What sorry place for Clinique to be represented the staff were more interested in flying paper airplanes that actually helping a customer I got what I wanted at Shoppers

Don’t go to watch repair. I took my watch in for repairs. I spent $110 for nothing. My watch still doesn’t work. I was advised to bring it back. For an extra $200 they will send it out for further repairs. Bought a new watch instead.

We picked up a gift set for women. The staff working at the counter were exceptionally helpful and wrapped up the gift set. Provided some extra samples in addition. Recommend this Bay for gift purchases.

Store is great, several good deals on fragrances and Polo Ralph Lauren clothes. Clothes are a bit scattered all over the place, but it is still fine. Maybe a consequence of all the recent layovers. Here’s hoping they will not close.

I was disappointed after my friends had talked it up. Is it having renovations, closing down.what was on the shelves so limited to what I Goggled online.

It's beyond my comprehension that there are still people in retail business who are racially biased, myself working in retail I know how to treat a customer, the lady in the woman's department was very racially biased. If you don't like people of color don't expose yourself to people, stay home or maybe not work upfront on the retail floor and save yourself and your customers from an disappointing experience.

The lady at the cash register was very friendly and chatty with customers ahead of me (different ethnicity than mine). When it was my turn to pay she was visibly unwelcoming upto the point that she refused to help me just because the tag on the merchandise was missing, it's not my fault that the tag is missing on your merchandise and it was her job to find the tag instead she decides to push the merchandise towards me to find the same pieces from the floor and bring to her.

The manager on the duty was great, she listened to my concern and addressed it.

Big store. So 80's. I always feel like I'm in the movie Jackie Brown whenever I go in. Decent prices on brand items, but no where near the selection of the brand store.

Horrible customer service. I couldn’t even get one person to tell me where the teller was, in order to purchase an item

I used to be abled to rely on Hudson's Bay to be a reliable place to find high-quality, nice children's clothing. I would have expected that the location at West Edmonton Mall, with all its high-end shops, to be a shining star.

To the contrary, it has repeatedly a great disappointment. Most recently, I took my children there to find winter coats and snow pants. All I found was a very sad and lonely children's department. Perhaps five jackets, two snow pants. A very large MESSY and DISORGANISED clearance section. The only decent section was brand specific.

I have commented politely on this to employees before, asking if they would improve the children's section, but I'm only met at with confusion from the employees ("I'm not sure why our children's section is so empty either! "). One would think this might get back to store management, that there are people out there willing and ready to spend money at their store, and that they would stop so we surely neglecting this department, yet they persist in their neglect.

Are department stores dying? It seems so, but at their own hand, and this makes me sad.

Very bad experience at Dior counter, nobody answered your phone call. Especially a saler named Lyla I believe, what impressed me is just her truly bad professional knowledge and awful attitude during the shopping. Hopefully the mall would hire somebody who is not such disappointing at least.

Well organized store with a wonderful sale happening. Managed to do some Christmas shopping. Clerks were polite and somewhat helpful. We were directed to the item we were looking for and eventually found it. Would have been more helpful if we had been taken to the product and further questions about the product could have been asked and answered. None the less, an enjoyable shopping trip was had today. Will be back.

Bought some couches from the Bay that were delivered in September. They damaged our walls all the way up and down the stairs, hit a pendant light so hard that it swing 4 feet over and dented the wall, hit the roof in multiple locations, and managed to get the light grey couches absolutely filthy when unpacking. It has been over two months and neither the Bay or the delivery company will take responsibility for the damage to our new home. I would highly, highly recommend buying furniture somewhere else.

We have called customer service several times, and noone can seem to get anything repaired. We could actually hear a rooster in the background of the last call, so customer service is obviously outsourced to someone who does not have any authority to get anything done. We are beyond frustrated after getting a new place, and having it wrecked by the negligence of the Bay.

Lea at the Jewelry counter was friendly and helpful processing my $2,500 return, even though I'd made the purchase at another Hudson's Bay location. When I know I can bring something back with no questions asked it enables me to shop more efficiently and with more confidence. Don't change!?

I always go visit my Favorite Beauty Advisor Christy R.from Clinique. She always intives me on their Beauty Events. Very knowledgable and always knows what is good for my skin. I will always go visit her when i need my products and will be ready for me when i go pick them up along with some gifts with my purchase. Thank You so much Christy for all the help with my skin!

Lousy customer service and sparsley stocked racks/shelves. There was about 10 ties to choose from. Wow! What a selection!
The place looks like it is going out of business.

Lacking of knowledgeable staff. Went through mens clothing and had to ask for assistance from a woman who was obviously a Bay employee who was stocking selves, but had nn ID. Then went through mens shoes and watched 3 staff standing 15 feet away chatting while I had to serve myself. No wonder the Bay is going under! !

Sunglass Hut at West Edmonton mall is a place to shop for great selection and amazing customer service. My brother and I were blown away by Carrie Demies (Manager) amazing and professional service on August 28th. Wow is all I can say how awesome she was in assisting us. We looked around and my brother ordered his glasses from her even though the other store at the mall had it in stock. She went above and beyond and these days that is rare. I will always shop from here now and and very special thank you Carrie!

I had a gift card that was deactivated for not using it for so long. The ladies went above and beyond to help me out. A big thanks to a great customer service.

Just bought some sweet G-Star Jeans. Wish this Bay had more of a selection with G-Star. Only had 4 different options to choose from.

At a time when Hudson's Bay is closing down stores, this is still busy and carries everything that they are remembered for.

I really like this store. It's always stocked with really good deals on nice clothing. It's quite big if that strikes your fancy and I don't find it to ever be overly busy which makes it nice to shop in.

Love this store. Always something in here that follows me home. Even if I don't always buy something I love walking around in the store.

Big sales but small sizing after a very extensive search the store accommodates a certion clientele.

One of the last remaining department stores. Good selection at affordable prices. Helpful staff.

Had a great experience with Yves. He helped me pick out a chanel perfume for my gf. His customer service and knowledge was top knotch. Go see him if you want to find a good cologne or perfume.

Best Hudson Bay in Edmonton that carries a variety of good designer brands eg. Hugo Boss, G-Star, Polo, Bugatti, Diesel. They also have a very nice selection of colognes & perfumes

The Hudson's Bay continues to impress me. They maintain a degree of the class I associate with oldschool department stores, in increasingly difficult times, for brick and mortar stores. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful, the selection great and the quality of.goods on offer great.

Locked change rooms where you have to find and track down an employee is the most annoying chore ever.

Didn't have what we were looking for and we didn't get ANY service. There was no one available to help us. Not a good experience.

A few years ago, I was thinking that The Bay was on a downward spiral. But somewhere along the line, they have really improved. I was at the mall looking for possible gift ideas and just about walked past The Bay but decided to give it a shot. Wow, have they ever improved. No more messy isles - everything very neat and organized. No more grumpy sales staff - everybody was calm, cool, helpful and happy. They have an amazingly good selection of merchandise. Excellent prices. And today (likely due to the pandemic), there were very few shoppers. But all shoppers were being helped as needed without being harassed. I’m going to be returning. I recommend them.

Shopped for cologne today for my husband, the womans name was Tina I think. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Aside from that, I think there's some department's where things can be marked up quite a bit pricing wise. They do have some pretty awesome sales during the year though if you look for them.

Okay selection of clothes, the prices are a little higher than what I was expecting for their black Friday "deals"

Poorly staffed, had to wait at perfume counter for staff who were? Finally had other counter staff assist and perfume counter staff finally arrived after 2 pages. Not good business practice.

Well-maintained old school department store with good quality merchandise. A shame it is located at the quiet end of the mall, this Canadian institution deserves a better clientele and Fate.

Be wary of the old hag working there. A nasty old woman with a terrible attitude. Obviously one rotten retail associate shouldn't spoil the store, and there are many nice people who work there but it sours the experience.

I was shopping there for a suit for my son, we couldn't find his size, and couldn't find any assistance at all. I bought him $600 suit that day but in a different store. Very disappointed with The Bay.

Ughh. I stopped in because they had a sale on jewelry, but at the counter the staff were busy. So busy I was not even acknowledged, despite stand around and actively looking for something to buy. They did not have enough staff. I actually left the store and came back about 15-20 minutes later.and still nothing. So I left and went to a smaller jewelry store in the Mall. Not a very good experience.

We repaired a watch for my mother and she was delighted with the new battery and tightened and comfortable wrist band after Isaac (the repair person) did the work. Reasonable prices also.

We were able to have my watch fixed in this store. There is nothing worse than not to have a functioning watch.on.holidsys.

Ordered online as this store has sold me returned products different sizes. It was a nightmare. Joseph could not would not provide simple tracking numbers or order numbers. There are no supervisors as Joseph explained "We are not allowed to put callers through to supervisors" He also explained " I am not really trained yet" Great. It is one thing if a store cannot seem to sell proper purchases but this really is just not appropriate. I will take my business to more reputable stores where Reps in store and on telephone are actually trained.

I like this place as I'm furnishing a new condo and they work well with me on that.

I got a credit card and a rewards card from them which definitely helps my spending!

Store was busy, and no employees either on floor or at service desk, waited more than 55 minutes to be able to do a return. Hire more people for every dept, so they can serve customers when needed and not the customer has to walk all around the store holding an item and trying to find one employee to help us.
