It was so nice to walk around The Bay! There were so many great sales too. And excellent quality as expected. There was even a Zellers section with clothes, household, and items for your pets. Nice, clean, big, and bright fitting rooms, too, to try on your items to make sure they fit. There was someone there to help if you needed a different size as well. Every staff member was very pleasant and helpful! We will definitely be visiting there again!
We visited the Bay on 3rd July 2023. We often use the Bay as a shortcut to get into the Mall and due to the notoriously high prices don't stop. However yellow signs posted showing "$9.99" etc.really caught our attention. There were some really astounding deals to be had on clothing and housewares we bought quite a few things and we were so happy to shop in the Bay for a change. The staff were great, very helpful and polite. We will visit again! Just please keep the prices reasonable!
Went to check out opening day at the new Zellers portion of The Bay. It a was clean, bright, fun and exactly what I’d expect from a Zellers. I think I missed Zeddy though!
Incredibly clean. Staff we dealt with recently have all been knowledgable and friendly. Prices for the quality seemed about average. Large selection and choices of almost anything you want decor wise.
We just had a great experience with Kristen up at the tills, she was so helpful doing a return for us and was very knowledgeable. We had grief with a item and had to exchange it, painless and easy.
Surprisingly over priced for winter wear. Found exactly the same gloves in another store for literally 90% lower price. Sad. I don't understand how they can stay in business driving away customers like that.
If I could I would give them 0 stars don't buy from Hudson Bay if you expect to receive your purchase in a timely fashion! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced I purchase a sectional in April and my order has been delayed 4 times! I have yet to receive the sectional or any sort of compensation for said sectional! The first time my order was delayed Hudson Bay gave us a courtesy call to notify us as they should! However every other time they have canceled our delivery to delayed they didn't find it necessary to notify myself or my partner leaving us to sit at home and wait for a sectional that will not show! Between the two of us we have lost out on thousands of dollars in income! BUYERS BEWARE this company does not care about their customers time or money!
Their anti-theft sensors are very sensitive. Not too sure why but when you leave even if you didn’t buy anything, it triggers their alarm. Kinda start to wonder if an employee is triggering it so you have to get checked at the counter. Other than that, it is a fantastic place to buy clothing. Usually my go-to, other than online.
