The work that was required was explained in detail to me. The estimate was substantially less than the competitor. When all the work was done, the final bill was $300 less than the estimate. It was a very pleasant surprise!

Take your car here! Amazing customer service and work. Car looks better then it did when bought brand new. Brendon was always quick to respond to anything we needed and great with giving us updates. Any future work will be coming to them.

I needed a small panel replaced on the interior of my 2011 Subaru. I spoke with Brendan who was very helpful over the phone and then I stopped by and he fixed the issue right away, saving me a day leaving the car at the dealership. Excellent and efficient. Definitely recommend.

I had hail damage completed here and had a great experience. The workers here take their care and time to ensure you understand the work they will be doing and my car was so clean when I got it back!

I went to Horton Auto Body & Paint for an estimate to repair some damage on my car a few days ago.
Brad appraised my car and he did a wonderful job. He was exceptionally thorough, even telling me he thought the metal bar beneath the bumper may have been bent by the rear impact, although that was not visible to the casual observer. I was able to wait a short time for him to prepare the written estimate and, in every way, he was professional and efficient.
Above all that, I appreciated how kind Brad was to me. I was feeling a little fragile with a painful neck and he told me to sit and relax inside while he carried out his inspection. Not only that, but Brad then explained his findings to me clearly and concisely before also explaining the requirement for a 'police sticker', as the repairs will cost more than $2000, and then directing me to a police station that was very close by.
All in all it was a five star service.

I can not express enough thanks to Horton Auto who took such great care of me, with special thanks to Brendon, who held my hand through the whole process and made me feel safe. I had a recent rear end collision and being new to Alberta (rules are different to BC) and actually never having had a collision before, I had no idea what to do. I was recommended Horton by Toyota and now I will never use any other body shop should I need one. I have had my truck back for 6 days and it turned out spectacular. Brendon looked after me from tip to clip with almost weekly updates and pictures of progress. I had a situation where my truck was backed into while parked and then the loser drove away without leaving a note. I didn't have comprehensive insurance so I was presented with a terrible predicament where I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs. I took quotes from a number of different auto body shops and I ended up going with Horton. I talked to Brendon who gave me options on the repair (essential vs.non-essential). He also did some minor cosmetic repairs (separate from the accident) at a discounted price, which I sincerely appreciated. Although the situation with damage to my truck really stunk for me, I was happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Horton to others, especially if their insurance is paying for the repair.

We will 100% be coming here for any auto body shop needs we have. We were forced into a very stressful situation when our tires got stolen off our brand new car. Our insurance company set us up with Horton and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Brendan I believe was the gentleman who helped us through the whole process. He was a saint! He kept us informed whenever anything happened, he was incredibly knowledgeable and his customer service is 10/10. He gave us predictions on when services would be done, and everything went quicker than expected. They even cleaned the exterior of the car (which was much needed, and greatly appreciated) and I’m pretty sure they even chucked a little gas in her because the tank was under an 1/8th when it was towed there, and now it’s over 1/4! You can get your vehicle fixed at all sorts of autobody shops but if you don't use Horton's you are paying too much. Their price was the best quote I received. The service was friendly and professional. Brendon took the time to listen to what I wanted done and delivered. Turnaround time was outstanding and quality of work was simply excellent. They were happy to tour me around their shop and explain their processes. Look elsewhere if you like, but you won't get better service, better turnaround or a better price than Horton's; period.

My 3 yr old son scratched the side of my van with a rock. It looked pretty bad as I couldn’t get the scratches out myself. I took it to Horton Auto Body and they looked at it right away and fixed it in the spot. I’m not sure if all customers are treated this way but they didn’t try and up sell me. They said they would try and buff it out and then see. Turns out that was enough and the van looks new again. Best part was they didn’t even charge me or give me the run around! Straight shooters over here and I will spread the word and never hesitate to go back to these guys in the future. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Consummate professionals is the definition of who these guys are!
