Visited the House of Cars Cochrane location, which has just opened up. David, our sales rep, and Nick the GM were excellent and helped us zero in on a vehicle type.
I would go back and use them again. Very accommodating, no pressure and they pride themselves on helping people get the right car for the right price.

After countless days of searching endlessly, all around Alberta, the most awesome car salesmen; Cam James Cheney, found me the perfect vehicle.

Upon arriving to “House of Cars” in Medicine Hat Cam greeted myself and my family with a warm welcome. He was eager to listen to my preferences and find me the right vehicle. He was very patient and understanding when it came to my concerns. When test driving the vehicle, Cam was clear in his directions and very down to earth. It was an enjoyable conversation, he even suggested his favourite local restaurants, which was much appreciated as I am new to the area. Very friendly and likeable.

I strongly suggest visiting this dealership if you happen to be in Southern Alberta. And if you’re looking for the best salesman, you’ll have to ask for Cam James Cheney.

From start to finish, Conor was great. Knowledgable and helpful. The process was simple and quick. I've been unimpressed with other car lots we've visited that seemed to not really care if we bought a car from then or not, seeming uninterested and dismissive. That's not the feeling I got from HOC. I bought a car from there, was told everything is mint, I start driving, cruise doesn't work, it needs to rotors, radio keeps flickering, not every light is turning on
If you by a vehicle, stay away from this place

Terrible staff not very friendly. When trying to get answers from them, no one seems to know what's going on. The prices for vehicles are way too over priced along with been so pushie on getting you approved without seen what the vehicle looks like. Unpleasant experience, not recommend them for any reason. Stay away!

Where to even start. House of Cars has just been amazing! A year after buying our Ford Escape we dealt with Jacob in refinancing our vehicle, they helped us take care of a payday loan which we were paying insane amount of interest on. Jacob was very helpful and so easy to work with. Thanks again!

I went into House of Cars and I really didn't know what I wanted. Scott was very patient and understanding towards my needs and not once did I feel pressure to buy a vehicle. After what seemed like a few weeks, we managed to find the vehicle I wanted and the offer they gave me for my old vehicle was fair enough. Huge shout out to Scott Logan at House of Cars. What to say about House of Cars. Well, I'm a nutbag when it comes to vehicles; must be what I want. I've been around vehicles since I was younger so I can rattle on forever. I'm going to just get to the point. Please, speak to these ladies and gentlemen about used vehicles if you are in the market to purchase one, cause I truly believe they're one of the rare places that are all in! I waited over a year to leave a review cause I don't like writing them, and I know a car purchase doesn't matter unless it is as still good as the day it was purchased. I just got back from a North America round trip with one of their high-end vehicles I received from them over a year ago. Almost 20,000km later and no major
issues! Know whomever may read this doesn't know me; but for real, this place is serious as I am about vehicles! Please, at least check these guys out; especially my man Jacob and Deni! They'll get you going on your dream ride; and still talk to you a year later how she's running; no doubt!

My only regret is not coming back to visit them from the other side of the country; where I came from to get Sasha! Deni and Jacob, y'all the s$%t bra!

Horrible experiences my wife traded in her 2019 Kia Soul for a jeep Cherokee in the winter had a few issues with the jeep called house of cars many times with no call back
Then winters over and we find out the AC doesn’t even work just blows hot call them bunch more with no call backs finally they tell us sorry cars sold as is …definitely don’t recommend this dealership horrible people

The wife and I was losing faith with the vehicle we had so she phoned HoC just to see what would happen. She was in contact with Jacob and the journey began. The process was depressing at times cause our past vehicle started to show more issues than before. When I turned 20, I got my first car here. They were not very good and I eventually ended up getting my car repo’d because of the salesmen. However, I got a phone call like a month ago from one of the salesmen Tristan. He explained that everyone was new, and he was new, so I figured I’d give them one more shot just to see what my options were, cuz I knew my credit wasn’t great. Anyways, so he was insanely good to me, and he understood, and we went over everything together. He was very personable and friendly! He didn’t hesitate to message me back when I messaged him and he helped me with everything all my questions and all! I didn’t quite get the price range I wanted, but they tried insanely hard, and eventually got me a vehicle that I never even thought of! Now, the only thing is I didn’t get to test drive the new car, which sucked but whatever it worked out! (no one’s fault just forgetful on our behalves), and also because the car itself is a smidge out my price range, not just the payments! But all in all EVERYONE was amazing and open unlike last time, I would reccomend people to these guys now! Thank you tristan and everyone at house of cars who made this happen! -Skyland
