Hong Mei Ma was extremely fast and helpful. Provided me with extra documents to assist in a mortgage too!

Upon sitting down with a representative, we were immediately told we had to pay $150 out of pocket for each tax year filed. No where on the site does it say that payment is required out of pocket just to start the process. Felt like a scam, so we walked out.

Doing our taxes with Michael for second year now. He’s been amazing, totally helpful, punctual, and efficient. We’ll be there next year for sure!

Went here yesterday to get my taxes done. Very kind customer service. But they messed up my tax return and got a very very low $100 refund which was supposed to be at least $3200 refund back. Sooo disappointed that I even trusted them in the first place.

Best service I’ve received in years, Hong Mei Ma was so lovely and made time for us when there wasn’t a walk in available, and was an absolute expert. We were in and out in under a half hour! Taxes done, no worries! I couldn’t recommend this branch highly enough. Excellent experience. Wonderful people.

Charged my friend $600 to file taxes and the senior agent estimated the return very wrong. Don’t go here

The senior tax agent at that location is very unprofessional, rude and while we were waiting her action against the receptionist is unprofessional she was putting her down in front of clients in the store, she should be fired for her treatment to her staff people beware bad location
