Hudson's Bay

It's ok. No colognes. Can't find decent socks but you can find great deals. Got a really nice comforter that had a sticker price of over $200 for $80

Received a 25% discount coupon, and went shopping at Londonderry Mall. There was a colour dot sale on at the time. I proceeded to shop an accumulated over $400 worth of merchandise. At the checkout, I presented my coupon and was told that the discount did not apply to this store, nowhere did I see a notice I indicating my coupon was not valid, isn't this a Hudsons Bay store, Ive been a top buying customer for many years, and now disappointed, I returned all my merchandise

This location has so many treasures to find and all the associates were so hard working people. I am grateful for the help. We find what we were looking for.

The Bay is always my favorite department store. Lots of sales, but too bad we came in about half an hour before the store closed. Pleased with the sale price on the Bay outdoor gear.

An excellent shopping experience this morning at the Hudson Bay in the Londonderry Mall that was announced to close at the end of August. However, there is a change and Staff (Therese) informed me as I walked in that the ground floor will remain open and only the second floor will close.
Sarah in the Shoes dept was most helpful in choosing footwear which were an excellent bargain. As well Fatima at the cash desk enrolled me for a credit card and was impeccable in informing me of the benefits, pricing each item purchased carefully.
Indira the assistant manager also came by and introduced herself and also Fatyma!
Kingsway Garden Mall is my go to mall and the staff at this Bay store in the Londonderry Mall are outstanding with customer service encouraging me to go the extra mile and shop at this outlet. One happy customer today and highly recommend to one and all to shop at this Hudson Bay in #YEG Senior discounts on Tuesday making a difference in budgeting.

The"sale" was just leftovers not worth the trip but it isn't relevant anymore

Very sad to hear the TV news in early Feb, that this place will be closing later this year. It's unfair to those staff members who were kind, human, and like family for years. A hug, and wishing the very best luck to them, and in their search for work.

This store now feels like an old Zellers store.clothes on the floor, insufficient staff, messy, and unattractive. Not a joy to shop here.

Starting their clean up process with the latest announcement of closures across Canada. Will be sad to see it go as the bay offers multiple brands and goods.

That being said, the items they offered were not really the best prices even with sales, and overall dated decor did not bring much customers in.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Upstairs is a area of clothing and shoes at reduced cost. Nice to get a good deal on good quality clothing. Will be shopping there more often.

I feel londonderry bay is the best in the city for women's clothing. St Albert is pretty good as well.

It's not bad it's a wonderful store and company I prefer winners but still a good store

They had a big sale, as usual they had designer clothing which is labeled undersized so I had to keep going back to find a different size. The discount was good the change room attendant pleasant and when I mentioned there was no chair for my husband she got one from an empty fitting room for him to wait on. Chairs should be provided, clothing should be realbeeled to real sizes and more in larger sizes available. I am a standard size 8 in pairs and 10 in dresses but in designer had to upgrade to size 14.

Today I was surprised and happy to find that they have a section of F1 clothing and caps. It includes Teams for Ferrari, McClaren, Red Bull and Mercedes.
Looking forward for more models and sizes perhaps discounts.
Other departments has a lot of sales and Summer deals. Nice work Hudson's Bay.

In London Derry Mall they are doing some renovations in the second floor.

It looks like HBC is opening a Zellers upstairs. Right now, you can shop but it's a really disorganized mess.

I always feel like I'm walking through a library when I walk through the bay. Or like I'm going to get yelled at if I touch something

I visit here often to buy beauty products. Angelina in the beauty department is amazing. She took literally two minutes to find right shade of foundation for me. She has a vast knowledge of makeup and skincare. I always ask her for suggestions. Also she is the sweetest. Will definitely come here again.

I had an amazing experience at Hudson’s bay, many associates helped me find what I was looking for which was a very easy and helpful as I was struggling to find what I was looking for in many stores I’ve visited with My wife and I. An employee Sally was very sweet and kind to us when we’ve filled her up with countless questions but she was sweet enough to help us look around and find what we needed! I recommend Hudson’s bay londonderry!

I always love to shop at the bay but my experience here today was appealing. The lady who attended to be at the perfume section was condescending and downright rude!

The store has changed a lot looks way better less crowded still great quality products. Not as many though.

Helped someone else buy clothes for a graduation ceremony they did have everything he needed and a generous selection of quality clothes to choose from and decent deals. However the clerk took 10 minutes to process 5 items and the tag wasn't removed from one of the items setting off alarms in every store after that and it took another 10 minutes to get out after we returned to go to his car to leave and we were in a hurry which was the only reason I rated it a 4

The staff we dealt with were excellent. My opinion, they have not been affective with their pricing in these trying economic times

I was very pleased with how Jacob took care of me when I was having a bit of a problem with a few items. Went out of his way to make sure he could do all he could to assist me in helping me accommodate with a damaged item that I wanted to purchase. Incredibly great service on his part
