Hope Mission

All they will do is try to separate the family, some employees need help they Leak communication

This rating is in terms of the treatment centre. I dropped off someone there and was shocked to learn that there’s no gym, and no designated smoking area or times. The clients are free to go in and out as they please. I was told, “This isn’t a jail. ” But do your research on how other treatment centres are ran, Hope Mission. There needs to be a routine. They need a more trauma based approach as well since this person saw something traumatic happen just outside the front doors. I applaud everything that this establishment does for the houseless but I wish it was run like other treatment centres.

Hope mission was really good i loved tessy, brenda and anu they really handle people well and make everyone feel at home! Best stuffs according to me

So.
We are now thrown out from 10 am to 3: 00 pm IF we are sick or not!
'Cant stay in bed anymore, although AHS says that is what we are suppose to do!
(How are we suppose to fight this anyway else?)

. Sorry. Have to now 'degrade' my review! They have apparently "lost" my oxygen tank that I need to breath with - no explanation given over Easter weekend.

They keep recharging my bed.forcing me to sleep beside somebody don't want to.
Guess it is going to be, "so sorry, kinda sucks to be me. " kinda attitude.while HOPE "kinda" claims they wanna, kinda, we there for the.puuuuuur people in life.

Today, 2023 HOPE is making FABULOUS changes!
We now have laundry, outdoor bathrooms, a coffee drop-in warming center (to keep us from wandering the streets), new staff that is communicating better with us.and a Head Office that is listening to what it takes to help us out best while we go thru our life transition!
Go ahead and read my old review. That is not happening anymore!

(Hypocritical! They let females (Women's Emergency Shelter) stand out in the cold winter nights for 20 minutes! We always have to go to the Men's main entrance to "BEG" to be let in! To totally "anti-Christian!)

They helped me a lot for 2 weeks and i am forever grateful for that. Thank you to the staff who is trying to do their best in this kind of environment. The food was great every meal served and i wish they continu like they do.

It was a great experience and without them I would have went hungry many days. My only issue was a couple times I dropped off smoke related items and they went missing by the morning then the two guys proceed to treat me like a criminal or a liar and I’ve been doing everything to get my life together. Very cruel and rude for no reason. This was Tuesday 7: 30am July 18.

I love this place, it's been an awesome experience. It's a vital part in my recovery journey and is helping me in life so so much.

Just participated in a community event / fundraiser hosted by the hope mission, awesome staff friendly faces you can tell they’re genuinely committed to their goal.

They are short staffed. Toilets are are plugged! Extremely messy, the place should actually be investigated more behind the scenario. This should not be a shelter any worker with in the system should suggest for domestic violence or history of such. Very negative experience

If I ever had the chance to go there again and shoot myself in the right temple. I would shoot myself in the temple because at least it would probably makes a few people sad. It's a fun emotional state.

Stealing poor homeless people's belonging on a consistent bases.why are the issues allowed to work or steak from the poor.on camera.devious treacherous &Vindictive outfit using religion to exploit the poor.shame on you.
