-warm mashed potatoes (which tasted like they were a powdered mix frankly). On top of this was brown gravy and some sliced vegetables. Interesting, but no.

All in all, the dish wasn’t bad, but not really what I was expecting. The waitress was kind enough to ask how my meal was. I replied it was “fine” though I probably only ate maybe half oof it. As she was clearing it away she noticed a lot had not been eaten and asked again. I told her it “was okay”. We left it at that. I never complain about a meal. I don’t really like making a fuss about stuff.

Bottom line: I’d probably return to Honkers, but I will not get the bangers & mash again. Not great.

UPDATE: I went back and had the bacon cheeseburger and it was good. I will definitely be back at Honkers, but will forego with bangers & mash. It's a nice establishment with good people who obviously care about their food and their customers.

Gave them 2 stars cause I've eaten here before and it was decent. But last night my wife and I had the fish n chips cause they were on special and both agreed they were probably the worst piece of fish either of us had ever eaten. Undercooked mushy and downright gross. Waited and waited for someone to come and ask how my meal was but after 10-15 minutes finally just took it up to the bar pretty bad service which has been a problem everytime I've gone here. The waitress actually agreed it was disgusting and took most of it off the bill. I stomached almost half of mine I guess so she charged me for half of it. Definitely should have not charged me a dime in my opinion but I was happy they did something and I'm not there to fight over a few dollars. No name brand frozen fish n chips would have been more edible. Don't think I could eat here again. It was really that bad last night.

Honkers Pub & Eatery was quite a find for us during our road trip across Canada. They made our stop in Lethbridge a memorable and friendly one. Our food was amazing especially for bar food. I was introduced to a great IPA by our waitress who was simply wonderful. I also had the opportunity to speak to the owner that was so down to earth and her hockey knowledge was amazing. My wife and I live in Cleveland Ohio and if we moved to Lethbridge this would definitely be my watering hole. The citizens of Lethbridge are very luck to have this establishment in their city. #GoBrowns.

I had heard rave reviews about the burgers here so came to give them a try. As soon as our food came out I could see it was going to be outstanding. Huge burger, with delicious crispy fries cooked just enough —not too light or dark. To die for gravy. We realized that two women can easily share one burger with fries, and will definitely be cal to try more items on the menu. Wing night for example….

Honkers catered our wedding last weekend and it was PERFECT!

Great food, service and atmosphere. Honkers also offers a private rental venue, "The Nest, " a great location to host private gatherings.

Great local spot in Lethbridge. Great service and a friendly setting. It’s hard to find places like this when travelling in Southern Alberta.

The staff is awesome very friendly but there soup of the day amazing and is always harty &sooo good large portions and affordable and all food is amazing all freshly home made taste u can tell by the fresh taste good music Friday night

Placed a bigger order for pick up for the work crew and everyone is always so happy with the food. I especially love the Spinach Dip! My partner and I will go to other restaurants in the city and order the spinach dip just to find the best in town and so far it is at Honkers. Service is always on point too!

Just started going to Honkers a few months ago. Love going for wing night. Super laid back, food is great, we always end up with the same waitress who is wonderful.

Larger portion of sides with our burgers and wraps. We couldn’t even finish all the fries and onion rings.

Just ate here, bacon chicken burger was great. Monte Christo had awesome turkey. Band played really well. I’d suggest.

I booked the large pond event room last week with The Nest and I would highly recommend it! Staff was super friendly, the space was clean, open and bright and the food was great!

Honkers is one of the best dive's in Southern Alberta. The food is always quick and hot, tons of local talent daily on their stage The atmosphere is unique yet makes me feel like I never left my favourite bar back home.

Also they have pretty awesome shirts!

My coworker and i are from the US and came to Canada for business. We found Honkers online and went to check it out for lunch. And i have to tell you, the service and food were fantastic! Everything was hot, fresh and well seasoned. The waitress who served us was very personable and a delight to talk to. We came back again a couple of days later and had another fantastic experience from food to service. The owner, Vicky, even took a few minutes out of her time to talk to us so we could tell her of our experiences. Honkers was everything you would hope for in a place to eat - great atmosphere, staff and food. They even have catering and a banquet/meeting facility to serve the community. If your in Lethbridge, AB, you need to check out Honkers Pub and Grill - you won't regret it. I can't wait to go there again the next time i'm in town.

To be frank, this is the first time of many that I've been disappointed in the food. $5 extra to make a beef dip into a Philly.expectations were very high considering the usual quality. 2 pieces of green pepper and very few onions with 2 pieces of cheese.for 5 freakin dollars! As it is, I had a guest who had never been before and she won't be going back. Not gonna lie. I expected better out of them. Based on my last visit, I can't, in good conscience, recommend them to anyone.

I come from a long line in the restaurant industry. I'm not oblivious to the fact that food pricing is skyrocketing, but $5 for 40-cents-worth of additions is asinine. A decent food cost is 25%, which would dictate approximately 4-times what what given for the $5 upcharge. I hadn't mentioned the $2.75 for what seemed like MAYBE 3oz of gravy. My meal was around the $26 mark for a sub-par sandwich, fries and gravy.

Try to justify it all you want, blaming ingredient pricing and whatever else you'd like to. The fact of the matter is that this meal was nowhere near worth the money charged. And to be clear, as per the reply below. I'm NOT disappointed in my CHOICE to order it. I'm disappointed in the quality of the meal provided for the priced charged.

Furthermore, they mentioned that that's why they put the descriptions on the menu, so people make informed decisions. Well.if you want people to be properly informed, it should say something like "Upgrade to 'Philly-style' for $5 with 2 small slices of green pepper, a teaspoon of sauteed onions and 2 slices of cheese which won't change the flavour at all. Frankly, you'd get more value scraping the leftover toppings out of the box from a cheesesteak pizza from Domino's. " Truth in advertising, people.

We visited Honkers for the first time while Train Wreck was performing and the bacon cheese burger was very good and the music was amazing.

Stopped in for a quick pop and wings and were very impressed with the food, service and atmosphere. The owner, Vicky stopped by our table and was very cool. Highly suggest this place if you like good people, food and live music
