The staff here are wonderful! Had an issue with a gift card due to the system glitching and getting the wrong information from customer service on how to fix it. They went above and beyond helping get it fixed. Will for sure be back here.

Some of the most kind hearted sweet staff I've ever met Toby I hope I spelt that right really helped me pick out shirts for my date and also talked me through some stuff I was really stressing about like what movie to pick. I must say Hot Topic you guys have a diamond of a person working there and you should be proud to know I really appreciated that it felt like I was so much closer to the store then just a customer I bought so much stuff! Much love! Thanks Taylor and Apollo too for all their help!

This is such a fun store! They had the exact band tee we were looking for, and the price was reasonable. The store is a bit small, so it's kind of cramped in spots, but it's worth it to look through all the cool pop culture items. The staff were super welcoming and helpful!
