They didnt have my brand of after shaving lotion and didnt know when the next shjppment was coming or WHAT they would get.

Nice store, great selection of products. The prices are average, but there are many discounts, which pleases.

I love going to The Bay to shop for new perfumes. The shop attendants know what they are doing!

If I could give zero stars, I happily would. The lady (I choose not to mention the name here!) at the Elizabeth Arden booth has made me decide not to shop at Hudson ever again. We tried the Elizabeth Arden Serum and requested for a sample as per policy but the lady said sample is not available; suggested that I could purchase it (worth $120+) and return it with receipt if I didn't like it. She was so extra-sweet (may be because she bagged a decent commission from the sale) and threw in some free samples and a pair of brand promo freebie flip-flops with the purchase.
After using it for 3 days, it caused redness and skin breakout, so I go to return it in its original package and receipt (4th day from purchase and exactly 3 capsules used) only to be told that I cannot. BY THE SAME FREAKING LADY. Unbelievable! She wanted PROOF of redness and breakout because she kept saying there is no way this product can cause such reactions! (what!?). Just to get this over with, I called my spouse and she sent me pictures of her skin. Then it was a lot of back and forth! After 5-7 minutes of keeping calm and being respectful/polite, I lost it and asked for her manager. She said she is a manager and can deal with customers professionally. My response "I feel a lot of heat and resistance from your side, so please call your supervisor". She did! Supervisor accepted the return in 2 seconds and refunded the money. She then chased me down asking for all the freebies. I said "I didn't bring it because those were trash which we did not need". So she made me wait (just to make it difficult for me!) while she phoned her manager only to be told that they don't need the freebies back and I'm good to go!
I will let the universe take care of payback for all the rudeness and unpleasantness that I was shown by that person!

The store looks good, and it has nice displays. The biggest problem department stores have now is a lack of people. Stores are not supposed to be self severe. If a question can not be asked about an item in a specific section because there is no one, then it's out the door for me. The time it takes to wait around until I find someone to help me is not a viable option for me.

A lot of brand and from casual to formal dresses, accessories and beauty product and fragrance but not that affordable.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Be careful when buying jewellery from the bay. I have purchased a ring online as a size 7 but when i took it to the store, the man said it is a size 6,5.which means that someone has bought it, got it resized and returned before they send it to me.when I wend back to get it resized, the lady there took for ever to finally come and help me (she was talking to another customer while she knew I was waiting for her and there was about 5 ladies there doing nothing). When she came she said. I need to see the original receipt not an email confirmation.and now there is nothing I can do to help you.this lady has been so rude to me so many times that next time I will talk to her manager and I hope she gets fired!

Had such a good experience shopping in the clothing section. I didn’t end up finding the specific dress I was looking for but all the ladies were so warm and helpful, specifically Edyta. I’ll be coming back!

It's a Hudson Bay, they are basicly all the same. I'm not very happy with how bad the shoe selection has got.

I've been to many Bay department stores in BC to Alberta and this one is the best thus far. Appearance, presentation and service were great. Other locations were out dated and has no inventory where as this location is more modern looking compare to other locations.

South Centre location: I needed to replace my "hard to find" watchband. He checked my battery. It was good. This kind of customer service, and honesty is hard to find nowadays.
