The level of unprofessionalism from this branch is disgusting! They booked me wrong, they didn't contact me I had to contact them and then after they made a massive mistake which would've left me owing thousands of dollars they were rude and insulting to me and my partner over the phone. Ridiculous, this branch should be condemned!

Friendly & knowledgeble staff. Really appreciate the help in finding more me more money for my tax year.

Too many people doing taxes there that dont know how make for a painful experience these people should practice when it's not tax season so they r ready when its tax time

Great experience dealing with this branch. I just had one conversation over the phone a couple emails and my taxes were filed! Very happy and easy!

H&R block charge WAYYYY too much to do a simple 1 year tax return.
Your better off not even filing or just going to cash money to file.

Excellent customer service! Amazing staff that got my taxes done quickly and effectively. Worth every penny.

I made an appointment for 1 pm today with J. Owens. When I got there she was busy and I waited for 20 minutes and then left. When a person makes an appointment there is an expectation that you will be seen but not there. I went home and am working through my taxes on my own. Not a good impression for a first time.

They've helped me file my taxes the last 2 years, great service and wonderful people! Will return next year for sure. Also Aysha went above and beyond at the 17th Ave location to assure my return was given to my the day I walked in and I didn't have to wait 2 weeks.

Aweful experience at this location. Over 2 hours for one of their senior agents to do two simple tax returns. She put one of my husband's t4's on my tax return. She couldn't figure out why my child's dayhome t4 wouldn't go on my husbands as the computer wouldn't allow so she had to get tech support involved and finally after some time they realized it was on she wrong one. Because of there mistake the CRA is telling me I owe them just under $400.00 and have less than 30 days to pay it to avoid further penalties and interest. All H & R Block will do it pay for the penalties and interest for a mistake their agent did. Worse experience and this is the third time with H & R Block. Will not be using them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend Joy Menzies. She was great. Her Customer service was above and beyond.

I used this location and was pleasantly surprised how accommodating they were! Joy was amazing! She was quick to respond to my questions and really simplified everything for me. The turn around time was fantastic and their hours work well with my work schedule.

I have a personal business, as well as am an employee and a student so was glad that she could do my complex return for me. I highly recommend this location and will continue to bring my business to them.

The service was amazing. The front desk person was so welcoming and nice. It is such a great environment with great people. My tax expert aas so knowledgeable she did my whole families taxes and exaplined everything so well to everyone. She gave a lot of great hints to how to have a better tax return in the future. She did everything so well to make sure we have a good tax claim. I would definitely recommend this place.
