This has been the best hotel we have stayed at. The pillows were hard but they have soft pillows you can request as well.

Renovations ongoing with "pardon the mess" signs everywhere. No complementary breakfast means you have to pay $$$ to have brekky at Tony Romas rib joint next door. We had to dine elsewhere.

The location is good, but the rooms could use an upgrade. The TV's were tiny and not smart tv's. My 6yr old was NOT impressed with the tv's.

I’ve noticed many people complain about negative interactions with staff but for every negative there are many positives that don’t get written. Personally, I had some specific needs and Vanessa went above and beyond to accommodate. Big thanks!
