A few hiccups while getting a vehicle but they took the time to follow up and do what was needed. I appreciate it all. Would go back and speak with their fine sales team & service manager about another vehicle in the future.

Sales people are nice but service is a joke. They sold me a truck that upon inspection needed a tie rod end. The truck was booked in and the appointment was a fiasco. I got the truck back and the skid plate was hitting the tire. I called them and they said someone would contact me and no one did. Also they changed out the tie rod end and NEVER DID an alignment. So I noticed my right front tire slowly going bald on the outside. I paid for an alignment and it was confirmed from the mechanic that no alignment was done. I emailed house of cars recieving zero response. I want to be reimbursed for the alignment.

Dealing with Quin was an amazing experience. We did everything over the phone and internet. When I am ready to purchase another vehicle I will be calling Quinn again. I really like the fact that they deliver the vehicle to my house.

I came to house of cars and Luis and Matt helped me out amazingly, made me found the best vehicle for the best price, I am definitely coming back to deal with Luis he always makes me feel like I’m dealing with a friend instead of a usual sales man.

He is the most genuine person I have ever made business with. I a 100% recommend come to house of cars Airdrie out of all the house of cars and personally deal with Luis.

Ethan was great. He is well informed with products and paperwork. Made my wife and I feel welcome and at home. Will recommend him to friends and family.

$30,000 for a 2019 Chevy Cruz I fell for all the used car sales man tropes you can think of
Sitting in the office for hours, going after work when it was dark, sitting in the car at night, sales person was a beautiful lady,
putting themselves as the savior from the terrible Co. I was dealing with.
This is our best deal because of your credit (shoud've went with the other Co.)
Got possession, a week later I was washing it when I noticed a horrible gash under the rear passenger door (image attached)
Looking closer I see condensation in the headlamp.
Called again very slow to respond, sent text with images
I was in the hospital with a heart condition for 3 weeks, brought it in as soon as I was out
They literally fixed the cheapest issue (the headlamp) and said they would call me back, of course they didn't
tomorrow I will go and speak to the manager & see speak to him

I got my suv through Joseph at Airdrie House of Cars! He helped my mom get her credit on track and now is helping me. Thank you so much! He is awesome! Definitely ask for him. He worked so hard to get the vehicle I wanted and the payment and best interest rate he could. Best experience overall buying a new car.

When needing to find another vehicle, I contacted House of Cars in Airdrie, and dealt with Nolan. Explained to him what I was looking and my plan for my son, and he met and exceeded all criteria. Nolan provided me with by far the best experience from start to finish. I was in a bit of bind with upcoming weekend hockey and lacrosse games for my son, and he pushed through, and made every accommodation to make sure I had wheels for the weekend. The vehicle needed a couple repairs, and Nolan went above and beyond with this as well, even got me a second remote.
Nolan walked through every step and made sure I was good and understood everything!
I highly recommend Nolan at the House of Cars location in Airdrie, for any future vehicle dealings. Even talking to other employees briefly in passing, everyone is attentive, and genuinely care about the customer.

Quinn & Brandon are absolutely the best sales team I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve hated my Sentra since the day I got it 6 months ago & I had no plans on trading in my car till my year mark. Came in to look at some cars and had the privilege of meeting Quinn! So polite and was so easy to talk to! Highly recommend!

Beware.
They'll apply for financing solely in your consignors name, with no communication. You only find out when they send the loan documents to sign.
They will also register the vehicle in your name despite you never setting foot in the place, and should have only cosigned.
They'll take, literally weeks, to get the vehicle ready for you.
Despite trading in a vehicle and having the bill of sale reflecting the previous lein, you still show you owe on the previous car loan. (Instead of forwarding money to have that taken care of!)

And they don't send the referral checks they promise they send.

And they try to bribe you to not leave bad reviews and complain to AMVIC.

Terrible place. Don't buy a vehicle from them. Where is my referral check HOC?

I called House of Cars inquiring about vehicles available for a very low price. I explained to the guy on the phone that this is my budget, want to pay cash, you have vehicles available, what are the chances of me buying one? The guy said yes, they're available but I'm going to have a lot of challenges and they're not great cars blah blah blah. I get that but when you have a customer saying that's what they're looking for, why deter them before they even set foot on the lot? That's poor salesmanship and they just lost a potential customer. Do better guys.

I've had a lot of bad experiences at house of cars. So I wasn't expecting anything different at this location. I went here looking for a awd sedan. They got me into a car quick with no hassle and no run arounds like the other house of cars locations. Peter was honest and explained everything upfront and without hesitation. Answered all my questions and then some. A great car salesmen. Hes an asset to this location and the industry. Had wonderful experience with them in January 2021. Come December 2021, we decided to have a look at another vehicle, and settled for a chevy cruis.went to sign the papers and the dealer had papers for a kia forte, we did not want a forte, and he told us that he knew what we wanted, we wanted an import vehicle not a domestic vehicle.and we needed a forte, not a cruise.he didnt even tell us he changed the paperwork, good thing we read contracts.he even gave our banking information to the finance company, which we never provided. He used our old information, what would he have done if we changed banks? SCAM ARTISTS! STAY AWAY

I Drove 10 hours south immediatei to purchase a vehicle through House of
Cars in Airdrie. I dealt with a gentleman named Clayton Lobo who went above and beyond for me. Clayton was very patient, always followed up with me when he said he would. It's refreshing to see that there are still car salesman (and women) who have their clients best interest in mind rather than just a commission cheque.

Purchase a Ford Escape a week ago and my salesperson was Peter To. He was down to earth and very easy to deal with. Walked me through the whole process. Usually predatory lending with high rates. Even had the vehicle pulled to for to do an actual inspection. There were issues they were hiding as one would expect.

After I had completed the purchase the manager Brandon called me and told me there were issues with the vehicles CarFax and that he didn’t feel comfortable selling me the vehicle in it’s current condition. He showed me a better alternative and I am grateful because they could have just sent me in an unsafe vehicle but they didn’t.

Submitted my details via the website around what I was looking for in a vehicle and Javier reached out to me nearly immediately to review my needs.
By the next day he had an option for me to look at and while it was close it was just not completely checking all the boxes, the next day he had another vehicle in which checked off all the boxes except a remote start.
We examined all the possible finance options, test drove the vehicle and working through the process we purchased a new to us, low kms vehicle for the family. Upon pickup the van had been detailed, chip fixed in windshield, full tank of glass.
At pickup he also sat with me to review all the features of the vehicle.
I would buy another vehicle through House of Cars.
