Negar is really nice, patient and helpful girl. Bought 3 perfumes there and her recommended perfumes are very nice.

Severe lack of salespeople in the store and on the phone. Impossible to speak to a sales clerk.

Great experience with the watch repair shop inside Hudson Bay. The lady knows her stuff, she was helpful, friendly & welcoming. You can tighten your watch strap in seconds. Great job. 5 stars for the lady.

Bad experience at Dior:
I was looking for a Dior foundation and stopped by their kiosk at Hudsons Bay - big mistake! The customer service applied a stinky, rotten cream on my face and then refused to admit it was rotten even though it had a very strong, acidic odor, and was clearly expired. Even after making her compare it with another bottle of the same cream, which had a normal smell, she just feigned ignorance and did not apologize at all for putting expired product on my face. Instead, she was very condescending and acting like the customer does not know anything about the products, and that's just what they use as a tester on all customers. Very shameful attitude.
Being in skincare, they should know better, ESPECIALLY if they are insisting to apply product on your skin. They clearly lack proper training since they have no knowledge of such products and pretend to know what they are talking about. Even a child could tell that the product is rotten by the strong, bad odor. The manager apologized for my experience. This does NOT align with the quality and status of Dior being a luxury brand. Will not be giving them my business - do not recommend.

The good old fashioned department store. Probably one of the few left out there. Quality goods with a price to match. Unfortunately store and fixtures are showing their age.

Best Bay in Edmonton for men's clothing selection. Their Boss section is particularly good at this location.

They are paying some to stand at a till for Diesel jean purchases only. No wonder everything is over priced. This place is ridiculous.

Shopping in the woman's section is tough, it's unorganized and difficult to find selections. Doesn't help that it seems the bay staff pick and choose who they want to help, especially the older lady I tried to ask assistance from.

Customer service is nill. Everything overpriced. Chasing someone down to help you only for them to be uninterested in having to help. Maybe department stores are done. Walmart has better service but doesn't have higher end name brands

Don’t buy a mattress here. Warranty is impossible to get. Our mattress is like a hammock. They approved our claim and then cancelled it. Endless run around. I’ve given up dealing with them and will no longer shop there.

Great selection of Summer attire but hard to find anyone working there, including at the Cash Registers. But when I finally did find one at a Register over by the Fitting Rooms, she did everything she could to be helpful and provide great service. Same with the girls working the Make Up and Fragrance kiosks. Thank you for such a positive shopping experience. I will highly recommend and shop here again.

Sale time is best to shop here. The Women's shoes clearance rack is great, I've found very comfortable shoes and sandals at very affordable prices.

The shopping experience at the bay is progressively declining. It is so sad. The store is dilapidated. Just to get to the third floor was a maze. Escalators are all “out of order” and seems like they have been for awhile. Looking for the stairwell or 1960s elevator just to get to the 3rd floor is ridiculous. I’m not shocked that there were no customers because you can’t even access the store! It’s ridiculous!

My wife and I has a list if items to buy at the Bay at South gate. We wanted to govto the 2nd floor but the escalator was NOT working! So we looked for an elevator abs when we found it after 10 Mins, it was NOT working too! Qw decided to ask the staff and they pointed us to another direction but when we got there, it was NOT working either. The staff there said we should use the stairs! This whole process took us 30 mins and we are NOT climbing stairs to spend our money. Qw talked to another staff and she said the escalator has not been working for 6 MONTHS! This is ridiculous for the Bay to accept this state of affairs! This is a sign that the Bay will go the way is Sears, Eaton's, Woodwards, Zellers etc etc. This is the beginning of the end! It may not be this year or next year but surely the Bay will NOT SURVIVE into the future!

Great sales happening more inventory… lots of great customer service esp on a Saturday! Always love going to this location!

The Hudson Bay Store at Southgate mall is its flagship location in Edmonton. There are many small outlet stores that exist inside the main store, such as Hugo Boss, Armani Exchange, Deisel, etc. The presentation is great, there is plenty of inventory, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, it was a great shopping experience.

Always love shopping here they have such a good level of goods at different price points depending on what you are looking for.

Very bad customer service i went on bay day to get something from lingerie section and cashier asked me if i want points card she said i will get 20% off that day i said yes but no credit card she said its not credit i said ok for sure.she asked my license and i told her I don’t want credit card she said no it’s not i will fill it fast and without my permission she applied for credit card and said congratulations you got approved for Mastercard and i said I didn’t want one I canceled the application. I hit my credit score hard i lost 20 credit score. I hurted me so much as next weekday i was getting new car.
I went to store and asked manager about it she said she will do something and call me back and get back to me. I has been 1month

The best Hudson's Bay in the city! It is the flagship store as well. They always have the most and best inventory. Love their Hugo Boss section as well.
