I purchased my car from the 39th avenue location in July 2023. Yesterday my thermostat went in my car. With the help of Vy (the general manager), and Sirack (the service manager). They went above and beyond to help get me back on the road as fast as they could! Thank you again! I appreciate everything you’ve done to help! 10/10 would recommend these folks!

Buying a vehicle from House of Cars (Macleod Trail) is worth doing - it is hassel and headache free.

Roger Whittaker provided great sales and customer service. He made sure that every necessary paperwork was done. He got the finances approved, the vehicle inspection pass and the licencing done. The tyres and the windscreen were replaced at no additional cost. There is no mechanical issues with the vehicle.

I recommend Roger to anyone wanting to buy a used vehicle. He was upfront and honest, and guided me in making the final decision.

Colten the manager was also, very helpful and made sure that I would be satisfied with my purchase.

Met with Roger; he was reliable, answered all questions needed. Had my registration changed for me, provided me with an insurance hook up which was 1000 cheaper than my previous car which was 11 years older. Had my new car ready and was in and out in a timely fashion.

If you want to make the impossible possible, make sure to specifically ask for Lukas Reid in sales, and Nadeem Bochenski in finance! These guys did not only go the extra mile, the entire process was seamless to a t. Thank you for making it happen, and for the gentlemen’s handshake - you have my future business.

Found a vehicle 2 weeks ago went down to look at it and was surprised it was very dirty and not in presentable condition (salesman was even embarrassed). I test drove it and and decided to sign the papers only on conditions that the vehicle passes Alberta inspection as it came from BC. Days went by and on the day I was suppose to pick up the vehicle I received a call from the rep saying the vehicle did not pass inspection because of holes found in the frame of the vehicle so had to look for another vehicle other with House of cars or elsewhere. A couple of days passed and I received a call from the manager from the Macleod Trail location saying there was a mix up and received the wrong inspection report for the vehicle and it did pass inspection with minor repairs. Question I had for them is do they not check the vin to make sure they have the correct information before contacting the customer? I have since asked for the inspection report with repairs required before picking up the vehicle next week which I have yet seen. Received another call from the manager saying the vehicle had minor repairs and did finally receive a copy of the work done which was acceptable so will await for the vehicle to be back at the Macleod Trail location and review with the salesman as he has put in the extra work to make sure this rolls into a favourable position

Picked up the vehicle today and after further discussions with the manger and Jabir and review of the final inspection report, I was very pleased with the final product and had told Jabir it wasn’t all his issue as he always stuck in the middle relaying messages from management. The issue has been resolved and I couldn’t be more pleased with the vehicle

The gentlemen's at this location are one of the best to work and communicate with, especially Nick Shugaev. He was very respectful and professional. If this review was only about the guy we dealt with and not the company as a whole, this review would be a lot different. Maaz was the name of our customer service rep. The guy was phenomenal. 10/5 stars for him. However, in my recent purchase of a vehicle from them that cost about 24 thousand dollars, yeah not cheap, promises were made that were simply not kept. During our test drive we asked about Bluetooth, it was confirmed to have this feature. Before signing paperwork we noted that the phone button did not work in the vehicle. We were promised it would be fixed. Get the vehicle and have multiple immediate issues. All were dealt with swiftly save for the Bluetooth. Apparently our model does not come with it, and despite being promised it would be added when brought to the dealership to have all the issues fixed, we were then outright told that since it did not come stock with our model then it would not be added. How many times do we have to ask for a feature, which is clearly important to us, to be promised it'll be addressed and then never is. Now we're stuck with a vehicle lacking this key feature. Now, you might say this is not a big deal. However small the matter may seem to others, it was important to us and promised repeatedly.

Upon completing this review, we were contacted by House of Cars (Maaz) and offered to have aftermarket Bluetooth installed. We accepted and have since updated our review to 5* overall.

10+ stars to Maaz from beginning to end for going above and beyond. I don't know how he could've done better and is by far and away the best sales associate/dealer we have ever dealt with. (Photos are ones we took after taking possession)

I am writing this to let everyone who reads this that the team at mcloed trail house of cars are amazing. I needed a car bc my truck engine blew and had no money, no trade in car and my credit was bad. So i decided to walk in and try my luck, it couldnt get any worse. Lol. As soon as i walked threw the doors i was greeted with smiles, hi's, handshakes and warmth. Nadeem Bochenski welcomed me to sit down and to talk about my options. I said straightup i have no money, no nothing, he said dont worry we will get you something to drive. I explained to him i owe my credit card, i have bad credit etc. Nadeem calmed me down and asked me to fill out some paperwork and lets see what will work to get u mobile again. He left the desk for 15 min and came back with some numbers and what i was qualified for to get into a car. So i said lets do it and i drive off in a car that day. The tesm at house of cars are amazing at what they do for people. It was quick, easy, and mind blowing at the same time. Excellent service, great people who are there for you and who care. Where do I start! I recently moved here from Winnipeg and I came across a vehicle I've had my eyes on for awhile now. Thought I would drop in and get some information and overall everything turned out great.

Car sales and the industry have had a bad rap sheet for many reasons, however walking into house of cars definitely felt different. I'm in sales myself and I felt very taken care of by Colton and Nadeem. They were professionals and were very attentive to my questions, and I am someone who asks LOTS of questions (major understatement). They were patient, got all my questions answered, broke down everything for me and I came out very satisfied with the level of service they strive to achieve.

Nadeem did a great job overall. Extremely attentive, finds answers to all questions as best as possible and most importantly I felt he was honest.

I also like that it's locally owned with local connections, which I appreciate a lot. Looking forward to picking up the vehicle soon!

Working with Morgan, allowed us to feel comfortable the entire journey of purchasing our car. Morgan was on top of all things considered. His efficiency and knowledge kept the progression from beginning to end within a timely manner.

Coming from the states, Morgan approached this opportunity to work together as if he was our friend from the beginning and never pushing us one way or the other. Listen, if you know what you're doing its fine. We got a used 2018 jeep wrangler unlimited JK for WELL above dealership cost but credit is only good and a co signer is not an option.
Be aware you are paying a premium for the ability to finance with next to no credit. READ the first few pages of what you will sign and understand how much more you will be paying.
Think of it as a easy loan place. If you can afford it without driving yourself into debt it's a great option for many. The jeep so far is top notch and the lady who helped us was friendly, actually a bit too friendly. She was young and maybe didn't realize she had a for sure thing with us so that can be ignored with no I'll intent or will.
You have the ability to pay almost 20k more than the asking price of a newer vehicle? Go for it. Non issue for us.
If you can go new with a tad more time and a co signer? Better route.

This place is absolute amazing, compared to any other House of Cars location in the city.

I highly recommend Darius Bartley as the most exceptional, honest, and fair individual when it comes to your choice of vehicle, payments, and 'safety' net with knowing your car is at its pristine shape, condition, and will never ignore you after you purchase your vehicle. He cares about you even after the fact!

Go to this location before visiting any other house of cars and you will see the difference.

I bought an Audi A4 at this location a few months back, the staff are super polite and helpful. Extremely knowledgeable with credit, I would highly recommend this place to anyone! When you buy a car/suv/truck/van and you need parts for maintenance or anything they've got you covered. I will definitely be returning there to either trade in or refinance my vehicle.
