Alan and staff won me as a customer the first time I went to Honor Computer Systems Ltd.
From the first day in 2006 to present they have gotten exactly what I was looking for.
My present request of them is a Custom Computer build that is very specific, and they are delivering.
I will now be able to create music and videos, edit and produce them in 720p, 1080p, 2160p, and 4320p without any worries. I will be even able to work with 8640p. This is to say Alan and team is giving me the ability to work in creating 2K, 4K, 8K, and 16K. Again Exceptional.

The guys at Honor Computer are the best. Super knowledgeable and resourceful. I needed a battery for my older hp laptop. They ordered it and called me when it arrived. I brought my laptop in. I took my laptop which hadn't been starting at all for 2 days to Honor Computer to see if anything could be done. The technician pushed the power button, and it turned on instantly! So they didn't really do anything to fix it, but I appreciated that they didn't make me feel silly, and did a quick check to see if anything was amiss. They also didn't charge me, and my computer is still working)

A huge power surge took out my home computer on Wednesday night. I called Allen at Honor as we had used them for service many times in the past. I ran it over to him and in less than 24 hours he had retrieved all my data and loaded it all on a new computer. When I couldn’t quite get operational, I called asking for assistance. He was at my door within the hour and sorted all operations for me. I am so grateful for their excellent customer service. Don’t hesitate, call Honor for all your computer needs. Love this Company.

My family started shopping here in 1996 when the store was located in Millwoods. HCS is good place to buy a custom built computer or get parts and cables.

Been stopping by and drop off my UPS package at this location very often lately, the staffs are very friendly! After reading all the reviews, will definitely consider purchase my next computer at this store, thank you guys~

Had a total computer crash and Honor helped us out above and beyond. Our backup drive also crashed so it was heartbreaking and Honor was very empathetic to the situation. Our family would go nowhere else.

We have used this store for 7 years, received the very professional service and excellent customer service. We recently purchased a ACER laptop, a HC5 desk computer with a LG monitor, and several software. Alan Wong (owner) gave us the helpful suggestions. Especially, considering our tight budget, Alan suggested us not buying a software package because the software is nice to have, not must have. The computer store is honest and diligent as well as customer-care-first.
