So impressed with Jeryll! The most pleasant, efficient check in service I’ve EVER experienced! A true professional! We’ll definitely be back!

Came here to use a westjet voucher with my wife an 2 small children. Was a late night arrival around 1: 30am. Trip home was rescheduled multiple times due to weather. Kids where exhausted. Came to hotel to check in and the guy at the front counter was the worst and zero communication. Asks for my credit card doesn't tell me what for. I ask for a late check out and he wanted to charge me. I had originally called they day before and they said to just tell them at the front desk. Only asked for a couple hours. He insisted there was a extra charge. It was all just so we could all sleep and catch up on lost sleep. He said no. Terrible service, terrible communication, and very inconsiderate. Have stayed at 100s of hotels and the few times I have asked for a late check out it was never an issue and never an extra charge. I would not recommend staying here. Toilet also constantly runs water too. Piss poor attitude Mr dude at front counter.

Such a beautiful hotel in every way. Room is top notch and clean, very clean. Shower is gorgeous and even a tv in the bathroom to relax in the tub if needed. Beautiful glow lights. The room is so relaxing- after a stressful trip and airline cancellations this hotel and surgery this was a breath of fresh air. Way better then others that I’ve stay at and definitely will be coming back to this hotel again and again. Restaurant has incredible food- highly recommended as it’s nice not to go out or order skip. Hotel has a beautiful hot-tub- roof tub so view is stunning at night.
You will be extremely happy staying here. I highly recommend.

Spacious, clean, well equipped room with comfortable beds. Fun light color options for around base of bed. Up-scale shower facets, bathrobes & bathroom amenties. Mini-fridge.

Really enjoyed our one night stay here. Great spot to transit in and out of the airport. Not to handy for those wanting to visit downtown. Comfortable rooms large and clean. Showers here are better than most. Lots of pressure and very nice bath amenities. Some of our friends also ate here and said the meals were great. I hope the prices stay reasonable here for future stays. Shuttle to the airport and you can leave your car here while your gone for 10 bucks a day.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans 2 chambres différentes, très propres, spacieuses, calmes et avec une très belle décoration. Le petit déjeuner est inclus, le personnel est très sympathique et le menu conséquent avec plusieurs choix de plats (sucré ou salé).

I recently had a stay at clique hotel airport calgary and I must admit, my experience was far from enjoyable. As a pet-friendly family, we were excited to find a place where we could unwind with our furry friend. However, it became evident that the hotel's claim of being pet-friendly was quite misleading.

One of the most frustrating aspects was the lack of pet-friendliness. Despite the advertised pet-friendly status, we were met with restrictions and limitations that made it feel like our pet was an unwelcome guest. This was particularly disappointing, as we had chosen the hotel specifically for its supposed pet-friendly policy.

Adding to our dissatisfaction was the issue of noise charges. It seems absurd that a hotel would charge for noise disturbances before even 8 o'clock at night. While we understand the importance of maintaining a peaceful environment, this policy felt excessive and added unnecessary stress to our stay.

We stayed just one night after a late flight. I was a bit concerned that hotel would be noisy since it’s so close to the airport. It’s also next door to some casino and in generally not very glamorous area. But it turned out a perfectly safe place. It was very quiet in our room, I’m a light sleeper and I could sleep just fine through the night. Bathroom was great, clean, enough space, great water pressure and toiletries. The bed was perfect for me, not too firm. There was a Keurig coffee maker and tea kettle in the room. Overall, I can definitely recommend this hotel for your pre/post flight stay.

Note that you need to call the hotel from the airport to get the shuttle. If you’re arriving from the US and suddenly find your phone doesn’t work, enable “wifi calling” (free wifi at the airport). There are supposed to be “courtesy phones” but we found only a post with the phone numbers and no way to call the hotel. Thankfully, another shuttle driver kindly called for us. We also didn’t receive shuttle instructions when booking via Expedia but I found instructions in an old post on Tripadvisor and they were correct: at the airport, look for the exit doors number 4 and then when you walk out, look for the bay number 17. It would be nice to have this info easily available on hotel website. And some way to contact hotel/shuttle without phone service would be awesome.

I was there for a conference and didn't stay in the rooms. The catering was the best I've ever seen! Great job folks. Beautiful place.

It is a nice hotel, location is key because its very close to Calgary International airport.

We stayed here June 30th. Booked our room back in October for the advance rate. I found it weird when I booked my cc wasn’t charged, kept getting emails about the upcoming trip but no email claiming payment hadn’t been made. I finally called and they did process it with the card on file. Rooms were clean, check in was busy but they were going as fast as they could with two staff. They only have one elevator which ended up being out of service - luckily my husband is mobile now in his air boot. Since we had to use the stairs they were very slippery with no signs because of people using the pool and dripping down the stairs. Hauling luggage up and down the stairs was a pain. Great location otherwise close to the airport and to Deerfoot to get to the malls or ikea. We also had great service and food at tonic kitchen inside the hotel.

My boyfriend and I spent New Year’s Eve here.
Overall our experience was great. However I found that the gentleman at the desk checking us in was quite rude to us. Which definitely lowered my standards for the hotel a little bit. When we got to our room, we loved it at first sight. The beds were comfy and the tv was great. Our favourite part was the lights under the bed.
I would stay here again. But the hospitality from the man checking us in was not great.

2 stars only because of the staff the rooms were clean and excellent on another hand staff extremely rude and the manager as well they will not even except a mistake they made on their end no they will still talk rudly to you and keep interrupting you, no attention to detail as for charging credit card what a mess we had to deal with for a whole week they are not helpful at all my expectations for this hotel have lowered extremely you can't even deal with them like normal civilized people.

Cool place with comfy beds, stayed here out first night in Calgary when we moved here before we got keys to our place, best hotel! Highly recommend

This hotel is beautiful! We stayed last night, as our Westjet flight was cancelled. The shower was a dream, the cool lighting under the bed, small tv screen in bathroom, they've thought of absolutely everything. New and spotless. We'd come back again for sure!

It was ok. Super squeaky floors and loose floor tiles in the bathroom. Super loud and had major issues with a party room below us.

Hotel Clique has never disappointed me. From the moment you walk in until checkout, you are surrounded by great people, great room and awesome restaurant!

Food was alright, couldn’t care for front desk, there’s no windows in the entire building so if you like fresh air you can go stand out front in their parking lot

A great boutique hotel. The service was very welcoming, the decor was very modern & room was very clean. Unfortunately we only spent one night here, but the next time we are in Calgary we will definitely stay here!

Cool Hotel. They use unique furniture. Restaurant is open late. TV in bathroom. Great shower, rainfall, detachable shower head and additional “nozzles” that shoot at your body. I would stay again.

Very Clean & neat Hotel room. Staff was extremely welcoming and the whole environment was hospitable. Kids loved the hot tub on terrace.

Awful rude front desk.
I never even stayed. They kicked me out.
They made mistake with my reservation. I called in to book and confirmed with the reservation that I need the clique side. When I checked in they said my room was booked at applause. This is the second time.
The front desk told me if I didn’t want the room I can leave. Wow! There booking error and they didn’t care.

Unbelievably courteous & helpful staff. The room's are immaculate and the shower is incredible. Was the best stay imaginable

Nice place to stay but the restraunt had the worst food ever.ordered 3 different meals and it just got worse every day.should have just ordered pizza, to bad no pizza places would deliver way over there. 4 out of 5 due to lack of good food.

Omg…very lovely, quiet and cozy place. The kids particularly loved it. The bath, lovely. Spent a night with my 2 kids and it was a very wonderful experience. And the hot tub…oh la la Kudos to their housekeeping team; room, bed, bath, robes, sheet, towels…all spotless. We will definitely be back!

It’s was good, we had the Teriyaki Glazed Salmon with “two Ocens white wine” and “Santa Caloina Cabernet” I will not recommend both wines but the food was good! Cheesecake was amazing!

Nice clean room. Friendly staff at front desk and restaurant. We ordered dinner and the food was fantastic. Due to covid we had to eat in our room, but the very friendly girl from the restaurant brought the food to us. Love that shower bar! The shower has so many knobbys and will wash all your angles and cracks. LOL Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The sunset and sunrise views are breathtaking and can be enjoyed best from the rooftop hot tubs. The in house restaurant is magnificent and open late.

I love that housekeeping is so discreet, and takes the time to provide a safe, comfy stay. Little touches like chilled cream in the fridge every morning really make a difference!

There is no doubt that this hotel is worth a stay, and I would recommend all incoming or outgoing travellers to book here immediately.

We had the BEST experience with the staff and hotel accommodations. They were extra wonderful to us. Very patient and helpful. Front desk responded promptly. Everyone was helpful. And patient. It’s a beautiful place. Great price. The room was perfect. Could not say enough good things about this place. I will be back!

The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious. The rooftop hot tubs are open, by reservation, in half hours time slots. If that's not to your liking, though, the in suite bathtub is deep enough for a lovely soak. Both check in and check out were fast and easy, with friendly staff readily available to assist.

Nice hotel, but staff made comments about how much food we ordered and we had left something behind so we called to get it found so we can get it back and they turned down one call completely, then didnt get housekeeping to check and never called us back about our stuff which we know is there.showers are weird.beds are comfy.

Hotel Clique/Applause Hotel was all around amazing. The staff were very accommodating, they went above and beyond! Rooms were very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. The shower was amazing, as well as the roof top hot tub!

Overpriced and the guy at the front desk shouldn't be working there! I've never seen someone so unprofessional. That is your damn Job not to treat people like that! If this guy doesn't get fired I will be sueing

WARNING, this is a party hotel masquerading as an airport hotel. I sleep like the dead but both my wife and kid were woken up multiple times up to 2am by partiers when we had a 5am airport shuttle to catch. This messed up our entire first 2 days of travel. The rooftop hottubs are kind of cool if they arent swarmed with stupid drunk people.

The restaurant was also hella expensive for what you got however the fish and chips are actually really good.

To the owners: This place is a mixed bag with too many variables. If you want to be a party and convention hotel, do not advertise as an airport hotel. What I want from an airport hotel is as follows Quiet, clean, and Cheap in that order. This missed the boat on quiet by a long shot!

We were so well looked after and the restaurant and facilities were excellent. If you have to wait for your flight, or have just arrived after a long haul, I would highly recommend that you stay at Hotel Clique.

Clean, modern rooms. Close to airport. Nice rooftop hot tubs. Was able to leave the car in the lot while we travelled for a week.

Staff were friendly, hotel is clean, and the bed is amazing! I will solely book here again just based on how comfy the bed is! They also have an airport shuttle that can pick up and drop off every half an hour.

Nice and new and cheap. Close to the airport but nothing else. Free shuttle to the airport and a decent restaurant on site. Overall good spot.

Stopped in for breakfast at the restaurant. Great eggs Benedict and very pleasant staff. I would definitely stop here again.

New hotel so thought we would try it out. Clean and modern. Nice soaker tub and jetted shower. They don’t have room service which was disappointing. Noise really echoes in the rooms. They had Christmas music playing in the halls throughout the night.which is quite unpleasant when you have a 5am flight the next day. I called the front desk to ask about the music if it could be turned down or off and said they could turn it down. It was not done. No fan in the bathroom to even try to drown the noise out. We won’t be staying here again.

Went for a banquet. Food was so so but bear in mind it was just a banquet. Love the slogan on their shuttle bus ~ Sleep with the best. Hotel room seemed comfortable

Great hotel for one-night stay. Room is very clean, staffs at front desk are friendly and helpful. Rooftop hot tub is so cool! It also comes with complimentary continental breakfast in their restaurant. Overall our experience here is exceptional!

Great room - close to the airport and had above average amenities. Good bar too. Very modern rooms. Led lighting under the beds may not have been necessary but were pretty fun.

We had our Company Xmas party this past week, it came together quickly with everything on site. Close to YYC, great bar and lounge and great accommodations. Will stay again!

Easy check in, comfortable bed, large room, On time shuttle. Only reason didn't give it 5 stars.one person lounger vs a seating for two.

Looked like a cool place to stay for a night based on the photos online (we were wrong) staff are brutal to deal with, not accommodating at all. Location is noisy right off Deerfoot trail, so you'll need earplugs if you stay here. Save your money stay with a reputable hotel chain in a better location.

Had a short business trip to calgary and stayed at Hotel Clique by the airport.very convenient.food was good.the room was very nice and bed was super comfy. I liked the pillow choices too. Clean and quiet if I had to would definitely consider staying there again. Shuttle to the airport was also included which was really great for me. The only reason I give 4 stars is that during breakfast I had to wait way too long for the servers to acknowledge me. I had to get up and talk to them twice to see if i could order. It wasn’t super busy but I am sure they must have been short of staff because I only saw two people trying to take care of the whole breakfast. In general very good experience.

Hotel is ok, rooms are clean. The restaurant is nice and offer meals from 6 am.

Nice value for the price and nearby the airport

Stayed here for a night and while the rooms were nice (no complaints about the staff or rooms), the restaurant really marred our stay. $17 for the hangar breakfast which came completely cold -the butter on the toast didnt even come close to melting, the 7 slices of potato tokens (I literally counted 7 measely pieces of potatoes) I got were completely cold, the thumb-sized piece of ham was cold, and the bacon looked like jerky because it was overcooked and cold.

The food looked like breakfast buffet food but was completely cold. My wife's ommelette was inedible because it had a rank taste to it. One of her pieces of toast was fine but the other, you couldn't snap it in half cause it was super chewy for some reason. The fruit in the fruit bowl was brown!

Waitress didn't clean the table when we were seated, when I asked for utensils, I was told to use the set that was already on the dirty table from the previous guest. Just a really bad experience at the restaurant.

4/5 for the hotel but 0/5 for the restaurant. Average out to a 2* stay.

Perfect location to be near the airport, but a bit out of the way for everything else. We were only staying for one night, but it was a great experience. Clean hotel, professional staff, and rooftop jacuzzi. Even though it was raining, the water was great. No pool, but no big loss:) The weekend we went must have been more empty, because the staff offered us a sweet upgrade. The room was lovely with nice amenities (shower head that could spray or tub or water jets, hairdryer, big TV, blue-ray player), beautifully decorated (very modern, lights under the bed that can change color), AC. Free: parking, water bottles, wifi Not included: breakfast The only confusing part is that it shares a lobby with an "Applause Hotel"? Turn right when you go through the doors, and you are at Hotel Clique. Turn left, and you are at Hotel Applause.
