Dr. Nisha Jeerh is an amazing and caring person, she goes above and beyond. She cares about her patients. She is also LGBTQ friendly. I’m happy I found her as my doctor.

Family uses dr bains who has excellent bedside manner.never feel rushed. Front office staff are efficient. Highly recommend

I have been calling the reception since 3 days and no one is willing to answer. Its really frustrating for the customers.

Dr. Monika has been our family dr for 6 year’s now. She’s an amazing doctor who truly cares for her patients. But please improve your customer service, the new front desk staff are horribly rude and always mess up appointments. It was not like this before.

I am not happy with service I got on 7th October 2023 I went for an appointment for my son and daughter at10: 40 they put me in doctor room at11: 00 am. Doctor was checking another patients in another room I waited there half an hour. In the mean time doctor checked five to six patients in the another room who came to the clinic after me.
She was checking single patients who even had appointments after me as I had two kids to consult with doctor. I expect us to serve at the time we have appointment.

Very bad customer service. I have booked appointment and I left my job to attend but the guy make my appointment in wrong date.very disappointed

Sooo, Dr, Monika was our family doctor for 4 years, BUT she is NOT a good doctor for anything as she worsened my mom's arm pain. Basically she mistreated her arm and injected some kind of medication and since then she can’t lift her arm up. We went on a vacation to another country for a month, since we were there my mom went for a checkup on the arm pain. Shortly after we found out with an MRI that the issue is actually from her neck. To find the issue in that country took about 1 hour, with Dr. Monika it took an YEAR and still unable to find it. When we came back with all the reports and MRI, Dr, Monika told us that she was unable to read the MRI and a letter from the doctor who actually found the issue. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. As she will worsen your medication!

Dr.jeerh is really good.she listen to the concern and find solutions. But the front counter staff is very unwelcoming. They are Not very accommodating when it comes to getting in to see doctor.

Terrible! They have a very visible sign outside saying for WALK-INS too. So I did walk in, then to my surprise the reception said they are NOT accepting any walk-ins! Rediculous! Better REMOVE YOUR WALK-IN sign! Its deceiving!

Doctor is so SO great (5 stars for Dr. Jeerh!), front desk staff are the worst I've ever dealt with. Every phone or in person conversation has been incredibly frustrating.

The doctors and medical professionals at this clinic are good. Not great, not bad and often have to get you seen as fast as possible before kicking you out and not addressing all your issues. The reception on the other hand is completely and undeniably unprofessional and rude. I should not have to explain my medical history to non-medical professionals to get information changed on my file. I also shouldn't have to explain this history EIGHT different times. Not only did I have to continue to ask for this to change, but when asked for the information to be changed the reception was incredibly rude and judgemental. As well, the reception has completely messed up my information on a laboratory requisition (my birthday, phone number and address) and called multiple times to tell me that I "forgot" my requisition for another test, even though I did the test IN the clinic and they had the specimen RIGHT in front of them. Please do not go to this clinic unless you want to be harassed, belittled and treated as a number.

This review is only for reception, I have been trying to reach them for an appointment for 2 days. Tried multiple times, got lucky once, and they put me on hold with no answer. Ridiculous.

Don’t make appointment it’s totally useless.

My appointment is 2: 30 but the Dr see us at 3: 30.

Staff didn’t care even though my baby is crying and shouting because of waiting for so long.

I ask staff how long should we wait she said Dr is not yet available, I ask again after few minutes she said the room is still full.

We are the only one left even though we have an appointment.

This clinic is good, doctor is nice but the receptionist is unprofessional! You can’t even talk properly and cant explain yourself what you wanted to talk about. Receptionist answers the call after 8 minutes from couple of times trying to reach them. All she can say clearly is BYE! And dropped the call right away! Have some manners and respect your clients!

Its not about the doctor or clinic its about the parking.there is no place to park around this place.parking infrint of the clinic is always full.we got ticketed twice for parking by circle k, because that's considered different plaza.there is not even a paid parking option around.the street parking around this is always full.

Don't waste your time going there. They no longer take walk-in patients, only appointments. So, make sure you get sick only during business hours AND you have to plan on getting sick ahead of time so you can book an appointment. Even with the appointment, you would think the patient will get in quick, but no.you still have to wait for a considerably long time in the waiting room. What a messed up place!

I absolutely LOVE my doctor. Dr. Nisha Jeerh is an amazing doctor and I give her 5 stars. She is extremely caring and has a great rapport with her patients. My complaint is, as soon as she moved to this new location I can no longer get ahold of anyone to book an appointment. I had to no show her once because I couldnt get anyone at reception to answer the phone for a week. I called again last week to book an appointment and the phone just rings and rings. Called again today and same thing. Just rings and rings. This is absolutely ridiculous. I don't want to have to find a new doctor but if i cant even get someone to answer the phone to book an appointment Im going to have to figure something else out. Disappointed.

Front desk staff not answering the phone calls, even trying again and again and the front desk staff has no manors to deal with patients.

Front desk staff is so polite and friendly they always try to give best service possible even though they are over burdened and short staff. I strongly recommend this clinic and appreciate all the efforts made by staff and management.

Staff should learn English, Doctor should learn MANNERS. So called highly educated but no manners Dr Khullar.

Dr. Monika Khular has been my family doctor for more than four years. She is really caring and concerns about my health. The way she approachs makes me psychologicaly healed. All in all I am very happy with all the service I get from all the warm welcoming staff too. Keep it up!

I recently had an amazing experience with Dr. Monika Khullar. She is quite courteous, responsible and helpful. She really provided me an appropriate advice. Moreover, the staff was quite welcoming and humble. Really unforgettable experience.

Dr. Monika Khullar is extremely knowledgeable and patiently listens to my problems. She was quick in requesting an appointment with specialist on my behalf without any further delays. Also, if I ever had any concerns regarding the customer service at front desk, it gets taken care of efficiently and the managing director of the clinic has an extraordinarily great customer oriented mindset. If I could give them more than five stars, I definitely would.

Really disappointed in the service here. I just moved in the area and this clinic is right across from my house which is amazing because I have a young daughter so it makes going to the doctor so easy for us. I heard and read great review on this place so I was hopeful since my last doctor is half way across the city and I don't drive.but each time I've gone here I've either missed my appointment because the front desk messed up or told me the wrong info.once I can understand but it's every single time I've booked an appointment.also they always put in the wrong name when I book.which is also super upsetting because I've even called to confirm all my appointments and they have called me to confirm but once I get there its a different story.and honestly I'm starting to take it personally since it seems to only be happening to me and no one else.no complaints about the doctor though.ive only seen doctor Nisha Jeerh once and she was very friendly.sorry for the rude Comment but this is my experience so far.

Awesome experience.staff is well trained and Dr. Monica is super understanding.she knows her stuff.she gives ample amount to time to her patients.very satisfied.would recommend her to family and friends.

Front desk staff is great and hardworking I saw guy walk in to clinic and start yelling on staff for no reason people should appreciate their efforts and understand how hard is to deal with tones of people and 100 phone calls daily.

Dr. Rickmeet Bains is one of the best doctor I have had. Unlike many other doctors, he actually listens to your problem and try to give best solution to that problem.

Doctor Rickmeet listens and understands everything patiently unlike other doctors in city who just want to spend few seconds. Addresses all concerns of patients. I strongly recommend him.

Wrong info about the business hours. On Saturday i went there around 4: 30pm. But they were closed. Really disappointed came all the way from airdrie.

I like Dr Baines. He’s a great doctor. But receptionist’s could take a course on how to talk to patients over the phone, very rude and unprofessional.

Every single time of the visit, even after booking a appointment there’s a very long wait time… rest everything thing is great but messed up with time management
Today I missed my appointment at 10: 20, i called them and told them that I missed it, i was told i can come but i have to wait a little i was like ok.
Came at 11: 04 waited till 11: 30 then asked how long, again i was told 30 min okkkkk, but in total i waited for hour and half. Like you should be clear with the wait time, keep on saying you are next terrible… i had to change my doctor because of their service, sorry if m rude but really disappointed….

Dr. Rickmeet is a very good doctor but unfortunately the staff is extremely irresponsible and always mess up things,
will not update you on anything in time, will call on wrong phone number, will not let you know if appointment is cancelled, will not get our records from last do doctor even after 8 months.
They need to hire proper medical office assistant with proper business and customer service etiquette!

The best Dr. In town Dr. Monica. Me and my family very comfortable to talk to her and share our physical problems, personal issue and she hear us very carefully and make us feel as family with her professionalism skill same time. My mother Talk about her positive behavior everywhere and we are so happy that Dr. Monica g looking after me and my family for many years. Thanks you So much Dr. Monica g. Dr. Monika and Dr. RAMNEEK are very educated and above knowledge in medical care for there patients. Highly recommend.
