Fantastic customer service from young woman working there; should have got her name to give to head office.

I used to go to this location religiously until one day this winter about 3 months ago I was using the carwash and there was a giant build up of ice when existing the car wash.my car slid into curb and scraped my rim quite badly, I spoke with manager he assured me they would pay to repair or resolve the issue until 2 months later I heard from their insurance company denying any fault or compensation. Oh and a side note the mound of ice was removed by the next day.
