We went to House of Cars Olympic to get our son his first car now that he has his license. We met Bilal right away and wow what a gift he was to the experience. I had never bought a used car before and I wanted this to be a learning experience for my son. Bilal worked with my son one on one to make sure we stayed on budget while my son had an opportunity to make a decision as well see what cars and interest rates are all about. Bilal was kind, honest, forthcoming if he didn't know an answer but immediately did the research or the ask to get what we needed. We landed on a 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer after a fun test drive where Bilal was very patient with my son's first ever test drive. Bilal was extremely knowledgeable about finance and his company, and I am grateful for the time he spent with us. It was my dream moment when I got my type R. Every procedure was fast and best customer service from Zach. I got decent price for my trade in and I’m totally satisfied with their service. I had a great experience with surf going into the process and everything was very easy but there are some parts that didn't make it clear but they are willing to help you out and explain everything. When surf showed me the car i didn't even need to ask if there's any options because the car that he showed me was very perfect for me and my family, I'm not disappointed on what car he showed me. I went there to see the car I made appointment with them. Right after I get there they start doing my loan approval application. I asked for the car to show first but she keep telling me car is getting warm up. On the end they get my loan approval and told me the car Im looking for is rebuilt status and can't do loan on that.
Now they trying to sell me different car. Nothing was mentioned on the ad about rebuilt status and I already told them I need to loan the vehicle.
Wasted 2 hours for no reason and I had to ask someone to take me there from NE.

Eron is the man! I got duped on a Yukon XL that had 31k km more than agreed upon and I went to Eron to make it all better!
He had a beautiful deal for my family to get rolling with exactly what I wanted and way more! Communication was on point through our deal with updated pictures from the car wash and updates on the deal.
He is a straight shooter who worked for the sale; by coming to the house to get signatures. Saved us from strapping our kids into car seats. He even was willing to help me move my new fridge into the house will buy from him again and highly recommend for a good honest vehicle deal.

Eron can't answer a simple question. Told Eron I will communicate via text only. When you can't put an answer in written form you are a slime ball with an agenda. When asked if a specific vehicle is available doesn't mean how are you paying, it's either available or it isn't. You ask how the customer wants to pay after you lure him into the store to see the vehicle. It was very very slimey how the question was avoided and other questions from Eron were asked. Learn some customer service manners and then you get the sale.

Trey provided exceptional service, from finding me the right vehicle, to setting up the financing for me and registering and delivering the vehicle to my home at the promised time, all within two days! He is very personable and knowledgable, he went above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the market for a used or new vehicle. Ask for Trey!

We went in to buy a car with expectations of a cheap car. When we came in we were helped by Eron and I was blown away by his expertise and personability.
He helped us understand the process of buying a car and building credit and made it very comprehensive for us as first time vehicle buyers. He even went above and beyond to help us get a good deal and a beautiful car as well. Our new car is a dream and we're beyond grateful for the team here at House of Cars Olympic Park.

I was told to come and have a look at the car. I drove 60 kms back and forth, only to find there was no car and it had hail on it when I visited, which they already knew and didn’t bother to tell me until last minute. I was genuinely interested in buying the car and but they advertised false information. I have had informed them one day before that i would be visiting the showroom and that i live in another corner of the calgary. They said it’s an honest mistake, but they had an entire day to inform me beforehand.

Great Experience overall came here looking for my first car and was successful in doing so. Ben Elliott was really great answered all of my questions and doubts and was able to provide a really great plan for me. Highly recommend if looking for a vehicle.

Eron was a great guy to work with. He was quick to address every inquiry with no hesitation. Very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything about vehicles. Sent pictures and videos as requested. Pointed out flaws that didn’t show in pictures so there would be no surprises. He even picked me up from the airport in the early morning with just half day notice (much appreciated Eron).

I went into buy a car for my Fiancé and was helped by Justin Pacione, he was great to work with and very professional. Went to House of cars to see if I could trade in my diesel truck for a used f-150, after House of Cars inspected my truck I heard nothing back from the salesman "Nic" for days. Apparently with cash in hand, a vehicle trade in and good credit it's not enough to even hear back from the salesman. Never thought I'd say this but I'll take my chances with Kijiji

House of cars also didn't have either F150 I found on their website, stating things sell faster than they can update the site, all around about as sketchy as a used car dealer gets

I went into house of cars with my girlfriend to look at selling her truck. Took a look around the lot while Jordan test drove it and came up with an offer for us. After discussing it all with Jordan he helped us walk out with a Subaru Crosstrek. Both Jordan and Fahad were amazing to deal with and made the experience really amazing.

My partner and I went to HOC Olympic park to sell my grandfathers truck and little did I know I would leave with a beautiful Subaru crosstrek. Jordan was incredibly kind right from the get go. He was very patient and understanding through the entire process. I never felt that he was pushing me into a vehicle I did not want. I gave him my “must haves” and he ran with it. He was respectful of my budget and showed me a vehicle that was everything I could have dreamed of with including all of my “must haves” and nice to haves as well as more. I would stay well away from any House of Cars Dealership. The epitome of scummy car dealerships. They will do anything to get you through the door and will then do anything to get you to sign on a car. I called asking about a car. When i came in to check it out the next day, i found out it had been sold the previous week and i was just lied to, so that they could get me through the doors. I dont know how their salesman sleep at night.

Went in looking to trade in, got help from Justin he was super helpful straight to the point and I came out with something little more practical to what I was driving before.

Dealt with Jacob and Deni, two biggest losers in Medicine Hat. Lured me in with a Mercedes c300, took it for a test drive, told Jacob I would come in and buy it the next day as long as it wasn't a scam, he promised it was not a scam. Showed up the next day, car was gone, "Bait and Switch". Deni starts running his mouth to me in front of customers, lucky he wasn't out on the street. You clowns are being reported to head office and the Better Business Bureau. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at anytime for any reason other

Originally I was a bit cautious when Ethan the manager called me off Kijiji.but I gave it a shot and not only did he help me sell my Jeep within a week for basically my asking price.he also helped my little brother build his credit by financing his first car. My interaction begun online while I was shopping for a car and I came across a car that I was interested in. I was connected to Jack who was very kind. Listening to what I was looking for and the needs that I had he requested to get some of my information and explained to me what he needed the information for in about half an hour he informed me that he can schedule an in person visit for me to look at the options. In house I met Jack and his colleague Fahad who are amazing human beings they took their time to explain my options and they actually educated me on what opportunities my options presented for the present and the future. I did not feel like they were rushing me to close the deal rather they gave it time and were very relatable. After a test drive and reviewing paper work we closed the deal and as I was unable to pick up the car myself they delivered it the next day. Jack and Fahad get 5 stars thank you gentlemen

My friend recently bought a car and she was a bit disappointed with it. She felt she was a bit scammed. She believed that the car is too overpriced for that year and model. When the car dealer informed her that the bank approved her car loan, the dealer offered her a car right away. They didn't even give her a choice to pick. She felt bad cause she doesn't have any idea in dealing cars and when she was in that situation she felt like she don't have any escape with the deal. She just wished some car dealers would be more understanding of the buyer's preference. Instead she felt like car dealers just want to sell cars and squeeze some money from the customers. For next buyers, do some research and take your time to learn about car dealership.

Went to HOC and met Jake and nic the guys got me into my dream car in about 20 mins! Interest rate was good, trade in value was good and they work fast and efficient to get the deal done. Highly recommend these guys for any car or truck deals. Great work!
