I was reading the reviews here, and noticed that everyone loves Eron! Im fresh off the plane from down unda and needed a car so I decided to go in and ask for him, do not regret. We had bad experience at this location and felt violated. We booked vehicle viewing and test drive in their website and arrived at the location only to find that vehicle is not available, we believe it was just a bate to bring customers to sell undesired vehicles.

I wish there was enough words to explain how great of an experience I had with Zee at House Of Cars 52nd.

He is by far one of my new favorite humans he is cheeky and a pleasure to do business with. I purchased my new baby from Zee purely based on his integrity, and honest nature. He takes care of his customers like they are family and I now feel obligated to invite him to all family gatherings going forward.

I’d also like to add that the managers and financing departments did all their due diligence is in making sure we got approved for our dream car. Everyone in the office seen that I had my young son impatiently waiting, and they all took it upon themselves to help entertain him, get excited about what we were doing! I was so grateful.

Walking into the “House of Cars”. I was nervous, I asked for a sale consultant named Michelle. When she came out to meet me, she offered me something to drink. Then Michelle asked what type of vehicle I was looking to buy, that my mother can get into by herself.

I told her I’d like a car that has everything in it. She showed me a 2016 “Hyundai Sonata” I was impressed with the car at that moment, I was sold.

I met one of the finance Mangers named Imad. Who explained finance to me and having a car starter put in my vehicle. Thank you, Michelle and Imad for all your help in choosing my vehicle

I inquired for a car that i want, then a guy named Zee texted me to get all my information. Weve done all the credit applications and when i checked on him to see hows my approval going.he never answered me back at all he just ignored me. Idk whats the problem but that guy is so UNPROFESSIONAL. Poor customer service.

We purchased a Toyota RAV4 last week with the help of Henry and Imad. I got a way better deal than what Toyota offered me. These guys post cars on Kijiji Autos at a low price and don't even carry the vehicle in stock. Then when you call to ask about the car they waste your time by shilling other expensive vehicles instead.

I’d like to give a massive shoutout to Zahe! I inquired about a vehicle that ended up being sold, but Zahe asked me what I wanted and I told him exactly what I was looking for he told me he’d find me the car within 2 days and it didn’t even take that i drove it home the next night. By far the best dealership experience I’ve had, Russ, Imad, and the whole staff were very welcoming and helpful and it was a very relaxed experience! If you want to buy sell or trade go see Zahe this man gets it done!

Recently purchased a car from Zahe. The experience was so good we went back and bought a second. Everything he stated he would do was done. He went above and beyond to make sure things were done quickly and all our expectations were met. When we had a minor problem with the second car he was quick to take action and get the problem resolved with no expense or inconvenience to us. Would 100% recommend going to see him for your next vehicle.

Akrama (AK) helped me get into the car I've wanted for so long. He was a great help and recommend him to anyone wanting to get into something at ease. Update: Car has had issues ever since I took ownership. Told them to do a compression and leakdown test aswell as replace all the spark plugs that i jad supplied for them as I had a cylinder 4 misfire. They only replaced 2 spark plugs and ran seafoam through the engine. Never did the leakdown and compression test that I had asked for and was told by AK they would do for me. Car still has problems and they won't do anything about it. Unless they can fix this. I won't recommend them to anyone.

So Akrama (aka AK) at this location is absolutely amazing! He has restored my faith in HOC! Highly recommended this man to get you into your ride ASAP!
