They always fit us in when we drop in on a whim and the ladies work miracles on my daughter wild hair!

I’ve been coming to this Salon for three and a half years now and the staff at Hot Shears are so lovely and amazing. Connie is my hair stylist and she’s so easy and fun to talk to. Connie makes me laugh and makes my visit so enjoyable and entertaining. I love coming here just to see Connie. The store is bright and welcoming, the prices are really good, the hours are good, etc.

Love Abir. She was gracious and explained everything step by step. Will definitely be revisiting and I recommend her services.

Quick and efficient haircut for my 2 year old. Called and they had an appointment available in half an hour.

I was looking for a small barrelled curling iron. The receptionist cled sent a very knowledgeable stylist over to assist me. She really knew so much about all the various types of hair irons. I was impressed and it makes me confident that the staff knows about styling hair as well. Very good experience.

Got some partial highlights in two colours and was pleased $150 pretty okay. Brought a young girl for some colour highlights and they charge the same price plus more for the color. Was quoted around 200 total for both so paying over 300 was not the best then the lady said the bottom of my hair could use just a small trim on the ends and they count that 2 min job as a haircut and charged me $50 eek in the end with tax and a small tip it was 400 total.the lady even put too many blue highlights so almost all her hair was blue and I ended up going to another place to buy supplies and put a little bit more Brown back in her hair. Very disappointed. I thought they would give me a better price than some salons in Sherwood Park but I guess not.don't think I'll be going back there at all

This place is amazing, got my haircut done by Natalia. She was very quick and professional, and I loved the way it turned out. The lady at the reception also was super nice and helpful.
Definitely would recommend this place for the exceptional service they provide to clients!

I would recommend anybody going to Hot Shears to stop and think. "Should I allow someone to cut my hair when can't keep their schedule straight". I would strongly recommend that you take your business else where. I booked an appointment to get my hair shaved at the back. I showed up, only to be informed that the staff member had just called in sick. I said "oh well" and re-booked then showed up once again to be told that he wasn't suppose to be in. So one again I was forced to re-book. I showed up for my new appointment, only for the staff to rudely inform me that they had no appointments that day. I said "whatever" and booked my hair appointment with a different company that takes their customers seriously. Only for "Hot Shears" to call me back the next day saying that I was book in and late for my appointment. To say the least, I would rather crawl on a road covered in Lego bricks for a mile than try to deal with the staff at Hot Shears because I know the Lego bricks are more reliable! It only took them 5 years to respond to my post lol

Cut hair way too short not requested was friendly and enjoyable but would not go back as it seems unskillsd

Ladt Friday Connie dyed my hair blonde and the end result was more than I expected. Connie was friendly and knew what she was doing. Very professional and I will be back
