Not a single once of sales pressure!
We were assisted by Zain and he was absolutely fantastic! He provided us with answers to all the questions we asked. If he didn't know, he would find us that answer.
We did a trade in, and it was u believably easy. We were stressed out not knowing if we could make a private sale at the price we wanted, but the manager John took that stress away and assisted us with it. We received great value for our trade in!
Top notch service for an excellent car. We are now cruisin' in a sweet QX60 and lovin life! Thank you Hyatt Infiniti for making this such a breeze!

I bought a 2021 Infiniti Q50 a couple of weeks ago at Hyatt Infiniti. The car had a couple of scratches on it that had to be repaired. I brought the car in on a Monday and they gave me a brand new 2023 QX50 to use while mine was being repaired. Although it took longer than expected they did a wonderful job on the car. Not only did they fix the scratches we had agreed upon, they also fixed some scratches on the hood.i would definitely recommend this dealership. They went beyond what they had to do. Very professional people to deal with.

I found this dealership a dream to purchase a vehicle from! Our salesman John was wonderful, the sales manager and assistant sales manger were also a great team and Jeff in finance was so patient with me making sure I understood all the paperwork. Taking delivery with Ray was effortless. He went through everything from tip to tail with me. I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a car (new/used) this should be your number one stop!

Superb customer service Frankly, I had different expectations on this venture to purchase a used vehicle. The entire process was a genuine pleasure. We were greeted by a gracious receptionist. A charming salesman, Kas, came out to meet us. He understood exactly what we were looking for and did not pressure us into anything different. Honestly, Kas treated us like we were buying the most expensive vehicle at the dealership! Jeff, the financial manager was very helpful and patient. He explained all the details of the transaction very thoroughly. And, we were given a comprehensive tutorial on the high tech features by Ray. He made absolutely certain that we felt confident in operating our new car. He offered us any follow-up assistance if needed. What a wonderful team! Thank you for a fantastic experience.

Recently purchased a used vehicle from Hyatt Infiniti, Freedom helped us with the test drive and purchase of the vehicle. Everyone we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed in making my decision. As someone who works in customer service I appreciate the care that was taken to make myself and my wife feel comfortable and confident in our purchase.

I just want put my five stars and personal experience I had with extremely awesome and nice guy named Freedom, he helped me choose a vehicle, sat down with me talked about a lot of option to choose from and which best suited my style. He was super knowledgeable and very friendly right off the bat, never pushy either, very patient with helping me choose the best vehicle.

Definitely a 11/10 experience and highly recommend this guy to anyone looking for an infinti!

I took my vehicle for resolving issues with a 'sticky' warning related to emission control system, coming-up on the console. The service personnel was extremely professional and quick in identifying the root cause based on my description of the problem, fixed the issue within a short time and returned the vehicle, while I was waiting at their guest lounge enjoying gourmet coffee while watching a Wimbledon tennis tournament finals match (yes, that was an incidental bonus). They even waived off their customary charges for this type of service!
I would definitely recommend Hyatt Infiniti!

Had an amazing experience at Hyatt Infinity with Freedom, even though I didn't end up buying the vehicle I had come to check out (went with a different type of vehicle all together). Freedom is exceptionally patient and knowledgeable, takes time to explore and understand your vehicle usage and then comes up with relevant suggestions.

So I notied that this dealer had a car that I was looking for in a very rare color and I decided to go see what the deal was with it. I was greeted by a very welcoming environment and a man named Freedom who introduced me to the car and took me for a quick little test drive. The car was exactly what I wanted and everything was very transparent regarding the condition of the vehicle. Cassandra helped me with everything to do with financing and the entire process was very smooth and communicative I highly recommend this place as I had a great here even though I spent my hard earned money there ;)

Great interaction with Freedom B.and Cassandra S.they both made our purchase experience the best we've ever had at any dealership. We came from Edmonton and had already discussed the trade in value and the vehicle we wanted, we were in the dealership for 1 hour maybe including the test drive. We would highly recommend them. Nobody had to go talk to a Manager or the Manager never had to meet us first or any of those annoying tactics dealerships typically do, this was straight and simple from first phone call to last handshake.

Freedom is a kind and personable individual who had helped me with purchasing a vehicle which suited my needs and budget. He helped me search through a list of vehicles, didn’t upsell me and gave me the car I needed. If you want someone that is knowledgeable, experienced and fun to deal with Freedom is your guy. I bought my brand new car here in 2019, Cassandra was so helpful much more so than the person who sold me the car. If I may add, I had this car on a test drive for a week from Edmonton dealer. I already knew I wanted this car but since I was in Calgary already I bought it there. Fast forward 2021 and my car got flooded overnight in an underground parkade. My 2019 has under 20k on it, completely destroyed. I went back to this dealership so that the transition would much smoother plus I needed confirmation on a few things due to insurance. I purchased a 2017 so I had downgraded. One of my selling point was also that my old winter tires would fit this 2017 and they had promised me it would.
Oct. 2021 I make that appointment for my tire change for the first time and I bring it in and it doesn't fit. I had to buy brand new winter tires again. I called the dealership to give some feedback so I asked for the manager, she put me through some girl and says that she can get the manager who worked on this sale to give me a call back. That was in Dec. 1,2021. I have yet to hear from them.needless to say I will never come back to this dealership and I do not recommend. First purchase was the worse experience I've ever had. Second one was okay but not getting a call back from a buyer who's purchased two vehicles from you guys just shows me that it was all about the sale putting this dealership on my worse customer service list.

One of the best dealerships in the city; Jason Zimmer is a superstar; for over a year he took care of us, answering questions, setting up test drives, providing quotes and always being kind and informative in his communication. We felt no pressure to purchase a car and he always made sure we were 100% comfortable before making the final decision. We are still searching for the right car, but even if we don’t end up buying something at this dealership they deserve a lot of credit for their customer service!

I’m not going to lie - I hate the pressure of going into a dealership but this was by far my first stress-free experience from start to finish!

Not only was I greeted by friendliness by Seth Chartier (Sales Consultant) who was very personable, homey, and not pushy at all - purposely came outside to greet you and was surprisingly quite well spoken and very knowledgeable on the Infiniti brand.

Andy Hayter (New Car Sales Manager) was swift personally introducing himself to me and assisting with my trade in giving me best offer possible.

Business Manager Brittany Godon (who I had the pleasure of previously worked with at BMW) made my second experience dealing with her a true pleasure once again.

Finally, Ray Srivastava (Client Experiences Manager) really showed how knowledgeable he is on luxury vehicles and was such a pleasure receiving a thorough walk through orientation of the QX50 I recently purchased. Sincerely such a lovely gentleman.

I have honestly never had such a smooth experience in a very long long time! I was not only impressed at how many techy features there was in the 2021 QX50 but more impressed that the staff was top notch customer service and I highly recommend this dealership!

Was looking to downsize from my QX60 so I decided to look at the QX50.
I was just poking around on a Saturday morning and happened to see a lovely looking QX50 on the Hyatt Infinity lot.
I was greeted by a young and energetic salesman, Seth. Knowing that I was just looking around he nonetheless gave me hi full attention.
The solo test drive was great. Something that I have not encountered before.
To make short of this story I guess I was hooked.
Seth and his manager put up with my wheeling and dealing and let me come away feeling that I had made the right choice at a price that I was comfortable with.
The business manager Cassandra was also extremely pleasant to deal with.
This is my second car from Hyatt Infinity and after owning a Lexus and a Mercedes I have to say that my Hyatt experience beats them both.

My wife and I saw an ad on autotrader for a used vehicle and within an hour of calling we were at the dealership talking to Vitaliy and on a test drive. Vitaliy was a very low pressure sales person and a great person to deal with! In financing we dealt with Brittany and she was just as great! The second we said we weren’t interested is an extend warranty that was it for that! Upon delivery of the car it had a oil change, a full tank of gas and was extremely clean. Vitaliy took the time to go over the features of the vehicle and chat for a few minutes before we left. I have bought a few vehicles from other dealers and this was by far one of the easiest buying experiences I’ve had! Overall I 100% recommend anybody go to Hyatt Infiniti for new and used vehicles!

Excellent Service. I bought my buddy's Inifiniti as he is not able to drive anymore and I needed to get the winter tires out of storage. They were able to navigate the best way to get my buddy's approval and it was seamless.responsive, timely, friendly, and great communication. As well with the extreme cold I asked if they could fine the block heater cord and without hesitation brought the car into service (and out of the cold) and found the cord for me. I'll be back to service the car there.

Jason Zimmer basically acted as if we would not qualify for a good interest rate for the vehicle we were interested in because he thought we would have bad credit. He knew nothing about us at all. We have excellent credit, I'm not sure why I had to explain myself to him. Worst experience ever. I have told a few people about the way we were treated and they were all disgusted. Treating people with respect and kindness is always a good rule of thumb when working with people. Maybe our skin wasn't the right color for him. Oh well, I'll spend my money elsewhere and advise everyone I know to do the same.

I started to lease a 2020 Infiniti QX50 in Nov 2019 and purchased an "Elite Platinum Protection Package" at the same time. A while ago, I noticed that there was somehow some minor scratches on the front hood, so I brought in my vehicle for a 'touch-up' on the paint at 9: 30am on March 15,2021. The service staff was very helpful BUT I was so disappointed to be told that very minor scratches on paint were NOT covered in the Elite Platinum Protection Package. I was told that if the 'damage' on the body paint was more serious, then it would instead be covered. What a ridiculous saying! Minor scratch is NOT covered while major damage is! I paid so much money on top to purchase this appearance protection package but only to know that I do not get the proper protection for the vehicle! Minor scratch may be somewhat like normal wear and tear during the entire lease period. I may be charged to a great deal due to these minor 'normal wear and tear' on the vehicle body when I decided to return the vehicle to Infiniti upon the end of the lease? !
I would never consider buying an Infiniti ever again nor recommending to anyone to purchase any so-called 'protection plan'. It is definitely NOT worth considering!

Recently bought a new car at Hyatt Infinity, and it went really well. I haven't had to "shop" for a new car for some time as I've always had the same car/brand (not Infinity) over and over before. I met Joe Bennett at the dealership by chance and pretty happy I did. You'll have to decide for yourself if an Infinity is right for you, but as a far as the process Joe was super friendly, upfront and just relaxing to deal with. Likewise everyone else there was equally friendly along the way until I picked up our new car last week. As far as car shopping, this was a really easy and positive experience.

Stay away from this dealership! I typically don’t write reviews but I strongly felt that my less than ideal experience at this dealership warranted one. I had an appointment to test drive a vehicle, and was more than ready to buy today if the test drive went well. After arriving for my appointment, they informed me that they had let someone who walked in take it for a test drive instead. They had also initially lied saying they had to get the vehicle for upstairs which is why it was taking so long, until a different salesperson let it slip that it was out on a test drive. This definitely rubbed me the wrong way as i was there for an appointment to drive the vehicle, and priority was given to a random walk in. It also raised red flags as it is COVID, and I did not feel comfortable test driving a vehicle directly after it had being driven by someone else. We ended up leaving the appointment as we did not want to be there all day. I spoke with the manager to let them know of my experience, and that is when the real issue began. He informed me that this is a “dog eat dog world” and that they “only care about making a commission, not about appointments. ” He also proceeded to say to me “I don’t get why you can’t understand this concept. ” In general, he was very demeaning and belittling when I was just trying to call to let them know of the issue. He would not let me know the GM’s name, and then told me he was the GM (we checked, he is not). The salesman was Jason Hamzeh and the sales manager is Mike Wispinksi. The only thing positive thing about the experience was the lovely receptionist at the front. I have honestly never had an experience like this at a dealership.we will be contacting AMVIC and AHS

Several bad experiences with the service department promising that they could do certain work and not be able to when I brought my vehicle into the dealership. They didn't follow up with me after they said they would try to help me out instead of driving two hours to the dealership.

They have a internet ad complain to buy back vehicles and I was quotes numbers on the email that was sent to me and when I brought my vehicle in the low balled an offer under what the email has said. Their reasoning was that it was because my vehicle was 3 years old but I the email they had the VIN to identify my vehicle so they knew exactly what it was when they quoted me online. Then when I told the person who had called me about the email pricing that I was very unhappy with the offer they had given me the person said they would bring it to their manager, but still no follow up with me on why they under quoted me and why they have wasted so much of my time and money going to try and do business with them.

I have not yet gone to the other Infiniti dealership in town yet but I will certainly not be going back to Hyatt as their customer service has been some of the worst I have ever dealt with. I would strongly recommend looking else where.

As I am buying a used vehicle, I did not expect the quality of service that I received. The QX50 is perfectly clean inside and out and they rolled out the red carpet for me. Everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Vince Siklodi took the time to explain the mechanics of the vehicle. I strongly recommend Hyatt Infinity to anyone buying a vehicle.
