We bought our unit in March, 2022 and have been Thoroughly Impressed dealing with Sarah, Ryan and the Entire Team. From start to finish and over the past 11 months, Service has been Top Shelf. I've never gone without getting answers back quickly and the staff even stayed open late once so we could get what needed.

Friends of ours suggested we check them out when we were in the market and I do the same with people we know now - they're Knowledgeable, Friendly and Efficient!

Beware of service! Just letting you know that a heater went on my tub it was replaced by a service rep and then failed that day. When I notified the service manager a rep was sent back out and I was told that the new part would be warranty. But in that time the pipes to my tub froze and was told they could not replace the part until I defrosted my tub! It was not the failed part they had just put in that froze the tub it was the COLD. I am now left with a frozen cracked unusable hot tub. Beware folk make sure you know what you’re dealing with. Zero stars all around for Allison the service manager and Ryan the owner! The only reason they get one is they don’t allow zero stars. What a horrible experience

We found out about Hot Water LeisureScapes through the Artesian dealer locator since we had decided on that brand for value/quality. Luckily the only local dealer in town also turned out to be fantastic! Their entire team is super knowledgeable and made the entire process seem almost too easy. Sarah was very patient and low pressure when explaining the different models and features. We did not have possession of our new home yet, so they held the unit we decided on for a couple of months with just a nominal deposit. Ryan came for a site visit and was very helpful with advice on how to prepare a pad for the tub and then on delivery day, he and his team impressively maneuvered the tub over uneven ground and a tight walkway and then plopped it on the pad without a single scuff or dent. They provided very organized and detailed instructions on how to start up and condition the water for the first time and then Alison followed up with a detailed email on how to register the tub for warranty. At any time we had questions by email or phone, their team responded very quickly. All that came with a great price on the tub too! Highly recommend them.

Hot Water has renovated and also serviced our pool for a few years now. The Bearded Viking Ryan always provides reliable and great quality products. Can’t go wrong with these guys!

Great experience, no high pressure sell, great customer service. Delivery was on time. The 3 guys doing the delivery were amazing talk about tight spaces and they still got it in safely! The lead hand is about 7ft tall and looks like a viking! Very knowledgeable! Thanks guys! Highly recommended!

Sarah and her team have been wonderful every time we have needed anything with our hot tub. We recently had a question on a part we needed and sent the message late at night on a weekend! Nice experience here. Came here with family to get a filter cleaned for the tub we use outside our home. Staff were really nice about our visit, and when we chose to look around a bit more. Been a customer here for a number of years since this place has opened. Great experience every time.

Every time I get into my tub I keep thinking I need to send them our wonderful review they were with us a year in the planning purchasing and they delivered on time they help me install it into the appropriate room we built for it. They did a wonderful job they have everything we need but they only sell us what we need great people to work with highly recommend.

We just recently bought this tub from Hot Water Pools and Spas and we just love it. It is so relaxing to sit in here and soak the sore muscles away. The selection of colours we can turn the lights on to is more than enough, blue is our favorite by the way. This picture doesn't do the color of the blue justice at all but at night the glow gives a feeling of calm, almost like your at a spa on holidays, but at home. There are plenty of jets and all points of ache and pain can be reached and massaged. One of the favorite seats is the lounger where you can get rid of the tired dull ache of a full days work massaged right out, while at the same time relieving the shoulder and back pain. The ease of lifting the lid is just another bonus. We would recommend this tub and we are as happy with it as the sales staff said we would be. Set up was really easy too, it was just plug in and let it do its thing. Poured in some sweet smelling peach we bought from their large selection of spa supplies and climbed in. The only issue we have is that we don't want to get out.

Customer service is top notch! Before, during, and after care - these guys know what's up. If you're going to spend your $$$, DO IT HERE. I promise you, it's worth every penny and then some.

In 2014, we attended a Home & Garden Show in Calgary and we came across the Hot Water Pools & Spas display. We had always wanted a spa, so we stopped in and spoke with the lady there (Sarah, the owner of the Airdrie location). Sarah spoke to us like we were normal people, asked insightful questions about our family and what we wanted in a spa. She had us laughing non-stop and we couldn't believe how comfortable she made us feel. Two years later in 2016, we moved to Airdrie from Edmonton and when our house was finished, we started to shop around for a spa again and found Hot Water Pools and Spas online and decided to go check it out. When we arrived at the store, we were greeted by Sarah again! She came up to us and asked us how our children were doing and remembered our conversation like it happened the day before. We were amazed at how much Sarah remembered about us! Sarah showed us around the store, gave us her honest opinion about what spa would give us the best bang for our buck and we proceeded to purchase a Coast Spas Swim Spa that was on sale for an awesome price. Sarah guided us through the entire purchase, including financing options and delivery. When the tub arrived, Ryan (Sarah's husband and co-owner) was on site at our house and guided everything with ease while they craned the spa over my home and directly into place! Since we purchased the spa, we have had nothing but the most amazing service from the entire Hot Water Pools and Spas team in Airdrie. It feels like Sarah is part of our family and we feel so lucky to have such phenomenal service at our fingertips. Thank you to Sarah, Ryan and the entire team at Hot Water Pools and Spas in Airdrie. Spot on with parts I needed for my tub, its in BC at my cabin so i have to do the work myself, young lady named Sara walked me through it for technical on the electrical parts and gluing other parts, very impressed with her knowledge and patient with me. Will buy my next tub here!

Amazing service. These guys went out of their way to make sure I was happy. It was a difficult delivery and situation but Ryan was always there and willing to help. Great place, people and prices. Hot Water Pools and Spas in Airdrie are great to deal with. Had a leak in a pump after a freeze this winter and they came and got it back up and running in no time. Great selection of chems and accessories. Service is outstanding from the techs to the owners to the counter personnel (all of which are completely knowledgeable about the equipment and your specific tub needs!)

Sarah and the crew have been awesome! Had a few little issues with the tub over the last 4 yrs, each time I have contacted them about these they have jumped and got out right away to handle the issue. Fantastic service every time!

The workers there know their stuff. I'm a first time hot tub owner and the only reason why the tub is an enjoyable experience is because of the professionalism, knowledge and patience of Sarah and her staff. They always take time to explain to me what I should do, why I should do it, and what results I should expect. When my hot tub needs to replaced, I will absolutely be going to see Ryan and Sarah.

We have been dealing with Ryan and his amazing crew for over 10 years. They have been reliable, knowledgeable and honest, so much so I insisted they be our "go to guys" for our hotel pool and hot tub servicing. I would give more business to them, but since they're so good, my pool and hot tub haven't needed repair! I highly recommend them to anyone needing any pool or hot tub repairs/service over any other shop we've dealt with in Calgary and surrounding area.
