Every aspect of dealing with Housemaster was pleasant and professional. The report was comprehensive and arrived shortly after the inspection. During the inspection the most important issues were reviewed and recommendations made. We used the company twice since we did not buy the first property we put an offer on based on inspection findings.

Was easy to book online. Some of the other inspecting companies didn't even respond. I know people are busy but still. Inspector was good, thorough, took lots of pictures. Couldn't help with a lot of stuff because its "outside of the scope of their inspection" but overall it gives you a really in depth record of where your house was before you moved in. Lots of tips on what might need replacing or what to watch out for or change to make something last longer.

My son and myself both got Mike to inspect our new condos. Mike is friendly and provide very professional comments to us. I feel so much comfortable to have him inspect my condo.

Mike, our inspector from Housemasters, was very thorough and professional. After he did his inspection, he did a walk through with us to show us what he found, and even gave us some tips on how to fix minor issues. The detailed report was sent to us the same day.

Doug is our inspector he is so friendly, He answers all our questions.we are early on the site, as we are excited but his way earlier than us. Although the house we like is old and lots of fixing but he advised us on some alternative ways to fix and save money. Thanks
