Don’t go to Bay 9 if you want to save yourself the hassle. The coin gets stuck in the machine and doesn’t work. I asked a guy for help, so he gave me another coins. It ends up not working again, and then this time he says, ‘you should’ve just gone to another bay. ’ How is that supposed to be my problem now? Maintain your machines well, don’t blame your paying customers for the malfunction. It’s not like I knew that machine wasn’t working, nor did it have any sign saying so. Other than that, my other experiences here have been decent and my car comes out looking fresh. Just avoid Bay 9 at all costs.
I come here only to wash my vehicles. 4 stars as The wash equipment is starting to show some wear. Always a stall available. Stalls are kept clean. Store is well stocked. I had a debit machine in one of the bays take my money but not work, the staff pointed me in the right direction for a refund and an associate delivered Tokens worth 1.5x more than I lost, personally to my home.
Hire some real staff Garbage service rude staff they filled my 2 30 pound propane tanks with air they wouldn’t issue me a refund they didn’t Evan offer to purge the tanks because THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO PURGE THEM after I spend 80 dollars on
Only reason I go here is because it's close to my house. It's super dark in there and the hoses never oscillate properly. I'm trying to find a better option.
Good drive in concept but seems limited if you have a big truck. My GTI was easy to move around inside so no problems there. The water pressure couldn't remove the bugs stuck on my front bumper and license plate and wasted a whole session at my front bumper. Not too bright inside either, probably done on purpose. Soap continues to come out of the hose on the rinse cycle, which was extremely annoying along with the fact I couldn't move the hose into the proper positions to move around the car. Would've been cheaper at a car wash in the end. Almost $10 to partially wash a GTI is inexcusable, once in the light you can see the missed spots. I don't live in Alberta so I won't be back, if I did, I'd find a new place.
I am not sure how this place is so highly rated. Sure the rinse water was hot, but that was about the only decent thing about the car wash.
The wash bays are on a straight 90° from the entrance lane, great for little cars but a lifted truck is near impossible to pull in a straight swoop.
The wand hose in the bay we used did not freely oscillate making it a Cirque Du Soleil act to wash the back end of the truck.
The soap pressure was lack luster & the rinse mediocre. The rinse did not run soap free through the line at any point in time.
Wash bays were dimly lit (a typical Ponzi scheme for a car wash to ensure return customers) & the walls atrociously covered in what I can only assume is years of build up.
A rediculously high priced basic car wash at a shell station will give you a better experience.
Tried to get a vehicle filled with propane. Every single employee tried to connect and fill the tank, 3 people tried and failed. And I was told it was my tank even though I just had it filled 2 weeks ago. Hire some qualified people to run this location please.
Great pressure, lots of soap on the wash cycle and lots of suds with the foam brush. Found it more soapy and better pressure than some other hughes and other car wand wash places.
Good Car wash. Missing a star because they don't have a timer so you dont know how much time is left. Just put your coins/tokens in and hope for the best. Most times I'm not sure if you actually get the right amount of time.
I went there in to car wash and lights were on and I got into wash bay. When I asked senior cashier to sale me some Coins she told me they just closed. I said okey and put my money into coin machine then she started saying I am trespassing. It just took 10 seconds to get 5 coins. If the car wash is open and SIGN SAYS OPEN AND DOORS ARE OPEN YOU are OOOOPEEEN and I am customer not trespasser. She needs some training for customer service so this bussiness. I wash my car here almost everyday bythe way.
Have been going here since it opened but the timers gave been shortened up way too much? I'm guessing but it is around 2 bucks a minute of use.pretty frustrating when 2 tokens (loonies) won't get your car soaped up or rinsed.otherwise it's a great carwash.
