We're making changes to our business name and brand, and hired Chris Simon at Hotspot Creative Solutions to guide us through the transition. Chris listened to our mission, vision, and values, and created 3 logos with descriptions of how each represented our brand. After choosing our logo, Chris guided us on what should be included on our business cards and letterhead, and sent us examples of each. Once we made our final decision, Chris presented a package with everything we need for our branding. Chris' patience, creativity and descriptive designs made working with him a pleasure, and would be happy to work with him again in the future.

Terrible we waited for almost a year to have our website up and running.
Chris has been unresponsive to emails and even calls. He has eventually gotten back to us, however we have been done with this process for at least nine months now but have already paid our deposit. This has not been a very good experience for us and I woulds not recommend this company.

Gave me modifications after modifications to finally get what I was asking for, several times that is.

Chris was amazingly helpful right from the start of the process to the finish regardless of the amount of time it took me to decide/change/reply.

My initial impression was soon confirmed when they came back with their first concepts. They were exactly along the lines of what we were looking for, they captured what we as a company were trying to say with out logo perfectly in their designs.
