Rob Roy is very helpful. He isn’t pushy and you feel your car needs are met. Highly recommend him and HOC Lethbridge.

They truly went above and beyond to get me into a truck much more suited to my needs. While working very hard to stay in the budget I gave them and offering the best trade in value around. Ryan was great to deal with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone car shopping!

She was very understanding of my situation and went above and beyond multiple times throughout the whole process with a few major hurdles in the way, completely in different provinces 6hrs apart. Im 100% sure Melissa was more happy to get me into my very first Vehicle than I was getting my first vehicle, unsure how she pulled it off but she managed to find me the exact car in the color i wantedin no time flat. My older car had the timing belt go. A 2004 KIA RIO. Found a great 2014 KIA Rio Online, which happened to belong to House of Cars, Lethbridge location. Came in before closing time for a test drive. The car drove very well, a great car. Now when it came to the finance end, things were different. A GAP insurance was pushed on me and was explained that the insurance was mandatory, as a condition by my lender. I had talked to my lender about this insurance and they said they do not have anything to do with making clients have a mandatory GAP Insurance. Additionally, they also told me that it is House of Cars’ insurance premium that was sold to me. So that was a lie.

But most of all I was told that they would not budge on the price cause House of Cars had just put in 1200 dollars into the vehicle. Ok that’s fine, the next morning I took an extra look at the car. Discovered that the car had three types of tires on the car. (one pair and two odd tires). A hub cap was missing. The oil level on the dip stick was so low that it barely was on it. And super dirty. No oil changed, in a very long time. But the point is I was told that money was put into the car. So a mechanic had maintained this car, LOL. SO that was another lie.

No second key given, wouldn’t offer to cover cost just directed to a key cutting service. Also the critical spare tire was missing. AND NO JACK. Come on house of cars. I had told them about this tire and was told that sometimes people take the tire. Seems unsafe, shady and unethical House of Cars. Gas level was just above empty. The cost of reclaiming my old tires back from scrap yard, missing work to get it, second key cut, get a spare tire and jack, oil change and gasoline, was around 600 dollars. Thank goodness I happened to get the same model or I’d be out of more than a 1000 dollars. All in all. I found my experience at House of cars to be deceptive, unethical with an overtone of lying. Very disappointed.

I went in to house of cars not expecting much to be honest, when my wife and I looked around the lot (it was really cold out that day so we just drove the lot not really giving anyone a chance to come out to talk to us), when we finally went inside we were greeted by a super happy, smiling young lady named Cassidy. After we met, she got right to work, still keeping our interaction fun and light.no pressure at all. We told Cassidy what we wanted in a vehicle and within about 5 minutes she had a list of vehicles to look at. After taking a few out for a drive, we found one we loved. Cassidy took care of everything from that point on. We were able to take our truck home that night even after the registries were closed, they loaned us a plate, full tank of fuel and smiles on pur faces.
