I needed to use transportation services from Canada to Israel and send about 200 kg of personal belongings in boxes.
I contacted several companies for advice. Only three companies responded to me, and Huli Shipping was the first of them. Moreover, they gave me the best offer. Huli Shipping guided me through the entire process and answered all questions.
The parcel was picked up exactly at the specified time.
Sent me a photo of the final packaging and sent all documents for receiving the goods upon delivery, including the expected time.
I'm very pleased with the service.

From the beginning, Hulu International Movers gave me a fair estimate, and a discount, for my move from Canada to California. My coordinator, Diane Alcaraz, was diligent and ensured my move was stress free, efficient, and completed in a timely manner.

I just moved from Canada to USA and chose Huli Shipping based on all the great reviews and I totally regretted my decision to go with Huli Shipping
Samuel did a great sale pitch drummed on their great reviews did a video of my house to get an idea of the items to be shipped and wrapped and gave a quote of over 15k which was later bumped up as he was told by his operation team that he did not do an invoice correctly
It was the most chaotic, unprofessional and rude people managing the show.
Operational Manager- Peter Zlamalik - he was rude, unprofessional and I just hope all our calls were recorded for the management to hear his unprofessional way of handling customers! The move coordinator Dianne Alcara -she was unresponsive… had to send several emails or voice mail to get an response. The dates of delivery were all messed up and the furniture and mattress were wrapped up so badly that it had soiled. I didn’t have the energy to report to them back or even talk to them! Their charges are high and does not deliver quality!
It was a nightmare and I wanted to take the time to write this review to ensure people shopping for movers have an idea what they might get into!

They are simply the best. No issues, nothing. Always quick to respond & never any communication issues. Their price was also the most competitive out of 9 other businesses I looked at. Solid work Huli

Great service and very professional handling, right from the beginning with the the quote till the moment when the movers done with the pickup service. Useful advices for the packing, labelling that makes the entire packing experience easy to deal with.

Huli helped me move from Vancouver to the U. S.and it was a great experience. The pickup process was smooth and professional. I had an issue with delivery (definitely not Huli) that the trucking company mislabelled my cargo as delivered while it was still in their warehouse, but Dianne was super helpful calling the trucking company and helped me found it in a day! My cargo arrived the next day without issue.

Moved my apartment from California to Toronto - Everything was super smooth. Olha was very responsive and I was given regular updates regarding my shipment. Will hire again.

Huli helped our family relocate from Canada to Australia at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic when there were extreme difficulties moving freight internationally. Despite this their help, pricing and service was exceptional. We moved on 20FT Container and one 40FT container to Australia in early 2022. Australia has very tough border protections when it comes to bio-security and arrival of personal goods from overseas. Huli made it easy for us to understand the requirements and once shipped kept us informed of movements and ETA's. All our goods arrived in Australia safely, undamaged and all accounted for. Thank you Huli for making the move from Okotoks to Australia so much easier!

Huli took great care of us going from Toronto to Melbourne! We had one pallet and every detail was handled. They went out of their way to give us all the information we could ask for and dropping the freight was very easy. All staff were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend spending the little extra to be in their capable hands. Worth every penny!

We hired Huli to handle move from the prairies to the east coast. We were able to get the process moving fairly quick. Within 2-3 weeks from our initial contact we had movers coming in already to take our furniture. I was impressed how quick Huli was able to organize this move that involved multiple parts.

There was some miscommunication with account manager, but after we were passed on to Olha, to deal with the logistics the experience was back to a 5 starts. Olha was vey responsive professional and always giving us updates about our cargo and each step of the move.

Unfortunately, some of of furniture came damaged but I understand that we a large move and different contractor handling our cargo this was more than likely bound to happen. Despite opting out of the insurance offered by Huli, Olha started an investigation right away. In the end Huli offered to compensate us for the damaged furniture even though, we didn't take the insurance.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience dealing with Huli.

Huli helped us with our move from Ontario (Canada) back to The Netherlands. Everything went very smoothly, with clear communication and great service. The invoice was easily understandable and the support when completing our shipping manifest and insurance forms was quick and knowledgeable. The movers they work with - in our case Max Moving - were just as professional and friendly, helping us complete the packing of the final boxes of fragile items. If we ever do an international move again (which, trust me, we're not planning on anytime soon!), Huli will be the first ones we'll contact!

We hired Huli to move from Saskatoon to Halifax. We had Samuel and another employee do a home review of how much approximately the cost would be. We asked when the truck would be available as we were leaving in a week and a half (if possible) and the response was that "we could leave the day after a downpayment was paid. " We had also comfirmed with Samuel that the truck would take 5-8 business days as stated on their website. Furthermore, my husband had asked multiple times if there would be any compensation if the truck was to arrive later than expected and the only answer we received was "that never happens, we go directly to the destination without picking up other customers furniture. ANYWAYS.almost 5 weeks later and $3000 more than expected, we got our furniture (with one broken dresser, two broken TV stands, computer stand/desk and more damaged furniture). Huli decided to give us $300 in compensation and asked us to write a review, so here it is Would definitely go elsewhere.
