Been to Horton RV a couple of times now. Doug has always been super professional and accommodating. They do great work, they are fast and very fairly priced and the price is always as quoted! I will be dealing strictly with Horton RV from now on.

Had some water damage fixed 1 year ago. Used the trailer 5 times and store it inside. Suddenly the entire front of the trailer he "fixed" is loose on the frame and his huge caulking joint he had tried to hide the work under is split open. Pictures attached will show missed screws and "toe nailed" screws at such an angle he was only able to to hit 1/4" of a 2x4 that he split. He brought out the original guy who did that work and admitted it was not done right. Doug agreed to fix it up! A week later Doug lets me know my trailer is fixed and my 400$ bill is ready. To my shock he then threatens with daily storage fees if I don't pick up the trailer by the following day. He bullied me into paying for something that was not completed right in the first place and I told him that. He clearly didn't like that and The icing on the cake from big bully Doug was how he purposely parked my trailer in a large puddle of an empty lot as well how my power line suddenly had a slice in it!

Literal worst customer service I’ve ever had. It’s like dealing with a bunch of spoiled teenagers. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Drive RIGHT past and to the next one.

Abusive behaviour on behalf of Doug. He is a bully picking on those in need of his services. Anywhere but here is what I recommend.

I had a water leak in my RV while we were living in it. I tried taking it in to many other places but Horton RV Services was the only one that could take it in with little notice. Nevertheless, they did an amazing job, getting it back to us in one day. They also showed us what they had done and provided great advice on how to properly winterize it. We could not have asked for better service. These guys really know what they are doing!

Doug and his team of technicians are extremely knowledgeable. They are all incredibly accommodating and willing to help. Prices are very competitive and the service is second to none. Small family business that is worth supporting.

I had my 5th wheel booked in for service only to arrive and have Doug say it wasn't necessary. I appreciate the honesty and having a service company look out for my best interests. Thanks!

I purchased a trailer privately and brought it in for an inspection before finalizing the sale. Doug was friendly, respectful, and flexible when I needed to leave the unit on his lot for a few days. Affordable prices and quality work. I highly recommend Horton.

Doug and his team are awesome! I have been RV ing tor many years and dealt with mostly average repair facilities. This is the most honest, reasonably priced shop ever. Will have my business for many years

Doug was professional, friendly, and extremely prompt with fixing the camper. I called on Monday with a broken axel and he said he could get it in on Wednesday, I asked if I could drop it off that day. He was tight on space yet still took the camper and it was ready on Wednesday after doing extra work! Will use Horton RV in the future and HIGHLY recommend.

I was treated very well here, and my trailer came back looking great. I will definitely be coming back here for any RV repairs in the future.

Doug was very quick to help me with my camper repairs, and he was very friendly while doing so. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a trustworthy RV repair shop.
