I tried one of the favorites specialties on the menu pierogies and sausage it could have been better the sausage was dry and overcooked with limited flavors for a signature dish I wish I could step it up have someone outside of management to sample the dish and try to improve I didn't eat all of it adding flavors like sauerkraut it seemed to be basic pierogies sausage grilled onions I could cook this at home with the same quality

Bartender seemed racist. She would not accept my Indian status card as an ID.
I have never came across anyone that has turned down my Id bc it’s not “Alberta ID” I didn’t appreciate her hostility towards me and I don’t think she deserves to serve there or anywhere if that how she is with ppl with Indian status.

The bartenders here have such bad attitudes. I even told her that myself and she tried to blame another server say “she has the best attitude”. And I told her “no, I’m talking about you”. She basically tried to avoid that I was calling her out.
By the way, I said this because she was ignoring me while I tried to wave her down to ask for a drink. She was in a conversation so I tried to wave at her and she wouldn’t make eye contact with me, so I asked if I can get a drink and only then she acknowledged me. She had a bad attitude when I ordered it, with her response shrugging her shoulders saying “sure”. Most servers will just say “yes” not shrug their shoulders as if to say “why not”. Weird vibes here. And she tried saying it was because I had the bad attitude first lol, I’m a customer. I wasn’t treating anybody in a bad way here, and it’s not her job to evaluate me and how I am feeling. I only had 2 drinks while waiting for a bus, it’s not like I came here to pick on servers.
Apparently asking politely for a drink is having a bad attitude, I guess I should have just yelled at her and demanded she bring me a drink.

The wait time for drinks is horrendous, I was waiting plus 20 minutes for each round and had to keep looking for servers in the place just so I could get another drink. I left my bag there and went the next day to retrieve it. My bag was dug through, and my perfume was missing. The servers were also making poor jokes about my friends and I, so we left.

Not impressed. Salad came with no shrimp and full of all white romaine hearts. Perogies were the wrong kind, cold, and still partially frozen.
They weren't even busy. What a joke.

Hudson’s was my first EVER pub experience and it was great. The drinks were amazing and especially the wings on a Wednesday. Very tasty. Brad was a very kind bouncer.

Service and food is Fantastic. Brad the bouncer is awesome, good guy to chat with and goes the extra mile to make sure everyone is safe.

The server was more than accommodating to my obnoxious toddler and made me feel at ease rather than shamed. Funny sense of humour and fast service with good food. Best experience I’ve ever had at a Hudson’s.

If you’re on Burbon street, this is probably the best place to enjoy a meal and a nice cold beer. Excellent service but not in your face

Farhana, was our server tonight she was so down to earth the best sales man on making you have the best night of your life, worth coming to a place like this for servers like this!

Don't be surprised if you get assaulted, and they will walk away with it, as nobody will move a finger.

•Service was good for how busy they were (mid afternoon on a Friday)
• ordered a couple of the poutines… one had severely over cooked fries, one had very undercooked fries.
•one had raw “bacon” on it. Manager came over and said “it can’t be raw, it’s precooked and warmed up for each order”. Sadly… I know what undercooked bacon looks like when fat doesn’t render down.
•brought concerns up, no care given… very sad.

Won’t be back to this prepackaged, warmed up food. I know it’s a pub but have some pride in your product.

HORRIBLE service 2022-10-21. Truly the worst I've ever had. From the second we sat down the waitress made us so uncomfortable with her nasty attitude and snarky remarks we ended up paying immediately when we were planning of enjoying an evening of food and drinks here. Try any other restaurant on Bourbon St but avoid this place unless you enjoy paying to be treated like garbage.

Racist establishment. Waitress being rude to my native freind so obviously in gunna be rude back. Disrespectful there's people like that in this day and age and I'm native myself and just recently found out she was rude to my cousin too.

What a night and day experience. We first visited on Thursday night and returned Sunday afternoon. 4 of us Mom is veggie who can't eat cheese, kid is picky AF. We had a good meal everyone enjoyed it and the server was fantastic. Note once the sports bal started it was loud loud loud We returned on Sunday afternoon and it was like a completely different restaurant. Food was terrible, server was the opposite of good. And my goodness it took forever in an empty restaurant to get our food. Although I do imagine it takes longer to get hot dishes that cold for service.

Today was a zero star, we laughed it was so bad, but the first visit gets it a 2 star average.

Just went for a quick drink while I waited for my friend for shopping, so I didn’t order any food. But the service from the bartender was okay. He wasn’t social at all, not that warm and welcoming, but made a good cranberry mimosa. Was expecting some music, but it was just talking cause it was some bingo game they had going on. The atmosphere was very tidy though. It wasn’t busy at all. I’d like to go again to give it another shot. But I’m a five and five regular so maybe I was expecting it to be more similar to there. I will definitely go again, just as a server myself, I like the staff to be more friendly.

Very poor server.the time to fulfill drinks and get a meal took way too long. Not likely to return anytime soon.

Went on a Saturday at 7 p.m. For dinner with my two teen kids. We found a seat no problem. It was kind of busy so we waited a few minutes for a waitress. Knowing how she was busy, when she came we gave our drink and food orders immediately. 15 minutes later and no sign of our waitress or our drinks. 3 pops. I went to the bar and ordered them myself. 5 minutes later she brought our drinks. I told her she could leave them, we would drink them no problem. Our appetizers came one at a time and about 20 minutes later our dinners came. All 3 orders were wrong. Our waitress never came by to check how our meals were, she never brought condiments or even stopped by for anything. Maybe a bad night but I'll never go back again.

Whether its a quick lager heading home from camp after weeks of work on night shifts, or a night out with friends in a pub setting that quickly escalades into a dance club. Specials everyday. Servers are super informative of the menu items and cost of each item. Servers also perform skilled maintenance on the debit machines like no ones business lol you guys are awesome!:)

Love it here! Customer service is second to none Management and staff are warm and friendly! The wings here are hands down the BEST wings in town. Check out wings Wednesday, you can thank me later

Terrible experience. Kennedy was our server, we specifically asked about the "student promo" and the "free wings for a semester" we were given false/misleading information and was charged $30 for wings and with no "20% student discount" that was also part of the student promo. When the manager came by, no clue what his name was because he was very dismissive, told us we needed to show the student ID card, which we did.then proceeded to throw a different promo card with the same information on it down on the table then walked away before the conversation was done. The situation was handled very terribly and we were under the impression that if we specifically asked about the student promotion that it would actually be offered to us, not be told it didn't apply after everything was ordered and it was time to pay.

I'd like to give it more stars, but based on my 1 experience with the place, I can't. Really nice place, reasonably priced considering its located on bourbon street in wem. Had a burger, it was OK, the hamburger needed to be seasoned.for that reason only, I gave it a 3. The staff was very friendly.

Always tasty wings, friendly staff, and its clean! Music can be a little loud sometimes, and had a bit of a mixup in the kitchen, but staff tried making it right for us! The menu is very easy to read with a phone, it also lets you see your current bill, and I think you can pay that way as well, but if you prefer to pay with physical cash or card / have a menu, just ask and I'm sure they can accommodate!

Great place, been to a few in Alberta, never disappointed. Good prices, tasty food, cold beer and great staff. For Fathers day they had free beer and br7nch menu for thr days, superb selection. Will return for sure.

Service was ok but occasionally slow.
The menu is very over priced for what you get.
On the upside the waitress was very friendly.

Beer was good, thier feature menu has montreal smoke meat sandwich. Its not good, they grilled it like a grilled cheese made it greasey lots of fat on the meat.sent it back.again it was not good sorry but its the truth

My g/f and I go to Hudson’s in WEM Bourbon Street about 4x/month for drinks and appies. We find the atmosphere to be welcoming and we always enjoy the food, drinks and friendly staff. Their happy hour prices and selection are superb. We have had interactions with several of the staff at Hudsons over the last year, however our favorite server is Amy. She is courteous, professional, attentive and quick. She has been our server several times now, and she is always so good and works so hard. Hudson’s management: give Amy a pay increase, because she exemplifies exceptional service for you snd definitely keeps us coming back!

Good pub for a quick bite or to hang out. Staff were friendly and attentive. Daily specials. Love that we are able to scan the QR code on our table to see our bill.

I love this location; only great times when I have come here! The Raptors always seem to win while I'm watching them here!

My only complaint is that my meal came to an end. It was so delicious! I had the Cow Poke Steak Sandwich, with veggies (broccoli and carrots) as my side, and both add ons of sautéed onions and mushrooms. Every seasoned bite was very enjoyable. Typically, I'm not crazy about salt, but the salt was course, and the meal was not overly salted. My steak was cooked perfectly, between blue and rare, and soon after starting my meal, the manager came by our table to check on my satisfaction of the steak. I enjoyed a Moscow Mule with my meal, and that was also soooo wonderfully flavourful. The staff was very attentive to our drinks, and checked on us whenever they walked by. We will be back! My new favourite place on Bourbon Street!

Staff are very professional.
Been there several times, good food alcohol, love the atmosphere. Not to mention to catch an occasional Oilers gsme.

I frequent Hudsons at the mall. The food is generally pretty good as well as the drinks. The service is typically quick however last Saturday, one of the girls behind the bar was extremely unwelcoming and short with us. Overall, we like coming here for a few beers.

Went there for the first time last week. Amanda was our server. She had an awesome personality and was very attentive to our table. You cannot ask for better service. The food was fabulous. Frickles were a little on the crispy side, but better crispy than soggy. We will be returning and make it a regular date night place. Thanks again Amanda for making dining in the "new normal" seem normal and fun!

I must give the place a good review. I have been there several times and the servers are great. When it gets super busy its understandable that the wait will be longer, however, the waitresses were aware and even with everything going on the server remembered to bring our order. Manager even offered to waive the check! I decided to tip for the total amount of the check. Really good vibe and good place!

Good service, and the food is great. Stopped by for a quick lunch and we had the steak sandwich, soup, pulled pork sandwich, and sweet potato fries. Everything was great!

The beer and the food was great and so was the service. But it was very loud and we found it impossible to even talk. Other than that love the wings and the nachos.

Place was packed on Boxing Day for lunch. Steak was perfectly cooked and is VERY underrated! Service was awesome from Steve and the other bartenders. Very impressed

We went on a busy Friday night. Service was fine, however the food quality was not the best - cold fries, cold fish and chips with uncooked batter in them. My wife was not drinking and ordered a coffee, and the coffee was also cold. I'm not going to be ultra critical of a medium price pub restaurant, Overall a decent place, 4 stars.

Service and the food was really good, had fun while I was here. Only reason it's not five stars is that we were charged full price for both of our 50% off drinks.

Had my Staff Christmas party there this weekend, the service was the worst I've ever seen and the food wasn't great.

It took us 25 minutes for the waitress to take our drink order and over an hour for her to take our food order. I had to go up to the bar for service on 3 different occasions and nobody sent over a manager at any point.

Will never be back!
